Taeyeon’s POV

 

as I let out all of the anger, frustration, actually I don’t know what to feel right now, all I know is I have to let it out or I might ended up going crazy

 

punch! Punch! Punch!

 

I keep punching the tree to let it all out, my hand is bleeding, yet I couldn’t feel the pain… as I continue doing it, I heard her voice… voice that I love to hear..

 

END OF POV

 

“Taeyeon…” Tiffany almost whispered

 

Taeyeon stopped moving but not facing Tiffany

 

“it’s not what you think…” Tiffany started “he and I were no----“

“why are you explaining?” Taeyeon interrupted her, but still not facing her

 

Tiffany looked at her, speechless, she, also herself, doesn’t know why she’s trying to explain to Taeyeon right now…

 

Taeyeon smiled bitterly as she turned to faced her “you don’t have to explain anything…, what I think, I don’t think it’s important”

 

“yeah… it is” Tiffany stated “he and I we’re not together…”

 

“then who is he calling you, “babe”!”“told you, you don’t have to explain anything” Taeyeon said “if you’re worried that when I asked you to stepped up what we had and you say you can’t… now, I understand, totally”

“told you we’re not together!” Tiffany argued

“yeah, you just told me that” Taeyeon said as she smiled at her bitterly

“I don’t like him, not even a little” Tiffany said “but it’s complicated”

“complicated, huh?” Taeyeon let out a sigh “I think you should go now, before you and you’re complicated relationship with him become more complicated than ever”

“are you even listening to me?!” Tiffany asked in frustration “I told you I don’t like him!”

“do you think I’m deaf?!” Taeyeon asked, raising her voice

“Kim Taeyeon!” Tiffany shouted at her

“I get it… you don’t like him, but you’re with him because it’s complicated… I totally get it” Taeyeon said and gonna walk pass on her when she heard her

 

“are you really going to be like this?” Tiffany asked in a painful voice

 

Taeyeon stood there not moving

 

“I don’t know but it hurts me to see you like that” Tiffany said

“don’t say anything like that, I might misunderstood it” Taeyeon said bitterly “it’s better to reject someone than giving them false hope”

“I’m not giving you any false hope…” Tiffany said “I just want you to know that I care”

“then don’t…,” Taeyeon said “you, caring for my feelings right now, is the last thing I need, so please…”, as she starts to take step, but Tiffany grabbed her hand

 

“please, stay…” Tiffany said holding Taeyeon’s hand

“do you have any idea how selfish you are right now?” Taeyeon asked

“I do and I don’t care” Tiffany said as she tighten her grip on Taeyeon’s arm

“I’m sorry but I can’t” Taeyeon said as she took Tiffany’s hand off of her

“you can’t or you won’t?” Tiffany asked

“I won’t… cause I have no reason to” Taeyeon said bitterly, as she took a step

 

“I love you…” Tiffany whispered

 

Taeyeon froze, thinking, did she hear it right or just her imagination

 

Tiffany turn look at Taeyeon “I love you… is that enough reason for you to stay?”

 

 

 

Yuri looked at Taeyeon disappear on the door “I guess, I have to do it alone”

 

Yuri continue observing Lee Jungshin not from far when she saw him left, she took another sip on her wine then she followed him

 

“where are you going now, Mr. Lee?” Yuri asked as she continue following him

 

Lee Jungshin went upstairs then she went inside a room.

Yuri made sure that Mr. Lee is already inside and no one is around to see her, before she carefully went to the door where Mr. Lee went…

Yuri was gonna turned the door knob when she heard a footstep coming, she immediately went to hide…

 

“Nickhun?” Yuri asked herself when she saw Nickhun came inside the door, when she’s sure that Nickhun is already inside, she went to the door

 

“you’ve gotta be kidding me” Yuri whispered under her breath while listening to Nickhun and Jungshin’s conversation…, she took out her phone immediately, to dialled Taeyeon’s number…

 

“come on!, pick up!” Yuri mumbled, after calling Taeyeon thrice but no answer

 

 

 

 

Taeyeon keeps on ringing but it’s like she doesn’t hear anything except Tiffany’s word “I love you”

 

“I love you, Kim Taeyeon..” Tiffany said

 

Taeyeon smiled bitterly, as the tears flows on her eyes “now, I really can’t stay… cause if I do, it’ll be harder for the both of us…  the worst is we love each other yet we can’t be together…”, then she left without looking back

 

Taeyeon walked lifelessly, as the tears continue from falling… then……….

 

 

BANG!!!

 

That sound from a gun, pulled her from reality

 

“Yuri!” Taeyeon blurted as she run inside the gallery, as she encounter people running hysterically to get out of the room immediately

 

“Yuri!, Yuri!!!” Taeyeon shouted as she tried looking for Yuri on a crowd

 

 BANG!!!, another sound again

 

Taeyeon looked upstairs, that’s where the sound are coming…, she run as fast as she could to get upstairs, there she only found one room, she opened the door carefully…

 

“YUL!!!” Taeyeon yelled when she saw Yuri sitting on the floor while Nickhun is pointing a gun at her

 

Both Yuri and Nickhun looked at her

 

“Taeng!” Yuri said as she stand up immediately to hide, while Nickhun pointed the gun at Taeyeon and pulled the trigger… fortunately Taeyeon was able to dodge it and hide herself…

 

 

 

 

FLASHBACK

 

When Nickhun got inside the room, Yuri immediately listen through the door…

 

“it’s a good gallery show, but I feel like something’s meeting” Nickhun said

“you mean my brother that you killed” Jungshin said angrily, clenching his teeth and hands

“well, I’m sorry about” Nickhun said

“get out of here!” Jungshin said

“come on!,” Nickhun chuckled “I already apologize”

“that was my brother!!” Junghsin said

“your brother or not, it’s an order, I can’t do something about it” Nickhun said “if he didn’t try to get out of the group, he’s still alive”

“he wants to get out because he wants a life with the woman she loves” Jungshin said

“ahh, you mean with that ” Nickhun said “I always warn him not get too attach.. but he didn’t listen… I also told you to warn him, so if there’s someone to blame why he’s dead right now, it’s you!”

“I know… I shouldn’t have let him in, in the first place” Jungshin said

“what’s your plan now?” Nickhun asked

 

Jungshin smirked “what I’m curious is what’s your plan?... what are you doing here?”

 

“no… let me guess” Jungshin continued “are you here to kill me?”

“well, yeah…” Nickhun answered “but I am hoping that I don’t have to do it”

 

Jungshin smirked “I don’t know that you have your weak side”

 

“I don’t…” Nickhun said “my order was, kill you if you try to do something that will affect the Neptune…”

“you killed my brother, do you think that I’ll just stand here and cry?” Jungshin asked sarcastically

“so, you really did something” Nickhun said as he pulled out his gun

“yeah… and killing me now, won’t change a thing…” Jungshin said “the whole will find out what kind of people are you…. what kind of evil is Neptune…”

“I gave you your chance…” Nickhun said as he pointed the gun at him

“I don’t need anything from you” Jungshin said

“Goodb----“

 

“PUT YOUR HANDS UP!!!” Yuri yelled pointing a gun to Nickhun “DROP THE GUN!!!”

 

Nickhun smiled “is this your plan?”

 

“no… idea” Jungshin said

“well, who cares” Nickhun said as he turn to Yuri and fired the gun

 

BANG!!!
 

Fortunately, Yuri was able to hide immediately… Nickhun turn to Jungshin’s way but he’s not there anymore…

 

“Come out here, you rat!” Nickhun said as he walked slowly to where Yuri hides

 

BANG!!!

 

A sound of gun, but not from Nickhun’s gun but from Jungshin

 

“ahh!!” Nickhun screamed, he was shot at his arm… caused him to dropped the gun

 

As soon Yuri saw what happen, she charged to Nickhun immediately cause them to land on the floor…

 

Nickhun screamed in pain as they both looked towards the gun… Yuri tried to take the gun first but before she could take it… Nickhun kicked her, caused her to lie on the floor… then he grabbed the gun, as he pointed it to Yuri…

 

“YUL!!!”

 

END OF FLASHBACK

 

 

“what’s with this day… why people keep appearing” Nickhun said as he look to where Taeyeon and Yuri is hiding “COME OUT HERE, RATS!!!”

“police are on their way here… you better surrender now!” Yuri shouted

 

“hahaha!!!” Nickhun laughed “surrender is not on my vocabulary!”

 

Yuri and Taeyeon gave a hand signal to each other on how to get Nickhun…

 

1, 2, 3… Taeyeon grabbed a wood as she threw it in the corner… Nickhun immediately fired at the corner and lost her attention to the two of them… Yuri charge at him, they both landed on the floor… as they both dropped their gun…

 

Taeyeon went to the gun closed to her… as soon as she gets it, she turned to Nickhun but….

 

“ah-ah-ah” Nickhun said as he pointed his gun to Yuri’s head… he was able to locked Yuri on his arm… “drop the gun, or your friend here will die”..

 

“don’t listen to him!” Yuri said as she struggle to get out of Nickhun’s hand

 

Then they heard the police siren…

 

“you..” pointing to Taeyeon “drop the gun, then walked outside…”

 

Taeyeon dropped the gun “if you’re planning to get out of here, you’re already too late”

 

“just walk!” Nickhun said

“I do---“

“if you don’t want to carry a bloody body, just ing walk!” Nickhun said

 

Taeyeon turned then walk following by Yuri and Nickhun who is still holding her

 

“if you’re planning to use us as leverage to get out of here, consider that plan fail” Yuri said

“who said that I’m gonna use you as my leverage?” Nickhun asked “I’m gonna use you to tell the world how powerful Neptune is… I’m gonna kill both of you to show them that Neptune is a great big wall that they won’t be able to crack up, no matter how they tried”

 

“so, who I’m gonna kill first?” Nickhun asked mockingly “ahh, right… I’ll save the best for last… I’m gonna kill you first, then I’m gonna kill you, Taeyeon”

 

Taeyeon stopped from her tracks….

 

“I wanna see Tiffany’s priceless expression when I kill you in front of her” Nickhun said

 

Taeyeon clenched her fist…

 

“I can’t imagine, why Tiffany is hanging with a guy like you” Taeyeon said

“hahaha!” Nickhun laughed “same here, I’m really curious why are you hanging around with a girl like Tiffany?... ahh, Of course you don’t know… cause if you do… you will seriously be disgusted to her… I bet you’ll regret that you even like her”

“don’t say anything about regret right now, cause you don’t have any idea what that word means…” Taeyeon said

“well, if you mean if I regret killing Jonghyun, I feel sorry for him but regret… not at all” Nickhun said

“Let go of Yuri and face me…” Taeyeon said “I’ll kill you, right here, right now”

 

Nickhun chuckled “tempting but… I don’t have much time right now…, so, I guess I should kill you now…”

“you should regret meeting Tiffany” Nickhun said

“if there’s one thing that I think I’m gonna regret… it’s not meeting Tiffany… it is the thought that you’re not gonna die on my hands…” Taeyeon said

 

“HAHAHA!!!” Nickhun laughed as he hit Yuri on the back of her head… causing her to lost her consciousness

“Yul!” Taeyeon said

“second by second, I’m really growing fond of you” Nickhun said “so… as a token of my appreciation… I’m not gonna kill her… so at least, maybe she will find me, and might kill me on her own hands for you…”

“and for you… as my farewell gift….” Nickhun said “I’ll give you a word to think on the heaven…”

 

“don’t be deceive by beautiful eyes… cause inside it, it’s where the----“

 

BANG!!!!

 

Taeyeon watch Nickhun’s body fall on the floor as she saw, the love of her life in front of her, holding a gun… just killed someone…

 

“d-demons hide”… as he dropped on the floor and took his last breath
