Later that night, Nichkhun told the other guys what he heard this morning. They were gathered in the living room, huddled close to each other. Junho was already drifting off to sleep, and when Minjun questioned him, the red-headed boy just gave a sly smile and rested his head against Chansung's shoulder. The maknae had a wide grin on his face the whole time, and they couldn't stand to be apart from each other even for a second. Giving up on them, Minjun and Taecyeon paid attention on Nichkhun instead.

"So you're finally making your move?" Minjun asked, rolling his eyes. He made a grab for the remote, but Taecyeon was faster. Groaning in annoyance, he turned back to the Thai. "Took you a century to figure it out. What are you planning to do then? Woo is miles away."

"I need you guys to go along with me on this plan." The Thai answered. "We'll be changing the concert's arrangement a little."

This garnered all of the guys' attention, including the two lovebirds on the floor. "What? We can't change it last minute. You know Jin Young-hyung hates this. He'll murder us." Minjun said, alarmed.

"We're not changing the original plans. It's just one song. And I need your full support here." The Thai pleaded, sweeping his eyes across the hesitant faces in front of him. He wasn't about to give up, even if it meant facing thirty-two levels of hell later. There was only Wooyoung in his mind right then and he needed to show how sorry he was for all those years he ignored his dongsaeng.

After explaining the plan in his mind more thoroughly, the others began to relax. The song he had in mind was supposed to be sang around the end. But for most parts of the concert, there were no radical changes. It was simple, really......yet the hardest part would be to convince Woo that the last song had been replaced with his own solo, y Lady.  The crucial point of this was to have him on stage alone first, and not suspect that his part was all a lie after all.

"Well, it's not a bad plan actually. But we need to change certain parts in that song. Like...who'll be singing Youngie's part and also learn his dance moves?" Taecyeon asked. He added: "Plus, the formation is now five people, not the usual six."

"I'll do it!" Nichkhun voluntered immediately, his face lighting up from pure excitement. He was so thankful to have his bandmates next to him at that moment. "Chansung, Minjun-hyung and Taec will remain in the same position from start to finish. But for his part of the chorus, Junho and I will do it together."

Junho nodded his head, and Chansung pinched his cheeks cutely.

"So it's set then?" Nichkhun could hardly contain his excitement by then. "Let me talk to Jin Young-hyung first. We'll work on the new formation afterwards." There were smiles all around. And Nickhun felt his eyes watered. "Thank you guys.....really....I don't know how to thank you guys enough after all this."

"We're doing it for Woo. Ok, hands in everyone. Let's do our 2PM cheer." Chansung chirped excitedly. They gave the loudest cheer that night, but somehow felt it would have been better with Wooyoung there. Soon.....very soon....

Wooyoung landed in Busan safely, and while he waited for his sister to arrive, he bought himself a cup of hot chocolate from a vending machine. It tasted awful! But it managed to wash down the bitter feeling in his mouth since he left Seoul this morning. Six more days.

He had six days to forget Nichkhun. But within these six days, he vowed not to think, breathe, and speak of the Thai. It wasn't easy though. Every little things he did somehow reminded him of Nichkhun. Like the drink he was holding in his hands...it reminded him of all the days he spent drinking hot chocolate out of sympathy for his own sorry .

"Damn you, Khun...." He cursed under his breath as he took another swig. Junhwa appeared just as he was finishing his drink. She saw the somber look on his face and instantly recognized it as a problem.

"Wooyoung ah!" She called out, and he quickly turned his head to face her. He waved back at her and then hurriedly rushed over. "Sorry I'm late. I got stuck in a jam earlier. There was an accident nearby."

"It's ok, noona. I needed some time to think anyway."

She stared at him seriously for a moment. "Is it something I should know about?"

He waved her question off. "Nah...it's not important. Just some band stuff."

"Jang Wooyoung." She hissed out, narrowing her eyebrows at him. Wooyoung could usually ignore his sister's annoying persistance, but lately, things were not going the way he thought it would be. And it hurt him a lot.

"I'll tell you in the car, noona." He muttered, no longer looking her straight in the eyes. She grabbed his luggage and quickly dragged him back to the car.

Along the way, Wooyoung spilled out everything. Technically, it wasn't EVERYTHING. Just things he thought was important for her to know. He had to admit he did weep a little, but only because the aircond was too strong. Really....it was already cold outside. "Stop giving me stupid reasons, and wipe your eyes, Youngie ah." Junhwa said. "Did you leave out any details?"

"No.That's all." He choked, and immediately cleared his throat to cover it.

"Here's my question then: do you want me to beat the out of that Thai?"

Wooyoung almost choked on his saliva. The scary part was that it didn't sound like a question, more like a statement. He kept his mouth shut. When his noona sensed this, she let out a soft chuckle and added, "I won't actually do it. He's too cute. But you're cuter of course. I don't see why he's hesitating so much? Is he suffering from homophobia or something?"

"W-what---?"

"It's fear of the same . I guess. I'm not even sure if there's such a thing. But the way you described him gave me that notion. Like he's afraid of men."

"Or just me." Wooyoung retorted. "Anyway, I'm going to be here for the next six days, away from him. By the time I get back, I will forget all this silly puppy-love feeling I have for him. How does that sound?" He expected her to egg him on. But instead, she seemed doubtful.

"Are you sure you want this, baby bro?"

"I'm sure." He said firmly. "I don't break promises I can't keep."

"And what happens if....you know....he confesses to you during these six days?" She asked.

That thought didn't cross his mind at all, not until Junhwa brought it up, of course. And still, it was....surreal, in a sense. Would Nichkhun actually do it? "It's not likely." He murmured, biting his lips. "He had his chance....but he blew it off."

"Sometimes it takes a man far longer time to admit their feelings, as opposed to a woman. As your noona, I can assure you on this. How long did you take before you told him your feelings?"

Wooyoung gaped at his sister, registering each word with his last encounter with Nichkhun. He had only mentioned his feelings while the Thai was still asleep. "Does mentioning it during his sleep counts?"

Junhwa gasped, and glanced at him for a second. Her eyes darted back to the road in time to avoid crashing against an incoming car. "Are you serious?! You haven't even told him?"

"Isn't it obvious? I mean, I was always approaching him for no valid reason---"

"You guys are bandmates! There's totally a reason." She cut in.

"Yeah, but I don't approach him for bandmates stuff all the time---"

"You guys are friends! He could think of it as a friendly gesture to know him better."

"Stop cutting in and let me finish. I know we're friends, but isn't it obvious? Seriously, even a blind man could---"

"A blind man so totally can't see it."

"Noona! Please let me explain first! And aren't you supposed to side with me? Why are you defending him?"

"That's because the whole point of you feeling hurt now is due to your own lack of courage to tell him your feelings straight to his face. It's like crying over a failure that you didn't even put effort into in the first place."

"I did put in effort. I stretched my legs." He blurted out without thinking. He had left out that part from his explanations earlier, so she was taken by surprise.

Junhwa gasped louder and shouted back, "MWO?! Details! NOW!"

The argument became so heated that when they got home, Wooyoung's cheeks were all puffy and his eyes were red with tears. Junhwa was pissed but she knew she had pushed the arguments too far.  Mrs Jang actually gasped at her children, and it was so loud, it caught Mr. Jang's attention. Both of them tried to calm their children down, but in the end, Wooyoung ended it. "FINE! I'll call him tonight and tell him for real."

"It's better if you tell him face-to-face."

"I don't do girly confessions. I'm a guy." He bit back with a pout.

Junhwa flailed her arms in the air. "Oh fine, but I'll be there when you call him, to make sure you actually do it."

The small fight ended with two doors getting slammed at the same time, and both Mr and Mrs Jang sinking down onto the couch.

A/N:

I want a hug right now. I had such a bad weekend and all I want to do is cuddle someone. *sigh* first the ungraceful fall that eventually led to a wounded knee, girl problems and then a cold, plus cough. So yeah, I want a hug.

Anyway, sorry this took so long.
