"Hahaha..hyung,since when I ever look well,Let's go,I'm a strong person you know"Junsu try to make to joke to brighten the sorrow feeling that surround them.Junho takes his dongsaeng smaller hand and caress his hair

"Junsu-ah,you don't need to force yourself..you know..It will hurt you more and more"

Junsu paused,he seems to be fighting with his own feeling managed to say "I have to hyung,even I'm forced to or its my decision,I'll still do it.This the only way to make them hate me.To make them forget me completely,to let them think that...that...I just a bitter...........memories to them"

##since I'm not a  lawyer or studying law..I really dont know how a sentence happen and also the right label...sorry..the court situation is 100% my imagination

"So,Junsu-ssi do you know that you still have contract swith Cjes company for about 5 years more and is it true that you left the company at 26 Dec 2011?ask the prosecutor

"Yes,I know it since the very beginning and yes I left"Junsu said with confidence,trying to hide the pain that attacking him.

"And you also know when you left,all JYJ activities and album launching will be canceled and it make a big loss to the company?"ask the prosecuter again to the pale man.

"Of course I know"Junsu answered with much more decreasing tone,the pain had conquer him until he can't focus to the court session anymore.

"The last question,,What is the reason you left the company"ask the prosecuter strictly

Jaejoong and Yoochun body stiffen to the question.They really want to know the real reason Junsu left them.Everybody in the court seems to focus on that one question but interrupted with

"Denial,sir"Lee Mong Ryong,Junsu's lawyer has make a denial to the question that the prosecuter asked"the question is certainly not related to this case,sir"he said to the judge

"Denial accepted...Court dismissed"said the judge calmly

Junsu P.O.V

Finally, I ca see my beloved member face,but I dont want to see them in this situation.The surrounding was so tense.Jaejoong hyung and Yoochun looks fine to me.I know they will do better without me.They will go on even without me.I've achieved my aim to left them and let them go on without me....But......why did my heart hurt so much?why did my heart hurt seeing them in good state?Really..I'm a bad person.Did i just feel disappointed seeing them in good state?No,Junsu..you cant!

Along the session,I always take a peek to them.Yoochunnie looks uncomfortable and I see him always holding Jaejoong hyung tightly,like he is looking for some comfortness and calmness.Chun-ah,Hyung..mianeh..I promise all this will end soon,you will go on and be more succesful in your life and completely forget me.Please be strong.

ARRGGHHH.Please,not this time!The pain was too much.I can't feel my head,my sight seems to be blurry,but I must be strong..I don't want them to know.Please stop this pain.I twitched Junho hyung's hand to let him know my condition.His eyes wide open seeing me sweating and pale.

"Hyung..I can't walk"I almost can't feel my legs right now.

"Junsu-ah,Hyung will help you..kokjonghajima ne?"I know Junho hyung try to compose himself too.

Outside the court..

Hundreds of fan has filled the outer side of the court.They all gathering to know the real things that happen between their lovely idol.But the situation was chaos.There are fan screaming,crying calling Junsu,jaejoong and Yoochun's name.The news of JYJ breaking really making them sad and anxious.They dont want anymore breakups.

And then Junsu walk out of the building,help by Junho.He seems to be collapsed any time.Suddenly a fan grab the weak Junsu and hit him many times and swearing to him"Oppa!Why are you doing this?..You chongmal napun namja..I hate you"the fans keep hitting Junsu while Junsu stay still.He know he desrves the hate from the fan from what he have done.Junho try to protect Junsu with using his body as Junsu's shield.

But suddenly the watch that Junsu is wearing fall from the pull of the fan and it crash to the ground.The watch was broke.Junsu struggle from Junho's grip,trying to get the watch back

"Hyung,that watch..please..take it hyung'he pleaded his hyung to take the broken watch.

Junsu seems can't hold on anymore"Hyung..the..watch..please"he cried and with that he collapsed onto Junho's embrace

Junho was very panick,fortunately the bodyguard are there and help him to get Junsu immediately to the car,before the media knows.He managed to grab Junsu's watch

"Hold on Junsu-ah"Junho tighten his hold to Junsu cold hand,on their way to hospital

Jaejoong P.O.V

I don't feel really comfortable.The court session was killing me.I hate it..the feeling of the sue case from the breakup is there again.I really dont want to remember about it again.Yoochun and I takes areally long time to compose ourself before going into the courtroom.Yoochun keeps holding my hand in order to find comfortness.I know he afraid too.

I see Junsu for the first time today after 2 weeks.He seems.................pale...and fragile.Am I right?But all my concern to him disappear when i see him answering all the question confidently.Like nothing ever happen.He looks like he is taking lightly to this case.Slowly my anger to him rise,but i can't show it to Yoochun.Wae Junsu?Why did you change?Why did you betray us?

The court session finally ends and we both finally can get out from this hell.As expected,hundreds of fan waiting us outside.They desperately wanting to know the truth.I know dear fans.I need to know the truth too.But,something captured my sight,i see Junsu been hitting and sweared by a fan and he cried over a broken watch.What the hell he is doing?looking for a sympathy?.But it stunned me when I took a closer look,It's the watch that I and Yunho give him on his 17th birthday.That's all we could give because we really dont have much money back then.Did he really treasure that watch?that cheap watch?

But why did he treasure that watch when he betrays me?My eyes start to sting seeing the situation.I grab Yoochun's hand and immediately go to my car.i can't stand it.All this thing are killing me.

Yunho P.O.V

I know today is their court session so I decide to disguise myself and go to the court without nobody realize.Even Changminnie dont know this.I want to know what is really happen to them.But it hurt my heart a lot when i see Junsu.He looks so frail and pale.What's wrong with you Junsu?can't you tell hyung?

The court session ends with tense situation.Without anyone know,I follow Junsu till outside.I almost tearing when I see Junsu can't walk by himself.Junho has to help him to walk.I really wanna hug that fragile body near me and tell him how much I worry about him,but i can't.The fans outside was crazily screaming and yelling,so I decided to just hide in my car and observe him from far away.

Junsu got trough the fans hardly.I tighten my grip to the steering when I see one of the fans hitting and swearing to him.I have an urge to take him away and stay with him.He looks so pale and I swear my heartbeat stops when i see Junsu cry over a broken watch.Wait..watch..that watch!the watch that I and Joongie give to him.Did he treasure it that much?

My thought suddenly interrupted by a call

"HYu....hyung..please come back right now"I can hear Changmin crying.

"Min?Min-ah.."I called but he didin't answer.

I rush to home as fast as I could.Afraid of any bad possibilities happen to Min

"Min-ah..wait for hyung!"
