Chapter 28

*Chaejin's POV*

It was already the new year, March to be exact. The last couple of months were a total 180 change. Hyojin gave birth to a baby boy named Jaemin back in November. It was also our last year of high school, well all except Aiya, Changjo, and Ricky. They had one year left before they started college. We spent the first half of our school busing ourselves with college applications. Any day now, we would have received our college acceptance letters.  

It didn't matter where I didn't have a dream college. I wanted to pursue my dream and get a degree in culinary arts and specialize in baking goods. There was this one school in Paris, France that offered me a scholarship to their school. It seemed appealing, but I didn't want to travel far from home. I was fine with attending to a school in Korea. Chunji found out about it and asked me why I didn't that the offer. 

"I don't want to leave my friends and family here," I told him. To be honest,  didn't want to leave him. I was in a good relationship, and plus the schools I applied to have a wonderful culinary program. "Don't miss out on the opportunity just because of us, or me. We'll always we here waiting for you," he told me. I smiled and kissed him on the cheek.

"Let's talk about this once we actually get our acceptance letters," I told him.

I had a little free time so I decided to go to the library. I took out a book I've been dying to read. Almost an hour passed and I didn't realize it. I looked at the screen on my phone and gasped at the time. I had a minute before the next class started. I hurried and stuffed everything in my bag. I hurried to my class hoping to make it on time. I entered the room and to my luck, the teacher was running late. 

 I walked over to my assigned seat and decided to organize my bag. After getting everything straightened out I realized I was missing somet
