Her eyes jolt in shock. “I like you Jessica.” Speechless for a moment, Jessica swung her hand away from him. Kris grabbed her hand and pulled her into his embrace. “Please don’t ignore me.               Jessica pushed him away full force. “I can’t do this to my sister. We can’t. Even if you and her are not marry, we still can’t. She loves you.”

              “What about you?” Kris asked.

His question backfire her, causing her to pause for second before she can answer him. “I do, but not as much as she does.” Jessica clearly answered him. “So please stop.” Jessica storm out of the room—out of the studio before Kris can stop her again. His face expression explained it all; he is trouble by something, distracted by something. “Did I see him again? He didn’t see me? What was he thinking?” She murmured to herself.

Tiffany’s dancing team came to help out, decorating the house. Kris arrived shortly after the team with his younger brother Wooyoung with decoration in their arms. Kris press on the doorbell and wait patiently for the door to be open. Jessica went to answer the doorbell. The moment she sees him, the atmosphere because awkward. She steps aside, giving them space to enter the house.

The Wu brother steps into the house, Tiffany happy waves at Kris and signals him to come help her. Kris glances at Jessica before he walks over to Tiffany. Jessica controls herself from being too jealous as she watches Tiffany happily smiling with Kris beside her.

“So where do I start?” Wooyoung asked.

“Umm…. why don’t you help Bora with the hanging?” Jessica directs to him Bora. She lightly tapped Bora on her shoulder, getting her attention. “Bora, this is Wooyoung. He will help you with the hanging balloons and other stuff.”

Wooyoung smiles pleasantly at Bora, who emotionlessly looks at him. Jessica walks back to her station and continues with her work.

“What Can I do?” Wooyoung asked politely.

Bora handed him a bag of balloons before she turns around and pumps airs into the balloon. Wooyoung awkwardly looks at her for a second before giving himself another pumper.

“So how do you know Jessica and Tiffany?” Wooyoung asked as he pumps air into the balloon.

              Bora ignores him.

“How old are you? You like a high schooler.”

              She ignores him again.

“Umm…. You look fit, are you a dancer like Tiffany noona?”

“Can you stop asking me question?” Bora annoyingly said.

“What’s wrong with asking? I just want to get to know you that’s all.” Said Wooyoung.

“Well, I don’t.” She irritatedly looks away.

“Then answer at least one of the questions I’ve asked you.”

Bora tediously looks at him before she inhale deeply then release it calmly. “I’m Tiffany co-dancer. There. Stop bothering me.” Bora focused back on her jobs.

Wooyoung just blankly gazes at her, watching her for a little bit before he resume his duties again.  Seeing Jessica on the other side of the room, Kris looks at Tiffany, making sure she’s occupied before he walks over to Jessica. Tip-toing on her toes, she tapes the balloons to the walls.

              “Need help?” Kris asked politely.

His voices startle her, she lost her balance and falls back into his arms, but quickly stand straightly back on her feet. Kris just stood and confusedly looks at her.

“Are you okay?” Kris concernly asked.

“I’m fine.” Jessica stuttered nervously. “Why are you over here? You should be over there, helping Tiff.” She doesn’t even dare to looks into his eyes.

“Why can’t I be over here?” He asked. “I just want to spend sometimes with you.” He answered truthfully.

“Because…. because there’s nothing for you over here. Taeyeon is here is enough. She’s helping me with the decorations. You should be with my sister.”

Kris takes a step forward. “You’re wrong, there is something here.”

“Stop.” She demanded. “Don’t come any closer. My sister is here. Everyone is here. I don’t want you saying nonsense and weird words.”

“What’s so weird about me saying the thing I truly feels about you? I like you. There’s nothing weird about it. It’s not like you are marrying someone else.” Kris straightforwardly said.

“Stop Kris. I told you this already. We can’t. You are with my sister. You can’t hurt her.” Jessica step aside and walks away.

Kris immediately grabs her wrist, “I’m going to break up with her. I’m going to tell her the truth.” He said.

Without looking at him, Jessica swing her arm—breaking his grip and walks away before anybody caught them acting weird and suspiciously.

Unknowingly, Wooyoung walks over to her and taps on her shoulder lightly. The smiles on Bora face disappear after he seees him beside her.

Wooyoung smiles, “Hi.” He held his right hand up.

              Bora dully looks at him.

“You must be Wooyoung.” Said Hoya happily with his hand out for a shake, “I’m Hoya, a dancer at Unique Studio. I heard from Tiffany that you will be coming to work with us soon.”

Wooyoung shakes his hand, “Yeah, I am.” He said as he let go of Hoya hands. “Just graduated from England. I have to start somewhere.”

“England? What is your interest?” A female from the group asked. Wooyoung clumsily looks at her. “Oh sorry, I’m Suzy.”

Wooyoung politely smiles, “Photography and music. I like to take photos and dancing.” He said.

Seeing the group talking happily to Wooyoung, Bora decided to leave and went to get herself a drink at the table by the doors. Wooyoung notice and went over to her.

“You look very pretty tonight.” He commented her.

“Can you leave me alone?” Bora annoyingly said. “I’m sorry to say this but do you know you’re really annoying?”

Wooyoung force a smile through his sad face. “Sorry.” He apologized before leaving.

Watching the back of him, she knew she has made him unhappy and felt guilty. Unknowingly why she keep pushing him away, maybe his fresh and handsome look give her a negative thought, making an assumption that he could be a player. Bora shook her head a couple time before she grabs her drink and walks back to the group again, pretending as if nothing happen at all.

Jessica finally manages to escape from what she believes is “Hell” because Kris keeps looking at her, but frustrate her whenever Kris talks to Tiffany, not because she’s jealous or anything. Ahe afraid what he told her this morning will actually happen. However, it did not and thank to Wooyoung, she was able to get away and be alone for a moment. She decided to walk over to Taeyeon after she sees her with her family. The two give each other a big hug with a wide smile.

“You look so pretty tonight. You dress is cute.” Jessica praised her.

Taeyeon blushes a little. “Thank you. You look stunning as well. Who are you dressing up for?” She .

“I’m not dressing up for anyone except my parent anniversary tonight.” Said Jessica. “When did you arrive?” She asked.

“About half an hour ago.” Taeyeon answer. “So what else are you and Tiffany planning tonight?”

“A big cake and video presentation. If there’s still time.”

“There’s a lot of time. What are you worry about?”

“My parent are busy talking to their friends and having a few drinks. I don’t want to disturb their conservation.”

“Jessica, it’s alright. It’s their big anniversary tonight. Tiffany and your works is more important.”

Taeyeon was able to lighten Jessica mood up a bit. “Thank you, Taeyeon.”

“You’re welcome. You can always count on this cousin of yours.”

Jessica nodded lightly, “Let me go check on a few and then I’ll get back with you.”

              “Okay.”

Jessica walks to the other side of the pool—up to the tables of drinks and dry ices. Suddenly lightly taps on her shoulder a couple times, it startles her.

Assuming it was Kris, she annoyingly turn around, “Can’t you leave me alone?” Her jaws drop with her eyes widen as if she saw a ghost…a handsome tall ghost. It was a different man; much older and a little shorter than Kris with muscular body and black spikes hair. It was Siwon. “Oh sorry, I didn’t mean to… it wasn’t for you.”

“It’s okay.” Siwon delightedly smiles. “Not taken by it anyway.” Jessica let out a relief smile as she looks away for a second. “It’s nice to see you again. You’re really beautiful tonight.” He softly said.

“Thank you. It’s nice to see you again too.” Jessica voices soften as her eyes dazzled with sparkles as she looks at him.
