The Past Part III

I went to the secret place. My friends abandoned me, betrayed me but… there was still hope in my heart. I know I was not alone… I know… Jae oppa was here, he wouldn’t leave me. I ran faster… I wanted to see him… I wanted to see, to prove that I was not alone. There was still someone who wanted to be my friend… There was still another person who cared for me except my family.

I stopped near the river and looked around. It was so quiet, just like the first time I found this place. Where was he? Since we met, we always met up here after my dismissal. He was my first male friend. He was special for me and he said that I was also special for him. That was why I know… he wouldn’t betray me like they did. He was sincere… right?

Did he left because I didn’t show up earlier? Maybe… I looked down, disappointed. I decided to wait for him, he might still show up. I badly needed to see him. As I was going to sit at the big rock where we always sat at, I saw a folded paper above it. A stone was preventing it to fly away. I got it and saw my name written on it. I opened it.

I was waiting for you to come but you didn’t. I wanted to talk to you personally, to tell you that my family and I would be leaving today. I just found out earlier today so I rushed here. I don’t have any more time.

Don’t worry, I promise you we’ll see each other again. I said that I’ll protect you always and I don’t have any intention to break my promise. I will do anything and everything to protect you. I won’t say good bye because I know, I assure you, I will definitely find you. You’ll always be my only angel.
