UKISS had arrived in Kuala Lumpur yesterday and they had just finished an interview for some local press. They were now on their way back to the hotel to get ready to go check out the stage and festival grounds. Eli was listening to his headphones in the van next to AJ. Hoon was sitting behind them with Dongho. AJ kept staring at Eli with a smile on his face. Eli turned to look at him. He groaned. “Not this again! Now what?” He said in English, taking one of his ear buds out.

                AJ laughed “Nothing, there was a funny sign outside your window.” Dongho pressed himself against the window. “Where? I didn’t see one…” AJ reached back and smacked the maknae on the leg “You weren’t looking!” Hoon laughed at Dongho, trying to understand the sudden English, and the maknae started pretending to be grumpy. AJ couldn’t help but wonder if Cyrus really was bringing Jade and the others from the article with him. He really wanted to know if it was the same girl.

                They got back to the hotel and Dongho climbed out over everyone and started running towards the hotel room. He really needed to pee. The manager sighed. “AJ?” he asked nodding his head after Dongho and AJ ran after the maknae immediately.

                Eli and Hoon took their time walking back. Eli took out his ear buds and glanced over at the pool through the large window in the lobby. He saw a white girl in bright green sunglasses that looked very familiar to him. He sighed to himself and looked at Hoon intently, sort of creeping out the younger boy. “Wae?” Hoon asked as Eli just shook his head. “Aniya…”

                Back in the hotel room, Eli was sharing with AJ and Kevin. Kevin wasn’t in the room yet. Eli looked over at AJ and sighed. “I think I am finally going crazy…” AJ looked at him confused. “Why?” He plopped on the bed and grabbed a pillow. “I thought I saw Jade by the pool… I thought I was done with this…” He nodded and smiled, Jade really did come.

                Suddenly Kevin came in and started telling them the schedule stuff from the manager. They had an hour to get ready to head to the stage. Eli nodded and jumped into the shower. AJ smiled and left the room.

                AJ made his way down towards the pool. He saw the only two white girls next to a mixed boy. He recognized them from the article in the online magazine. These were the people he had emailed. Jade was in the center in bright green sunglasses and the same swimsuit as the pictures in the article. The boy, he assumed to be Keji, was suddenly whispering to her and the other girl was laughing. Suddenly Jade’s posture changed.  AJ looked over where Keji kept looking and saw some boy was checking her out. AJ wasn’t going to let that happen.

                He quietly walked over to her chair and leaned over her just in time to see her her lips. He could see why Eli liked her. He grinned down at her. Her female friend dropped her phone as Jade seemed to choke on nothing. Keji squeaked. AJ smiled down at her, satisfied that the boy would no longer be interested. “Are you Jade?” he asked while holding back his laughter.

                Jade nodded up at him and slowly covered herself with her arms. He stood up straight. “Well, it’s good to see you got my email. I’m looking forwards to seeing you at the concert tomorrow. I think it will be very interesting.” He turned around and headed back into the hotel.

                He hid behind a pillar and watched to see what would happen next. He couldn’t hear her from outside, but she was flailing and he assumed she was yelling judging by the stares she was getting. She suddenly stood up and covered her head in a towel and ran back into the hotel, right past where he was hiding. Her friends chased after her. Jade almost ran into a glass door but her friend yelled “Door!!” for her.

                AJ burst out laughing and headed towards the elevator to go back to his room. Eli was already out of the shower and Kevin was in there now. Eli was drying his hair and looked at him. “Where did you go?” He smiled and laughed. “I went to ask the front desk something. I saw a girl almost run into a glass door because she saw me. Her friend saved her though.” Eli laughed at him. “Be nice to the fans.” He nodded and started getting ready himself. “I think she was more your fan though… Maybe she will be at the concert.”
