“Oh Ilwoo oppa.” Saemi looked up from her food as Ilwoo walked in.

“Hey.” He smiled, then his eyes landed on the table of food.

“Joongki oppa brought me lunch. Is something up?”

Joongki shifted in his seat.

“Nothing, I brought you some...food too.” Ilwoo smiled and set the bag on the table.

“Are you determined to get me fat?” She chuckled.

“Still, thanks.”

“Is Lee Jaehee still bothering you?” Ilwoo asked.

“I haven’t heard from her, which is good news.”

“But, they still don’t have any lead on my brother.” She added and looked down.

Joongki’s brows furrowed, he was also worried for his friend.

“It drives me crazy...knowing that he’s out there, suffering. I don’t know why his kidnappers aren’t contacting us. They should be asking for ransom moeny, right?”

“By this time they should have contacted you, but what if they don’t want money?” Joongki murmured.

Ilwoo looked at his friend.

“What else would they want?” Saemi sighed and placed her chopsticks down.

Saemi’s white Audi stopped right in front of their Jamsil branch, the hotel was opened two years ago under her brother’s guidance.

She handed the keys to her valet and walked in the place.

“President, nice to meet you. I’m Manager Hong.”

“Nice to meet you, I heard we’ve been having complaints about the construction behind us, Will you show me there?” She asked.

He blinked at her, then nodded. He never expected her to be so straight forward and business like.

“Yes, right away, president.”

Saemi followed the man to the lobby, she smiled briefly as some of the hotel employees bowed at her.

“They all knew you were coming, president. We are truly honored for your visit.”

“Thank you also, for accepting me here, I hope I can be like my brother. He did a good job with this branch.” She smiled and looked around.

Soon they were at the hotel’s back, wherein another establishment was being built..

“This is it, we’ve been looking for a way to lessen complaints as well as the noise.”

“Do you know who owns the land?”

“No.”

Saemi nodded and grabbed her phone.

“I’ll be arranging a meeting wih you soon, nice meeting you.”

Khun looked up as he heard the front door open.

Saemi came walking in the kitchen looking exhausted.

“Are you okay?”

She nodded and sat down.

“The police called me today, they still can’t find anything.”

Khun frowned. Then Saemi shook her head, she felt tears run down on her cheeks.

“I’m so angry. I can’t do anything. No one can find him.”

“Saemi-” Khun held her shoulders.

“Whoever who kidnapped oppa, will personally get it from me.”

Joongki stepped in his office and took out his phone.

“Hyung?”

“Ya, I need your help on something. A close friend of mine got kidnapped.”

“Really? Will you send me his name?”

“Arasso. Thanks.”

“It’s nothing hyung, I’ll call you tomorrow.”

Joongki placed his phone down then his thoughts ran back to Ilwoo walking in Saemi’s office.

He never did that before.

It wasn’t like Ilwoo at all.

Then he frowned.

He himself never cared for a girl before.
