Sungmin watched from the top of the building, moonlight shining onto his skin. Of course, the moon looked beautiful. But, Sungmin thought, it didn't look as beautiful as that man. The man which Sungmin had been watching for over the past month or so. A beautiful, pale, and completely hypnotic human. Sungmin bit his lip, his fangs barely visible. Yes, if you didn't already know, Sungmin was a vampire. And not just some ordinary vampire. Sungmin happened to be a very powerful vampire. Not to mention the fact that Sungmin didn't really kill people or even hurt them. He was, even with an immortal vampire heart, kind and gentle towards people. Whether they screamed at the sight of him or they cursed at him with all their might, Sungmin never laid a hand against people. Against humans. Even though he did once and a while have some cravings for blood. But when it came to that, Sungmin forced himself away from people, instead living off animal blood.

Suddenly, Sungmin, as he watched two other strange people began walking directly behind the man he was watching. They were much too suspicious and obvious, smirks on their lips. By the look in their eyes, it was obvious that they had ill thoughts running through their minds. Sungmin breathed slowly, the sound of the two men snickering ringing through his ears. Sungmin growled slightly. Silently, he jumped to the next building top, the powers of a vampire were great. He saw the man, the beautiful moonlit man turn to the corner and down an alley. The two men slowly followed behind him. Sungmin's eyes never once left the scene, never once looking away from the man.

"G-Go away!" The man stuttered, getting cornered in an alley. The two men smirked at the other, Sungmin breathed in the air filled with the scent of fear. Sungmin usually found such a scent pleasant. But at the moment, he hated it. It stench wasn't liked by Sungmin at all. And maybe that was only because it was the scent from the man Sungmin had been watching. Maybe it was because Sungmin actually cared for the man.

"Come on, don't be like that..." The two men spoke, bringing their hand to touch the other. But just before they could touch the man, he screamed.

"Help!!"

"Stop shouting so much, you're to noisy. Wha-" And with that, it all went silent. The only sound was the wind passing through The man looked up and saw another man with fangs. Glistening white fangs barely visible. He then looked to the ground and saw the two men passed out, no physical marks on their bodies. The man's eyes widened.

"Ahhh!!" Screamed the man in a strangely high tone. Sungmin stared, somewhat amused. A small flame burned in his eyes. The man quickly fell silent when he caught eye contact with the vampire in front of him. For some reason, when he looked into the other's eyes, he didn't feel any fear. There was something about the way he looked, something that was hidden.

"...Am I scary?" Sungmin questioned rhetorically, a emotionless expression plastered onto his face.

"..." The man stayed quiet. Sungmin put his hand out, wanted the other to hold onto it. The man wasn't sure why, but he felt some sort of calling. Hesitantly, he put his hand out and held onto the vampire's. Sungmin lead Kyuhyun out from the alley and to the walkway.

"You're safe now." Sungmin muttered. Even though vampires were supposed to be dangerous, the man felt safe for some reason. And with that feeling, he couldn't help but smile slightly.

"T-Thank you." The man stuttered. It was somehow comfortable, but the man couldn't understand why.

"...Who are you?" Sungmin asked hesitantly. The man stared back anf shrugged his shoulders, eyes emotionless yet hurt in some way. Almost confused.

"Don't know. My name is Cho Kyuhyun though. But I don't really know who I am." The man, now known as Kyuhyun, replied, sitting down on the edge of the pathway, his feet on the road. Sungmin gave the human a confused look. Sungmin stayed closely behind Kyuhyun, this child was interesting.

"...Where is your home?" Sungmin asked. Kyuhyun shrugged once again.

"Don't know." Kyuhyun replied. Sungmin raised a brow.

"...Why are you here?" Sungmin's third question, Kyuhyun shrugged yet again.

"Don't know." Kyuhyun replied. Sungmin realised the continuous answer.

"How long have you been here?"

"Don't know."

"...Who is your family?"

"Don't know."

"...What do you want?"

"Don't know." At every question, Kyuhyun shrugged his shoulders.

"...How can you not know answers to such obvious questions?" Sungmin asked rhetorically, his voice rough but somewhat concerned. Kyuhyun simply stared back at the vampire.

"Who are you?" Kyuhyun questioned.

"...I-I'm... I'm Sungmin. Lee Sungmin. A vampire." Sungmin stuttered slightly, startled at the sudden question. Kyuhyun stared at Sungmin with an indescribable look, letting the elder fall into his eyes slower and slower.

"Is that really who you are?" Kyuhyun questioned in a somewhat doubtful tone of voice. Sungmin raised a brow at the human sitting on the floor. For a human, he was rather beautiful. Sungmin felt his interest with Kyuhyun increase at that point.

"Who else could I be?" sungmin asked rhetorically, Kyuhyun let a small smile crawl to his lips. Though, Sungmin wasn't sure what that smile of Kyuhyun's actually meant.

"Don't know."

"...You-"

"Where is your home?" Kyuhyun questioned, they were the same questions in which Sungmin asked the mortal just before. Sungmin stifled a light laugh, not finding it appropriate at the moment.

"...Somewhere." Sungmin muttered rather quietly. Where was his home? Sungmin did have a place in which he lived, but that could never have been truly called a 'home'.

"Such questions are easily asked, but not easily answered." Kyuhuyun spoke, Sungmin acknowledged those words.

"..."

"Why did you come here?"

"...What do you mean, 'why did you come here'?"

"Why did you come to meet me? Surely, there is no gain from being in my presence." Kyuhyun gave a bitter laugh, it seemed almost pitiful. Yet, with that, the human gave a most prideful look, even hopeful..

"...I find joy in your presence. I'm not sure why, I'm not sure how." Sungmin replied. When the vampire said those words, Kyuhyun felt a smile crawl up to his lips.

"Thanks." Kyuhyun muttered back. Sungmin stared.

"Why are you thanking me?"

"...No-one has ever found any joy in my presence. The fact you do makes me feel desired by humanity. Not that I am desired by humanity or anything." Kyuhyun let out a bitter laugh with those words, Sungmin raised a brow.

"You're undesired by humanity?"

"If I were desired by people, I wouldn't be here." Kyuhyun laughed once again. Sungmin thought that he must have been refering to the fact that he was sitting on the side walk.

"What about your parents?" Asked Sungmin.

"...I told you already, I don't know my family. They left me. So, I'm an orphan I guess."

"...Tell me again, why are you here?"

"Why I'm here...? Because this is where I have been since my parents left me. I have nowhere else to go." Kyuhyun replied, Sungmin couldn't help but look at him with sympathetic eyes.

"...Do you want to be here?" Sungmin questioned.

"I have no desire to go, but I have no desire to stay. I am just here."

"...Then..."

"Then?" Kyuhyun asked rhetorically.

"How would you like to come with me, to where I reside?" Sungmin asked.

"..."

"Is that a yes or a no?" Sungmin questioned.

"...What do you want from me?" Kyuhyun asked with a suspicious expression. Sungmin raised his brow once again at the human.

"What does that mean?"

"People, or vampires, aren't nice to someone like me for no reason. What do you want?"

"...Nothing."

"Lying to me?"

"Come with me, and then we'll see if I'm lying."

"...Alright."

And with that, Kyuhyun and Sungmin left.

That was many many years ago. Since then, everything has changed. Back then, when Kyuhyun was 19 years of age. And Sungmin was about 22. Well, Sungmin has been 22 for a while. He was, already known, an immortal vampire. Now, it was much different. Kyuhyun was no longer, well, a human. He turned into a vampire a couple months after he came to live with Sungmin, after he came to love Sungmin with all his heart.

"Kyuhyunnie." Sungmin muttered seeing Kyuhyun walk into the lounge room. Kyuhyun smiled at his elder, quickly walking to the other and sitting down beside him on the couch.

"Sungmin hyung." Kyuhyun said as Sungmin put his hand on Kyuhyun's cheek, drawing the younger into a kiss. But before their lips could actually touch, Heechul came in and groaned, biting his lip slightly.

"Aish, get a room. You know that I can't stand it." Heechul grumbled, his fang showing just slightly.

"That's only because Hankyung hyung isn't here right now." Kyuhyun retorted, knowing his brother-in-law oh too well. Heechul smirked at Kyuhyun, nodding his head in agreement.

"Exactly." Heechul stated.

"Where is Hankyung hyung anyway?" Sungmin asked, Heechul shrugged.

"He-"

"Did someone call me?" Someone asked, they turned to see Hankyung with some luggage being pulled behind him. It seemed tht Hankyung had come back from his trip.

"Hannie~" Heechul sang happily, gracefully walking over to the other and kissed his lips. After the short kiss, Heechul let his fangs graze over the pale skin on Hankyung's neck.

"Come on Heechul, lets go." Hankyung smiled slightly, dragging his boyfriend into another room.

"Who are you?" Sungmin questioned. Kyuhyun laughed quietly.

"I'm Cho-"

"Lee." Sungmin corrected, Kyuhyun smirked lightly.

"...I'm Lee Kyuhyun."

"Where is your home?" The very same questioned Sungmin asked Kyuhyun when they first met.

"Here, with you. Wherever you are, that's my home. Well, for now it is anyway." Kyuhyun teased, Sungmin let out a quiet laugh.

"Why are you here?"

"Because you're here." Kyuhyun smiled happily, his hands slowly winding around Sungmins' neck.

"How long have you been here?" Sungmin questioned, Kyuhyun raised a brow before giving an amused expression.

"Unnecessary question. But I've been here since about, I don't know, 10 or 11 years so far?" Kyuhyun questioned rhetorically.

"You're so old." Sungmin muttered, Kyuhyun glared with a slight pout. Sungmin stifled a laugh.

"I'm 19 years old, thank you very much. Aren't you 22 years old?"

"Forget I said it. Lets continue with the questions." Sungmin whispered, Kyuhyun laughed.

"Sure, continue." Kyuhyun muttered back.

"Who is your family?"

"You. And Heechul and Hankyung hyung." Kyuhyun replied.

"..."

"What do you want me to say? Heechul's my brother-in-law after all. And Hankyung's his boyfriend." Kyuhyun said in a truthful tone, laughing when he saw the expression on Sungmin's face.

"Want do you want?"

"You." Kyuhyun spoke bluntly, Sungmin laughed quietly as he kissed his precious boyfriend.

Every question Kyuhyun couldn't answer before were all of a sudden easy to answer.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

"Forever?"

"Well, its not like we can die any time soon."
