Janna and Liz are lounging on the comfy sofa, obviously
bored and tired. Paco, Enzo and the old couple are busy
talking on the adjacent veranda. Noticing that the guests were tired Ignacio and Consuelo led the group to come in.

ENZO
guys, are you up for a swim?

JANNA
I am so tired, we really need some
sleep.

LIZ
Yeah, me too. Pass muna kami.

PACO
Ako din, tol. Pass na din muna ako.

ENZO
Too bad, I so want to go...Okay
lang ba sweetie if I go?

JANNA
I gotta have my beauty rest. We
have all summer long to swim...kaya, go!

ENZO
Huwag niyong sabihin hindi ko kayo
inimbitahan...

EXT. ISLAND - WATERFALL - LATE AFTERNOON

A small bird chipping away at the bread crumbs on Lena’s
hand woke her up. She groans seeing the time on her watch.
She slept almost all day on that shady portion of the
giant acacia tree where she set has her picnic mat earlier.
She hurriedly picks up her bag to head back to the mansion.
In her hurry, she leaves behind the book she has been
reading. The very same one Lolo Ignacio told her to read.

As she leaves, Enzo arrives at the site. He wanders around
the water's edge, bouncing off a couple of stones into the water. Seeing that no
one was around, he disrobed and dived into the water.

Lena suddenly realizes that she has left the book. She
hurriedly makes her way back to her picnic ground. She was
cursing at her misfortune all the way back to the falls.

Meanwhile, Enzo hoists himself back to shore. By the base of the tree
house, he sees the book. He wondered how it got there. Too
tired to think though, he immediately cast the book away on one of
the rocks and made his way back to the water. He dived into
the glorious flowing water leaving all his cares behind.

Lena arrives at the scene looking for the book. She does
not see Enzo at all.

Enzo’s sees her for the first time. She had her back to him
so he did not recognize her at all. He really wondered who
it was. He moves in closer. Deciding to surprise her, he
swam slowly to where she was. He hears her talk animatedly
to herself.

LENA
(to herself)
Ikaw talaga! Kahit kelan ang tanga tanga
mo? Saan mo naman nilagay yun?

She moves in close towards the flat rock overhanging on a deep part of the river. To
her obvious delight, she found the book where Enzo had
thrown it earlier. She was clutching it tightly when...

LENA
(to the book)
Andito ka lang pala...pano ka
napunta diyan?

ENZO
Hello!

In her fright, Lena falls into the water. She panics
underwater. The portion where she has fallen was a little
bit deeper than the rest of the rivers. She uncermoniously flings her hands and feet underwater. All of a sudden, an arm went around her chest and bagan pulling her to
shore. She was so shocked to see who her rescuer was.

ENZO
Okay ka lang...anong pangalan mo?

He moved in closer to Lena. Lena was at this point both
embarassed and shocked. She knows him from the pictures
Tinay showed her. But seeing him in person made her heart
skip several beats. His presence alone was so overpowering that
she felt faint and weak. She could feel his warm breath
against her skin, enveloping her inner senses with each
fateful breath. He was so near her that she can wift the
clean masculine scent his bare skin emanates. He looks at
her and she was at a loss for words. Realizing their
physical closeness, made Lena look down on her wet shirt.
She immediately recognizes her moment of impropriety that it
made her clutch herself and hastily stood up.

ENZO
Miss, okay ka lang?Nasaktan ka ba?
Sorry kung nagulat kita...

Lena did not respond. She was too dazed to reply. She
immediately gathers her things and motioned to leave.

ENZO
Miss, sandali lang, saan ka pupunta?
Anong pangalan mo? Ako nga pala si
Enzo!

Lena looks back, smiling.

LENA
Alam ko...

Then she Lena hastily leaves.

Enzo was so awestruck and confused by what has happened that
he wondered whether the vision he saw was actually real. He
was so intrigued by her beauty that he remained there cold
and without so much care to the rest of the world.
