HELLO GUYS! I know i havent been updating this story in sooooooo long. So i just wanted to say SORRY!!!!!!! I have a chapter for you and its a long one, but im not to happy with the way it turned out. I hope its still okay for you guys!!!!! ALSO! i hope i havent made any of you not want to read this story!!!

That night, Niel and I were sitting by the river side. I wanted Niel’s help with my bending since he already knew so much, but Niel didn’t want to help. I tried everything that would usually get him to help me but nothing worked. He was still saying the same line over and over again.

“Eunbin you don’t understand. This isn’t just about your bending. The King and Queen are looking for someone who is like the daughter, not someone who is great at water bending”

“But oppa-“

“No buts Eunbin. You need to learn by yourself”

Sighing i took a seat on the bank of the river. I wanted to show my best and not look like a fool when it came to the battles. We were told that each element would be watching as the activities were taking place, and i couldn’t help but feel the pressure.

“Eunbin, are you okay?” Niel asked as he sat down next to me. Looking over I noticed how concerned he looked.

“Yeah, I’m just nervous for tomorrow that’s all”

Niel smiled. As i was looking out at the river, i felt a warm light weight on my hand. Looking down, Niel’s long slender fingers were wrapped securely around my small hand.

“You will do great tomorrow Eunbin. That i know for sure”

“Thanks Niel oppa”

Today was the day of the first test. As i walked through the gates of the academy, i could feel my heart speeding up. I wanted to do well even though i knew i wasn’t a part of the royal family. After placing my bag into my locker, i made my way towards the battle arena.

The whole room had been set up for the water tribe girls, and i couldn’t help but feel nervous.

“Nervous?” A deep voice asked near my ear.

Due to the sudden voice near my ear, I jumped slightly. Turning around JR smiled warmly down at me. Nodded my head i turned back around to the arena.

“I am”

“Don’t worry you will do fine”

“How do you know? All the other girls here are better fighters than me”

“I doubt that”

“What?” I asked turning around. JR shrugged his shoulders as his eyes looked out to the battle arena.

“I’ve seen the way you use your bending, and compared to the other girls your better than them”

“Really?”

JR smiled and nodded his head.

“WATER TRIBE GIRLS DOWN IN THE FEILD PLEASE. EVERYONE ELSE SITTING ON THE STANDS”

The head master yelled through the speaker. “Good luck Eunbin. I’ll voting for you”

Smiling i walked towards the group of girls. Everyone seemed to be nervous about the day’s events. I fought the sudden feeling in the back of my throat to throw up. I was scared that i would fail. I wanted to show Niel that i could do well and not be known as the slow learner.

The head master walked in with the King and Queen of the water nation. I couldn’t help but watch as the Queen gracefully took her seat. She had beautiful features that shown brighter than anyone else. As I took my place, I noticed a tall skinny boy runni
