Chapter 27

*Chaejin's POV*

There a few days left before school was over and the days kept getting hot. We spent most of our free time in the library. Aiya brought up the topic of what we should do over the break and possible ideas kept popping up. "How about we go to the beach and rent a beach house for a week. We can go next week," Changjo recommended. 

It wasn't such a bad idea and all of us were free. 

It was the first time I ever went to a beach. We spent the days before our trip shopping for the appropriate beach wear and sunscreen, "We got to keep our precious skin safe," Soojin said. 

It was finally the day we went to the beach; the perfect day to spend playing in the sand and go for a nice swim in the ocean. "Chae lets go for a swim," Chunji dragged me into the water. He splashed me in the face to my surprise. I wiped my face and saw him laugh in amusement. I got my revenge by doing the same. 

The night came, and we decided to do a campfire on the beach. We grabbed some marshmallows and hot dogs, stabbed them with our sticks and placed them over the fire. 

Summer went by fast, each day spent with the gang, not a day left in boredom. We had a week left of freedom before school started. Chunji and L.Joe came over for the day helping us innovate our apartment. Soojin and
