Female Managers help the girls with "female" situations, advices, be able to relate in comfortability, go to to talk to, and what not. As for the Male Managers, mostly there to "protect" the girls, but go to for advice and support, trying to get them to do things if the girls don't want to do it, a listening ear when the girls just wanna get things off their chests, and whatnot. All four have the same responsibilities for all of the girls and with each other, too. When the girls are split, each male and female will be with one group while the others are with the other group.
