She brushed her long black hair and then put the hood over her head. She's finally doing it. She finally found the courage to do this. Never in her years of being a fan, would she ever think she'd have the guts to do it; send a fan letter. She put on her sneakers and made her way towards their dorm. It was a long walk, but it would be worth it. Maybe it could give her time to talk herself out of it. But when she reached the front door of the Infinite dorm, she realized it was too late to back out now. She slowly walked up the steps and stared at the glass door. She pulled the letter out of her pocket and stared at it. She kissed it once, taped the back and stuck it on the door. She sighed once before turning on her heels to leave. She froze when she saw a familiar black van pull in. He's not supposed to see me. He can't...

A man she recognized as their manager from the She's Back music video stepped out of the car.

“Hey! What are you doing here?! I thought I shooed the sasaeng fans away this morning!” he yelled, and strode over to her.

She just kept quiet, staring as the boys piled out one by one, looking as beautiful as ever.

“Yah, I'm talking to you.” their manager said again.

“Hyung, leave her alone. It looks like she was just leaving anyways.” Sungyeol said.

That's when she saw him. Him.

A tear slid down her cheek as she quickly started to walk home.

“That was weird...” Woohyun muttered.

“Aw, she was crying. Hyung! Look at what you did!” Sungjong said.

“I'm just so sick of these crazy fans.”

"This popularity of ours." Sungyeol whispered as he got his bag out of the trunk.

“But she wasn't a crazy fan. She didn't even scream when she saw us.” Sunggyu pointed out.

“Hey Myungsoo-ah, you have a letter. I think it's from her.” Hoya said and peeled the letter off of the door. He gave it to Myungsoo before walking inside and running into his shared bedroom with Sungyeol and Sungjong to sleep before their next schedule.

“Oh cool. She was my fan?” Myungsoo asked himself as he slumped on the couch to read it. Once he opened it, his eyes widened as he stared at it.

“Dongwoo hyung...”

“Hmm?”

“Can you help me read this? It's in English. Translate it for me.”

Dongwoo sat down next to him and started to read it.

“Dear Kim Myungsoo, I don't know what made me write this because I know you probably won't read it. I mean, you get hundreds, maybe thousands of these everyday. That's just how amazing you are. But I guess it's that little hope that makes me write. This will probably just add to the pile of love letters you get daily. I'm no different, I'm just a fan.

We've met before at a fansigning. You don't remember me right? I don't expect you to. You have so many fans that adore you just as much as I do. I'll be going to your next event. You won't even know it's me, but that's how it should be right? I don't expect you to write back either since I won't be putting an address on here. I'll be lucky enough if you open it and not even read it since I wrote this in English. Why? Because a part of me hopes you won't read it and know about this fantasy of mine.

Is it possible to fall in love with someone behind a television screen? You must be laughing right now. How can a normal fan be this deeply in love with an idol? You don't even know me, my name, what I look like, or my hobbies. But that's okay. Cause I know you.

The way you sing so beautifully even though you're a visual.

The way you get on that stage and be....well, perfect.

Do you even know how talented you are at singing and dancing?

I swoon at every note, move, and turn.

Your laugh makes my heart melt a little every time I hear it.

Even if I hear your name, a smile creeps to my face. You have that affect on me.

Everything about you, your voice, face, hair, body, it makes me fall for you more and more.

But I know you will only be in my dreams, since I'm just a fan. Just another face in the crowd of people that love you.

Continue what you do, because if you leave, I don't know what I'd do with myself.

Myungsoo just sat there, staring at the ground. Taking in those words one by one.

“Wow...I wish I had a fan this passionate.” Dongwoo commented.

Myungsoo started to cry. He didn't know how he was feeling at the moment so he just cried. He grabbed the letter out of Dongwoo's hands and stared at it. Reading it over and over again, even if he didn't know half of the words on it.

“What are you thinking?” Dongwoo asked.

“I'm going to find her. No matter what, I will find her.”
