As the sunlight came through her window, Yuri got up quickly. She looked at her image in the mirror & sighed. She had spent the endless hours of the night deciding what she would do in the morning. Her eyes were swollen as she was crying the whole night. Looking at her image in the mirror, she looked as if she’d just given blood, too much blood, ‘I can’t look like this.’ Her mind told her.

Shaking her head, she went to the bathroom to wash her face up. She had to feed Chunghee first before she took a bath otherwise his voice would wake her whole family up. Staring at her son who was still in a deep sleep, she caressed his chubby cheeks. He looked so peaceful in his dreams. Does Yunho look the same as him when he was sleeping? She felt her eyes getting hot suddenly. She sighed & blinked several times to fight back the tears. She wasn’t going to cry again, otherwise her eyes would be swollen like panda’s. She decided to wait until Chunghee woke up to feed him. She put herself on the chair & stared at the bouquet of lilies in front of her. It was so small compared with Yunho’s huge number of red roses. However, among the red roses, all over her room, the white lilies seemed like a candle in the dark. She took the bouquet & looked at it gently. Tiffany might be right. All this time she was fascinated of Yunho’s glamour side. He buried her with many expensive gifts that she had never had before in her ordinary life. It was normal that a simple girl like her would be flattered to receive his expensive gifts.

She touched her necklace & sighed deeply. Did Yunho really mean it when he said that she was the key of his heart or was it just another lie from his mouth only to make her surrender? She knew Yunho had all the capabilities to flirt with girls. His reputation as a famous playboy proved it. Maybe she was one of his victims. Maybe in the future, he would dump her like he did to his former girlfriends. Chunghee was the only reason that he treated her nicely. He loved his son so much, she could tell from his act towards Chunghee. He would do anything to give his baby the best as he always said to her, including telling her a lie. Yoongi was different. He wasn’t as romantic as Yunho. He was more serious & matured. She could never act childishly in front of him as he always treated her as a woman, not a girl. He didn’t like to joke around, everything was important in his eyes. He was so serious to handle a life liked he always reminded her that they had to struggle in life to achieve their dreams. Maybe she had drowned into her teenager dream when she was hanging around with Yunho. Being crazy when reading all those romantic novels within her high school time, Yuri always dreamed to meet a gorgeous, handsome & romantic young prince. She smiled at her own thought. It’s always been her dream to marry someone who would be her knight in shining armor, riding his white horse. Meeting someone like Yunho who could be a symbol of her prince charming with his good looks, she believed that he could give her the world.

She shook her head lightly. Yunho will always be in her dreams, not reality. Yoongi was her reality, future. He was her first love. She knew him when she was a senior at the university. He helped her when she was crying alone in front of the library on the first day at the university. She got lost in the big place like university. She couldn’t find her faculty building & missed the orientation as she arrived late. From that time now, she fell in love with him gradually as he gave her his full attention & also helped her in her study. They started to date when she had known him for a year. The sound of her son’s cries brought her back to the present. Chunghee woke up. She got up & pulled him from his cot. She stared at him lovingly & felt a slight pain in her heart. Chunghee was grinning happily, ‘Yunho Oppa’s grin!’ Her heart cried out. Lying there, she pulled up her white camille silk camisole top & nursed him.

Looking at Chunghee who was drinking his milk slowly, she couldn’t help but think of his father. The image of Yunho had preoccupied her dreams lately. She closed her eyes. She couldn’t live like this. She had to end this game. She would tell Yoongi about Yunho & faced the consequence.

“Yuri! I miss you!” Yoongi shouted in delight, when he opened his hotel room. He hugged her tightly in his chest. Yuri hugged him back, forcing on a smile.

“I miss you too, Yoongi Oppa.” She muttered softly, “Or yeah, thank you for the bouquet. It’s lovely.”

“Come in.” He held her hand & took her to the sofa after closing the door.

“Where have you been? I came by to your house & you disappeared. I know it’s my fault not to let you know. However, I feel like if I told you before then you wouldn’t let me to fly to Seoul.”

Yuri hid her nervous feeling. She quickly changed the subject, not answering his question, “How long will you stay here? I guess you can’t leave your job for a long time.”

“I only have three days. Monday morning, I will fly back to Sydney.”

Yoongi was still smiling, still admiring his beautiful fiance. How he missed her so badly during these three years. Yuri had grown more beautiful & mature but she was still the same Yuri whom he left at the Incheon International Airport three years ago. The difference was only she kept her hair long but he liked her short hair better, “Do you want something to drink?”

Yuri shook her head, smiling sweetly, “No, thanks.”

He smiled back at her. Silence was accompanying them as both of them didn’t utter any word.

“You don’t have to waste your time & money to fly here!” She complained, with a soft voice.

“But I miss you, Yuri. It has been three years that I haven’t seen you. Do you miss me, too?”

Her heart jolted. She turned her eyes to another direction, avoiding his gaze, “Of course. Why do you ask?”

He smiled again, brightly. He hugged her again, in his embrace. Yuri closed her eyes & hugged him back. Her heart was beating fast but it wasn’t beating in happiness as she wished. She felt guilty for betraying a wonderful man like Yoongi.

He broke away from the hug & stared deeply into her eyes, “I love you so much, Yuri.”

His eyes were full of love, a true love only for her. She stared back at him, looking at his dark brown, almond-shaped eyes. She felt her heart beating fast again, when Yoongi bent his head to kiss her. Their lips met. He kissed her passionately but why couldn’t she kiss him back as passionately as him? She hesitated to open but he made a little bit of force to open . His hand was pressing her head to his so she couldn’t turn her face away. He made her face stay steadily in front of his wide, oval-shaped face. His kiss showed his possessive on her. She tried to kissed back like the old days but she failed. She couldn’t help but compare his kiss with Yunho’s gentle, yet passionate kiss. She scolded herself under her breaths. It wasn’t a long gentle kiss but mostly a short obsession kiss which occurred several times. She pushed him lightly away when she tried to breathe.

“What is it, Yuri?”

She forced on a smile again. She said jokingly to hide her disappointing feeling, “You made me out of breaths. I need a drink now.”

He smiled. Getting up from the sofa, he opened the fridge & took out a bottle of juice. Giving a juice to her, he said, “I believe you have woken up from the tragedy. I knew you could. You are always a strong & brave girl. I trust you have got over that bastard & his son?! Tell me, what did you do with him, what’s his name? Jung, isn’t he?”

Yuri choked when drinking. She coughed. Yoongi patted her back gently, “What happened?”
