Chapter 22

*Chunji's POV*

"So she said she liked you?" L.joe asked.

I laid down on my bed and nodded my head. He threw a pillow at me, "Answer me!" 

"Yes! She said she liked me! Gosh, you're so annoying...." 

"Well....what did you say."

"I couldn't say anything. Your girlfriend interrupted us, plus it was time to go home." I told him. I didn't get a response from him. He just nodded his head and laid down on his bed. 

It was a Monday. Which meant school, hooray! It was pretty cold and slippery out. "It's like an ice ring," Niel said. I couldn't disagree with that. Changjo was on the phone with Aiya. When there was ice on the floor, it meant danger for Aiya. She wasn't that graceful on the ice, and knowing Changjo he would literally carry her bridal style just so she wouldn't get hurt. We were in front of her house and waited for her. I was also worried for her. I didn't want her falling and bruising herself, like what she did last time. 

She came out and held onto Changjo for dear life. Our journey to school was a slow one, but we were all safe. And I guess that's all that matters. 

The day went by like any normal day. Work, work, and even more work. It seems like we work for our entire life. We work and learn in school. And once we graduate from college, we enter the real world to work even more. We were born to work. That's how life works. You have to work. 

It was finally time to go home. I had to stay in the library to make-up a test. Sadly enough none of my friends had the kind heart to wait for me. But honestly, who would want to wait on a cold day. I entered the lonely room to do my stupid test. It dealt with some chemicals and formulas. I wonder if I would ever need this in life. Was this even useful to me?
