I smirk as I read Ji-Yong's text. He changed his name in my contact list from 'Ji-Yong' to 'Baby-GD'. When I asked him why, he said because he already changed my name in his phone to 'Baby-G' and it was unfair if I didn't do the same thing. Tch… what a cheese-whiz!
 

Brown Eyed Girls just finished our performance at Music Bank. I've been feeling really happy lately. Our new song is a hit, we've been topping many charts, and the public's reactions have been the opposite of what I imagined. Sure, there are some backlash comments here and there, mostly about me, but so far we've been able to handle them.

I'm also glad that my boyfriend wasn't so upset about the racy performance I have to do at music programs. I know that he's a little annoyed by it, but being the good boyfriend he is, he always tells me that he fully supports me.

Hmmm... I miss my boyfriend. We haven't seen each other in a week because I've been so busy, and he's going to come over tonight, so… YAY! I laugh happily inside.
 

"Thank you for the ride, Kyung-Sun unnie," I say when our van is approaching my apartment building. I feel a little weird, though, because Kyung-Sun unnie usually drops off my unnies first, and I'm the last one. But tonight, I'm the first one to be driven home.

"We're having dinner in your apartment, Ga-In ah," Narsha unnie giggles. MWO???!!!

"Y-Yeh?!" I gape at her statement.

"It's been a long time since we last visited your place. We miss hanging out in your apartment," JeA unnie replies. Aaaaargh! This isn't happening! Ji-Yong is coming over tonight! And he didn't tell me what time! What will happen if he shows up when my unnies are in my apartment?! I yelp in my head.
 

"Wae, Ga-In ah? You don't like having us in your apartment?" Miryo unnie pokes me from the backseat. Oh, , she must've seen the expression on my face! "E-Err… That's not it, unnie. It's just that… Uh… My apartment is messy and--"

"Do you think we care? Don't worry, girl, we might even help you clean up," Miryo unnie laughs.
 

"What exactly did you mean by messy?" Kyung-Sun unnie gapes when we enter my apartment.

"I don't think I've ever seen your apartment this clean and tidy before," JeA unnie adds.

I ignore their comments and run to the bedroom area to hide Ji-Yong's things. God, this guy has left so many things in my apartment!!! I put all his things in the closet, the one place I know my unnies won't go to. I take my mobile phone and send Ji-Yong a message, since it's impossible to call him with my unnies present.

[Ji-Yong ah, CODE RED! I don't think u can come over tonight, or at least not until unnies leave my apartment. I'll call u later, ok? Miss u, too.]
 

"Shall we order some fried chicken?" Narsha unnie looks at the bookets of delivery services stuck on my fridge door. "Yeah, unnie, anything is fine," I say while looking around my apartment, checking if there are any more of Ji-Yong's things lying around.

Oh, ! Our pictures!!! I run to my bed, grab the framed pictures from the side table, and put them inside the drawer. Phew~ I sigh in relief. Ok, calm down, Son Ga-In, act natural, everything will be ok, and your cover won't be blown up!
 

We're gathered around the coffee table, eating dinner while watching TV. "Are you alright? You seem agitated," JeA unnie asks. No, unnie! I'm not alright because Ji-Yong hasn't replied my text! I'm not sure whether or not he has read it! I smile at her,

"I'm ok, unnie."

Narsha unnie gets up from her seat, "Ga-In ah, can I use your bathroom?"

"Yes, of course, unnie. Go ahead."

After a few minutes, Narsha unnie comes back, "Ga-In ah, whose toothbrush is this?" She raises her eyebrows. I almost choke on my chicken when I see her holding Ji-Yong's toothbrush in her hand. Oh, crap! What should I say? Omo!!!
 

"Uh… Oh! It's my dad's toothbrush, unnie. Um… Yeah, my dad's. He visited here a few days ago and I still have it in case he visits me again soon," I manage to blurt out.

Narsha unnie nods her head, "ah, is that so? That's why there are also a men's shampoo, a men's facial wash, and a men's razor in your bathroom…" I nod and gulp down a glassful of water.

"How is your dad, by the way?" Kyung-Sun unnie asks. Oh hell, I don't even know, unnie! I haven't spoken with him in almost 3 weeks! Stop asking me questions!!! "Umm… He's fine. He's healthy and strong," I answer. Healthy and strong? What, is your dad a gymnast, Son Ga-In?! A voice in my head shireks.

"Good to know," Kyung-Sun unnie says and I let out a smile as a response.
 

While we're still immersed in eating dinner and talking, suddenly my door is making a beeping sound. Oh no, HELL NO, don't tell me Ji-Yong is here! I knew giving him a copy of my swipe key would come back and bite me in the !

All my unnies furrow their eyebrows and stare at the door, confused by what's happening. Before I even pull a strength to get up, the door swings open.

"Baby girl, I'm here with Ga-- OH MY GOD!!!" Ji-Yong's eyes almost pop out when they see 5 girls inside the living room. I put my hands over my face. 'Oh my God' is right! OH MY GOD! My cover is officially blown up. Gaaah!!! I peek through my fingers and all my unnies are looking at Ji-Yong as if he were an alien creature who has just landed on the face of the earth. Ga-Ho jumps out of Ji-Yong's hands and runs to me. Ga-Ho ya, this isn't a time to play! I cry silently.
 

"Uh… I… Err… A-Annyeonghaseyo," Ji-Yong stutters and bows deeply. I really wish I had the ability to make myself tiny so I could hide inside the bucket of chickens right now!

"B-Baby… Baby girl?!" Narsha unnie stammers out, while the other three are still in shock. Ji-Yong bites his lower lip and covers his eyes with one hand, "oh… that. Umm… Argh, eotteokhae…"
 

Ji-Yong close the door very slowly, as if he was afraid that my unnies, who are still frozen, would melt if they heard the sound of the door being closed. "Ga-Ho ya, come here," Ji-Yong motions his hands to Ga-Ho, who is now climbing on top of my coffee table sniffing on the bucket of chickens. Ga-Ho goes back to Ji-Yong, and Ji-Yong walks to the dining table to take a seat, most likely to calm himself as well. He takes out his mobile phone from his pocket and slaps his forehead; he must be reading the text I sent him earlier.
 

"Ga-In ah! Why didn't you tell us?!" JeA unnie slaps my arm after a long silence.

"Ji-Yong ssi, I think it's safe for you to come here now," Miryo unnie waves her hand, motioning Ji-Yong to come closer. Ji-Yong smiles shyly and takes a sit behind me.

"I-I'm sorry I haven't been introduced to you all as… Err, as Ga-In's… Uh…" he stutters again. "As my boyfriend," I finally manage to speak.

Yes, the can is now opened and worms are all over the place. He's my boyfriend and I'm proud about it. I don't care anymore about what my unnies would say. If they don't like Ji-Yong, they are going to just live with it!

"He's my boyfriend, unnies," I repeat confidently. I turn my head around to look at Ji-Yong, who's smiling widely at me.
 

"Oh, I can put two and two together. This is your toothbrush, isn't it, Ji-Yong ssi?" Narsha unnie smirks and picks up Ji-Yong's toothbrush from the coffee table. Ji-Yong's face reddens, "y-yeah, that's mine."

"Ah, so Ji-Yong ssi is the daddy you were talking about, huh, Ga-In ah?" Miryo unnie raises her eyebrows. I smile sheepishly and snatch the toothbrush from Narsha unnie's hand.
 

"What… the… hell…" Kyung-Sun unnie finally melts down from her frozen state. "Yah! How long have you two been banging each other?!" she yells.

"Unnie! It's nothing like that!" I retort. Aish, Kyung-Sun unnie! Filter, please!!! I hear Ji-Yong snickering behind me.

"Ok, Son Ga-In, start explaining, now," JeA unnie says sternly.

 

"Uh… Well, we've known each other since last year. Around… March, I think? I ran into him at a coffee shop. We've been dating officially for almost 6 months, and--" my attempt to explain gets cut off by Narsha unnie, "SIX FREAKING MONTHS?!"

"Hyo-Jin ah, lower your voice! The neighbours don't need to know," JeA unnie scolds her by her birth name.

"Yeah, next week will be our six-month anniversary," Ji-Yong continues on my behalf. He scoots closer to me and puts his hands on my waist.
 

"Omooo! You guys are so cute!" Miryo unnie giggles.

"So that's why Ga-In has always been busy with her phone lately, huh?" Kyung-Sun unnie smirks.

"And also why she's always daydreaming," Narsha unnie adds.

"Are you happy, Ga-In ah?" JeA unnie stares deeply at me. Her serious tone leaves everyone taken aback. Oh, unnie, why do you have to ask me that when Ji-Yong is here? He will feel self-conscious!

"Yes, unnie. I'm happy. Very happy." It's true, I'm really happy with Ji-Yong. I never had any romantic relationships before, but I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend.
 

"That's good, then," JeA unnie smiles warmly, and then turns to Ji-Yong, "Ji-Yong ssi, I wish we all would've been introduced earlier. But anyways, I'm glad that you make our dongsaeng happy. Please take care of her, ok?"

Ji-Yong bows slightly, "neh, JeA noona. Can I call you all noona? It's alright if you don't like me to, I--"

"Of course! You can call us noona and we'll call you… Umm… We'll call you Kwon seobang!" Narsha unnie laughs. "S-Seobang?" Ji-Yong's eyes widen.

"Mm-hmm. We're all like mothers to Ga-In, so you'll be our son-in-law, Kwon seobang!" Miryo unnie claps her hands merrily. Ji-Yong lowers his head and laughs shyly. I feel happy that my unnies seem to like and accept him. If I had known their reaction would be like this, I would've introduced Ji-Yong to them quite a long time ago…
 

"So, Kwon seobang, what do you like about our maknae?" Narsha unnie nudges Ji-Yong shoulder. We're still sitting in the living room, the food is gone, and we've been talking for an hour.

"Unnie, please don't ask something like that. At least not when I'm around," I plead.

"You can go and wait in the bathroom while he answers, then," Miryo unnie replies nonchalantly. Mwo? Wait in the bathroom? Excuse me, did they suddenly forget that this is MY apartment?!
 

"She's the best, really. Everything about her is perfect to me," Ji-Yong answers. I can hear sincerity in his voice. Aww, boyfie, you always know what to say, don't you? I squeal happily in my head.

"Aww… You got a sweet-talker here, Son Ga-In!" Narsha unnie winks at me. I roll my eyes, trying hard to hide my blush. "She's beautiful and kind. She can be tough when she has to, and she can act cute when she wants to," Ji-Yong continues. Omo…! My heart is beating like drums again!

"Yah, stop it," I pinch Ji-Yong's arm.
 

"Cute? Jinjja? Our Ga-In can be cute?" JeA unnie chuckles.

"Our Ga-In tries to act cute all the time, but always fails miserably," Kyung-Sun unnie says jokingly.

Ji-Yong holds my hand in his, "aniyo, that's not true. My baby girl is the cutest."

Narsha unnie makes a gagging expression and pokes Miryo unnie's arm, "Mi-Hye ya, help me, I'm going to throw up all that chicken I just ate, aigoo…" Miryo unnie laughs and pats on Narsha unnie's back, earning laughs from the rest of us.
 

Kyung-Sun unnie looks at Ji-Yong, "Kwon seobang, Ga-In is a pain in the sometimes, isn't she? Especially when she starts to get angry… Oh, how annoying."

"Unnie! Why are you like this?" I glare at her.

"Hmm… it's true. Sometimes she just gets mad out of the blue and won't tell me why. But even so, she's still adorable," Ji-Yong responds.

"Oh, whatever, dude. You're too madly in love with her, I see," Kyung-Sun unnie rolls her eyes, causing Ji-Yong to chuckle.
 

"That was a surprise," Ji-Yong says as he lies himself down on the bed. My unnies already left the apartment, and Ji-Yong and I are getting ready for bed.

"It went well, though, so I'm glad. Aren't you?" I lie next to him. He beams, "of course I am, baby girl. I'm glad that you finally introduced me as your boyfriend to your unnies."

"I'm sorry it took me almost 6 months to do it," I lean my head on his chest. He my hair, "it's ok. I'm just glad that you finally did. I just wish it would've come with a heads-up." We both giggle. I wish it would, too, but anyway, I'm happy that it all went well.
 

Ga-Ho climbs up to bed and lies between our bodies. "Is it true what you said, hmm? Do I make you happy?" Ji-Yong whispers.

I pout my lips, "hmm… I only said that to get unnies off my case."

He grunts, "I knew it."

I laugh evilly inside. "Ji-Yong ah, of course you make me happy. You make me reaaally happy," I kiss his cheek. His eyes light up in an instant, "call me Baby GD again."

"Eh?"

"Like you did on our 100th day, call me Baby GD again."

I pout, "shireo." He rolls his eyes and turns around. Hahahahaha… take that, Kwon Ji-Yong! I love torturing you like this!
 

When he hasn't said anything nor turned around after a long while, I'm starting to feel a bit guilty. I glue my front to his back and whisper, "Baby GD…"

"It won't work now. I'm too sad," he utters with a sad voice. I slip my hand under his t-shirt and rub on his tummy, hoping it would cheer him up. Aigoo, did he really get sulky over a little thing like that? I'm supposed to be the girl in this relationship!  
 

I've been rubbing on his tummy for some time, but he still doesn't say a word. Is he really mad? Or maybe he's asleep? I give up and take my hand out of his t-shirt.

"Why did you stop?" he whines. I smirk; oh, so you're not asleep, huh, Kwon Ji-Yong?

"I'm too sad because you won't talk to me!" I scoff.

Still with his back facing me, he takes my hand and put it on his tummy again, "rub it some more so I can make you happy again."

I slap his back with my other hand, "that sounded so wrong, pabo!"

Ji-Yong chuckles, "I said it like I meant it, baby girl."
