Eli came out of the kitchen with a bowl of cereal and stood there staring at Dongho. He poked him in the face. The younger boy crinkled his face. Eli then kicked him with his foot. “Ya! You are taking over the entire couch!” Dongho once again crinkled his face and then turned to face the back of the couch. He bent his legs and situated himself with no intention of waking up.

                Eli sat down where the other boys legs had been and the TV. He started eating his cereal. He elbowed Dongho “Are you the only one home? When did you get back?” The sleepy boy just curled up more. Eli smiled and continued watching TV and eating. He suddenly heard the shower turn on and looked down the hall. He shrugged his shoulders and mindlessly ate his cereal.

                After a while Kiseop came in the living room with just a towel around his waist and on top of his head and sat on the couch next to Eli. “Merry Christmas. So did you call your parents last night?” Eli nodded with a mouthful of cereal and chased some of the cereal floating in his milk with his spoon. Kiseop started drying his hair with the towel.

                Eli sighed. “Hey, what does it mean if you dream that you confessed to a girl but she just smiled and disappeared?” Kiseop suddenly lifted the towel up so he could see Eli. Dongho immediately sat up and stared at him. Eli was shocked at their reactions. “What?”

                Dongho and Kiseop smiled at each other. Eli suddenly stood up and took his bowl to the kitchen and grabbed a red bull from the fridge. He turned around and both boys were standing behind him with silly grins on their faces. Dongho rubbed one of his eyes “So you dreamed about Jade again?” His eyes opened wide. Kiseop grinned and put his hand on Eli’s shoulder. “You lied to us about not dreaming about her, didn’t you?”

                He sighed and opened his red bull. “I have no idea what you are talking about.” He took a drink out of it and walked back to the living room. The two boys followed behind like he was a mother duck.

                Suddenly the front door opened and the three boys stopped in their tracks and looked at Hoon standing there with some bags. He smiled, trying to hold back a laugh. “What are you doing?” Dongho suddenly ran over to Hoon. “Did you bring presents!?” He laughed. “My brother gave me these to share with everyone.”

                Eli sat back on the couch since Hoon had successfully grabbed their attention. Kiseop was now trying to see what was in Hoon’s bags. Hoon took his shoes off and held the bags close. “Go put some clothes on!” Kiseop sighed and ran back to his room to get dressed. Dongho followed Hoon all the way back to the kitchen and was excited to see that all of his bags were full of food.

                Kiseop came running back with just a pair of pajama pants on. “What is it?” he yelled as he got into the kitchen. Dongho laughed. “Side dishes and meat!” At hearing that Eli got up and went into the kitchen. The boys all helped put the food away. Hoon smiled “Someone call Kevin and Soohyun and see when they are coming back.” Dongho automatically texted them both, Soohyun was on his way home and Kevin was going to church.

                They all set up the table as Eli and Dongho cooked the meat. Soohyun came home and had some gifts for everyone. The food was finally finished and everyone sat around the table as Soohyun handed out his presents. He got Dongho a couple pairs of socks with teddy bears on them, Eli got a bag full of red bull, Kiseop got a couple black v-neck shirts and Hoon got a stuffed puppy. Eli was hugging his red bull as the other members looked at their gifts confused.

                Soohyun smiled and continued eating. “Kiseop, put a shirt on.” Eli and Dongho started laughing. Kiseop started pouting as he put the shirt on. Hoon was just staring at the puppy. Soohyun grinned. “Dongho, you should also wash your feet more before putting those on. They are cute so don’t get them dirty.” This time it was Kiseops turn to laugh with Eli.

                Hoon held the puppy up. “Why do I have a puppy?” Soohyun smiled. “It looks like you so I got it for you.” Hoon tilted his head to the side and Soohyun held the puppy up next to his face. All the boys started laughing. They continued eating and suddenly Dongho looked at Eli. “So are you really dreaming about that girl again?”

                Eli started coughing. Everyone stared at him, waiting for an answer. He wasn’t sure how to answer. He took a drink of his red bull. He decided that he might as well come clean. Why did it matter what he dreamed about. “Yeah, I never stopped dreaming about her.” Hoon and Soohyun only knew that he had recurring dreams about a girl but nothing else besides that. Kiseop and Dongho however, they felt offended that Eli hadn’t let them know things anymore.

                Dongho pouted. “You’re lucky! So you did you take my advice and ask her out? Is it still going?” Kiseop lit up excitedly. Hoon and Soohyun were entertained by the other members’ interest. Eli nodded like it was no big deal and reached his chopsticks out towards the meat. Dongho suddenly grabbed his chopsticks. “You have been dating her this whole time and never told me?!”

                Soohyun and Hoon started laughing. Soohyun pushed both of their chopsticks away from the meat and grabbed a piece. “Technically he can’t date her because she only exists in his dreams.” Hoon and Eli both nodded. Kiseop just smiled. He felt like he was a side character in a drama. Dongho pouted again. “I’ve said this before but it’s the perfect relationship for an idol! No one can see your dreams besides you and there can’t be a scandal!” Kiseop just nodded and ate some kimchi.

                Eli rubbed the back of his neck. “This is why I stopped telling you guys.” Kiseop suddenly sat up. “Is she the one you asked us about this morning? You confessed to her!? And she just disappeared after smiling?!” Eli laughed and nodded. Hoon leaned forwards, he was now interested. Dongho grinned and sat back against his chair. “Hyung, you are living in a drama. Some day you will see the girl who looks just like her.”

                Eli laughed and stood up, taking his red bull with him. “Yeah sure, when I go back to America, I’m just going to bump into her.” He went back into his room and got on his computer. He now regretted saying anything about it. He started watching random videos on youtube. After a little while, Hoon came into his room and sat on his bed.

                “You don’t have to worry about those two. Soohyun is telling them to make sure they don’t say anything to anyone.” Eli nodded. He hadn’t even thought about that. It would be a news story if anyone found out that an idol had a recurring dream about one person. Hoon laid back on the bed and looked up at Eli. “Don’t worry about your dreams. Just enjoy them while you’re having them. You don’t have to connect it to the real world.” He nodded again. “Hoon, you want to watch videos with me?”

                They watched videos online for a few hours when Soohyun called them all out to the living room. Kevin was back already. The leader was holding a movie. “Guys, let’s all watch a movie together. We start having schedules again soon.” Dongho ran into his room and came running back out in a pair of plaid pajamas and his blanket. They all decided to change into their pajamas and all settled in to watch the movie. Soohyun put the movie in and sat on the floor with his back against the couch. Eli ended up sitting between Hoon and Kevin.  Dongho laid on his stomach, facing the TV and Kiseop sat on the floor between Kevin’s’ legs.

                By the time the movie ended, it was almost midnight. Dongho and Soohyun had fallen asleep on the floor. Dongho was using Soohyun’s stomach as a pillow. Kiseop was slowly falling asleep on Kevin’s knee. Hoon got up and turned the movie off. Kevin led Kiseop back to his room and came back out with a couple blankets and covered Soohyun with one.

                “I guess they are still tired from the snowboarding the other day.” Hoon whispered as he yawned himself. Kevin nodded and laid on the couch. “I’m still tired from playing in the snow.” He wrapped himself up in a blanket and sighed. “I’m going to just sleep out here tonight.” Eli laughed. “Then I guess we should all go get some sleep. Good night!” He waved as he walked back to his room and got ready for bed.

                Soon he fell asleep and showed back up at the Not Young house. He saw Jade waiting for him already and headed down the stairs. She suddenly stood up and ran to him. She wrapped her arms around him and pressed her face into his chest. Eli smiled. “What’s wrong?” She had never ran to him like this before. “I love you too.” He was so happy to hear those words. He put a hand on the back of her head and they just stood there silently for a while.

                She slowly looked up at him. “You smell good.” He laughed. She was being weird but cute today. He kissed her forehead. “You are being odd today. Did something happen?” She slowly nodded. He understood and led her over to the couch and sat down, pulling her between his legs and wrapping his arms around her.

                Jade sighed. “Cyrus showed up at the Christmas event.” It may have been about a month, but he remembered that name. He tensed up a bit. He didn’t want him near her but he remembered this was a dream. “Really?” She turned and faced him. “I was forced to be his partner for the back riding game.” He frowned. He wondered why his dream was making him jealous like this. “I thought you were supposed to be MC?” she nodded. “Elle took over when he decided I would be his partner. I had no choice.” Eli was frustrated and bit his lip. “Did you win?” she shook her head. He felt a bit relieved. “He couldn’t do the squats with me in his arms. The other team beat us.”

                Eli laughed. He knew very well how light she was and knew that he would be able to win that game with her. “Good. He isn’t good enough.” She laughed. “He smelled weird too. I took a shower as soon as I got home so I couldn’t smell or feel him on me.” He looked her up and down automatically once she said she showered. He smiled. “I just realized you aren’t wearing pants.”

                Jade grinned up at him. “I felt like sleeping in just a shirt today.” Eli watched as she leaned back and stood on her knees so he could see her better. He smiled and then thought about what Dongho had said about seeing her in real life someday. “I like it. Some day you should sleep in one of my shirts.” He laughed when she blushed. He put his hands on her hips and pulled her close to him. “So besides being paired with that guy, how did your event go?” He smiled when she leaned against his shoulder. “It went very well. After the game finished, I helped the kids with decorating cookies. My face got decorated with frosting and a cookie on each cheek.” He laughed. She was good with kids too. He suddenly her cheek. “Nope, still taste like Jade.”

                She smiled and kissed him gently, his bottom lip. “Still tastes like Eli.” He smiled and kissed her again, wrapping an arm behind her back. He continued to just softly kiss her to his heart’s content. She wrapped her arms around his neck and they just continued kissing each other. He wanted to completely erase that other man’s touch from her. He slowly ran his fingers over her entire body.

                Eli pulled away slightly and rested his head against hers. He really didn’t care if this was a dream or not, he felt she was his. “I don’t like that Cyrus guy. You should try to stay away from him.” He was happy when she smiled and nodded and pulled herself closer to him. They continued to just lay in each other’s arms. He suddenly lifted her chin and looked right into her eyes. “I really do love you.” He wanted to make sure that his brain was very aware of this and would stop making her see this Cyrus guy. She started to tear up then she leaned forward and closed the gap between their lips. She broke the kiss but he could still feel her lips against his. There was less than a centimeter between them. “I love you Eli.” She whispered against his lips. He felt her lips form those words.

                Suddenly the manager was telling him to get up. He just sat up sleepily and touched his lips. He could swear the sensation of her lips was still there.
