"Yoochun ah, where are we heading to?" Jiyun asked as she looked around aimlessly whilst the car was moving at an ant's speed, pretty much the opposite of what he was used to doing. However, she did not probe much into it. She was too tired to do so too. After all, they stayed by the Han river till day break before she found herself in that exact situation.

Yoochun said nothing but just continued to drive on.

"Yoochun?" Jiyun tried again, this time nudging him a little as well. It worked, for he had snapped out of his daze.

"Huh? Did you just said something?" He replied, still looking a little confused.

"You ok? Do you want me to take over the driving?"

"Nahs i'm fine. You can just relax until we arrive at our destination. We're still around 30 minutes away from here..."

"Where are we going?" She asked, placing her hand over his as if to give him the emotional support that he very much needed.

"There's someone i want to introduce you to." He smiled lovingly as he found his hand clenching hers tighter.

"Really? Who is it?"

" My father."

"Daddy, i'm here~" Yoochun said cutely as they made their way into the garden where his father was relaxing. Apparently Yoochun had brought them to his paternal grandparents' house where his father was residing at. A weak male figure slowly turned around upon hearing the melodious voice belonging to his son, a voice he had been missing. He smiled when his guess was confirmed to be right, before he looked at the nurse with a nod. As if on cue, the nurse beside him bowed and left them alone.

"My, my... Yoochun ah, it's been too long since you've last come..." He started speaking, his eyes never once leaving his sons'.

"Sorry dad, a lot of things have happened recently. But i am here today, aren't i?"

He nodded before looking at the lady that had been hiding behind his son since the beginning.

"And who is it that you have with you? Is she who i think she is?" His father teased with a wink.

"DAD!" Yoochun blushed.

"Well, who asked you to keep hiding her. Introduce her to me!" His father prompted as he stretched his neck to look at her with his eyes twinkling and sparkling. It shone brightly just like his sons'. It was no wonder why there's a saying that went 'like father, like son.'

Yoochun took a step back and slung his arms around her waist as he lightly tapped it, signaling her to introduce herself.

"Erm... Hi Mr Park, my name is Jiyun. I'm...." Jiyun started speaking, but found herself unable to continue any further once she saw him looking at her protuding belly. She was contemplating on how she should explain her relationship with Yoochun to him.

(I can't possibly say 'Hello Mr Park! I'm Yoochun's recently turned girlfriend, and by the way your son's fathering my baby~♥'!! Gosh. What should i say?!) She panicked as she turned to Yoochun for help.

Yoochun merely smiled back and said, "Dad, she's the most important person in my life apart from you, umma and YooHwan."

His father smiled in acknowledgement. "I see... i'm glad..."

Jiyun heaved a sigh of relief, knowing that she was probably not being hated or despised.

"Yoochun ah, why are you still standing here? Get our guest some tea..." His father said, waving his hand to shoo his son away. Yoochun gave a slight pout before turning away to head for the kitchen.

Jiyun gulped. 'We'll be alone... will it be like how the usual sitcoms scenarios play? Smiling on the surface but holding a sharp knife underneath to 'get rid of' the 'pollutants' around his son? Nah, it couldn't be... Mr Park looks so kind!'

"Jiyun ah. Come and sit beside me." Mr Park's voice made their way into her ears. It sounded so serious.

"ㄴ.... 내?" Jiyun stuttered.

A light chuckle came out from Mr Park. "Don't be scared, i just want to have a casual chat with my daughter in law..." He said and patted on the chair beside his, signaling for her to sit.

Jiyun blushed, but relaxed a little seeing his smile and slowly made her way to the chair. "Mr Park, i'm not your daughter in law..."

"Not yet, but soon, right?" He winked once again.

Jiyun let out a small smile.

"Jiyun ah, i don't know much about you, but i am sure that you are an amazing woman, for Yoochun to be so attracted to you and to change his mindset about marriage." He said, "I was initially worried that my failed marriage with his mother would leave a phobia on him.... but guess there's nothing to worry about now." He smiled once again.

"Your son is an amazing guy, Mr Park. I'm sure you already know that." Jiyun replied truthfully.

He nodded. "Amazing but still like a kid."

"I guess everyone will always be a kid in their parents' eyes..."

"True..." He chuckled once again, "But i'll have a peace of mind now that i know you are here by his side. Jiyun ah, i entrust our Yoochun to you. He may be lacking of life experiences, but i'm sure that if the both of you are together, nothing can't be overcome. I can only protect him up till now, it's your turn to do so now." He said seriously.

"Trust me, Mr Park. I'll stand by him no matter how bad of a situation we will have to go through." Jiyun sincerely said.

"Daddy." Mr Park muttered.

"Huh?" She asked.

"You should call me Daddy, not Mr Park. You even have my grandchild already." Mr Park teased.

Jiyun found herself blushing once again, before realising that Yoochun was making his way back to them with a tray of tea time snacks.

Just like that, they spent the whole afternoon chitchatting like a real family.

"It still feels surreal..." Jiyun mumbled as she sat at the corner of Yoochun's bed. They were currently at his apartment, his secret hideout away from his famous 'Goong' where his mother and brother stays with him in.

"What is?" Yoochun asked as he cuddled her from behind. It was her first time into his apartment but it definitely feels like she fitted into the whole atmosphere perfectly. He smiled.

"You bringing me to your father."

Yoochun nodded. "I've always wanted to find someone whom i know i will love and be with for the rest of my life, to proudly show her off to my loved ones. My dad, my mum, Yoohwan, and my fans. And i've found her." He smiled. "I'm glad i've made it."

"Yoochun ah, thank you. For bringing me into your life."

"No, i should be the one thanking you... " He insisted and then, their eyes met for the first time in a while.

Laughter erupted from the both of them.

"We didn't have to be that polite with each other, do we?" Jiyun giggled while Yoochun had his hand over his mouth to calm himself down.

"I love you, Jiyun." Yoochun suddenly whispered into her ears.

"What...?!" Jiyun stammered, "That was way too random...!"

Yoochun shrugged. "It's not illegal to express your affection for your girlfriend anytime, anywhere."

She rolled her eyes. "Yeah right."

He merely grinned and suddenly stood up to make his way towards his workstation, where a professional keyboard stood. "Fancy a song?" He turned around and asked.

"Call~" (A/N: Koreans usually say 'call' to agree with/say 'ok' with regards to a question/situation).

Jiyun smiled again, recalling of the moments they have had shared together when they were just platonic friends. Then, she frowned."Yoochun ah, do you think we will drift apart when i'm back in Singapore?"

"No." He replied firmly. "We are so tightly bound to each other, you can forget about escaping."

Jiyun smiled again.

"Really? But what if i find someone better there?"

"No you won't be able to. For i'm the best. We're a match made in heaven." He said, but his calm expression on his face was being betrayed by his tight grip on her hands.

"You're such a kid." She sighed before heading over to mess up his soft and silky looking hair.

"Ahhhhh... i really can't bear to let you go back there... i mean, which couple does this? Is this what they call a long distance relationship? How can they even survive it?!" He started pouting, looking away from her.

"Why not? We are just returning back to the original state where we used to be. It makes no difference."

"No difference?! Yes there are! Lots! At the very least, we are finally acknowledging our feelings for each other...."

"Yes, but my career is important to me as well. It's not that everything else isn't important... but at this point of time, i really can't give it up."

He sighed.

"Give me two years ok? That's all i ask of you..."

"Two years... i can't even imagine how life will be like without you for merely 2 hours...." He pouted, hoping that perhaps, just perhaps, she will change her mind.

"Yoochun ah, i'm sorry for being this selfish towards you, but i really don't want to see my hardwork to be all in vain..."

He sighed once again. "I really can't win over you, can i?"
