[CONTENTID4] "So, How is life?" Irene asked. She and Junmyeon were walking in the park. "Is that genius only a barista?"

"Barista?" He started laughing. "No, I'm not a barista! Misu and I are the managers."

"Oh... Misu... your girlfriend, am I right?"

Junmyeon's cheeks turned red. "Gi-girlfriend? N-No... she's my friend! The one I grew up with..."

"Yes, I remember her... your all time crush. The girl you are crazy about... the girl you can't breathe without... just don't tell me you haven't confessed to her yet, because I'm ready to punch you in face!"

His eyes widened. "I never told you she's my crush! It was just your stupid guess. Misu is like my si-"

"Sister? Don't even try to lie to me! The way you kissed her forehead... the way you look at her or the way you were worried about her hand." Irene laughed. "Junmyeon... you are so smart, your IQ level says you are a genius. Though I think it's all about mathematics, chemistry, biology or physics. You aren't aware of here." She pointed at his heart.

Junmyeon stopped. "What do you mean Irene?"

"Just imagine... can you leave without Misu? Can you walk in your café and don't see her running around?" 

"Of course not! She's my... my..." Junmyeon paused and started thinking. What was she for him? What did she mean for him? It wasn't a simple friendship, he knew. But what was it?

Irene giggled. "You are so cute! She's your love, Junmyeon. She's your soulmate, stop fighting your feelings!" 

"Well... I... never thought about it that way..." He said shyly. "Though actually... I was thinking of these things recently... like... what am I to her? A best friend? But Irene... I want to be more than that... I don't want to see other guys near her... when that Chinese guy asked her out, I wanted to murder him!"

"Ok... ok... don't get angry. What did she tell to him?"

"She said no." He smiled widely. "Though I don't know how to express my feelings. Every time I try to tell her about it, I make her sad with my words..." The young man sighed deeply.

"If you'd spent your teenage years reading some romantic books and watching some romantic movies, you didn't have these stupid problems." The Male pouted. "But I'm here to help you."

"Thank you Irene! You are the best." Junmyeon said and hugged her tighly.

"Rule number one, you can only tell this to your girlfriend." She pushed him away while giggling. "And you don't hug every girl like this! This must be for Misu only."

"Yes ma'am!" He jumped to his feet and saluted, making Irene laugh again.

"Oh... Junmyeon, my stomach hurts! Stop making me laugh!"

"What..." Junmyeon chuckled. "What did I do to you?"

Meanwhile, Misu was watching them from afar. She couldn't hear what they were talking about, but she could see all of their intentions. "Oppa..." The girl whispered and wiped her eyes with a tissue. "You don't love me... as Kyungsoo oppa said love can't be forced. Hope you'll live happily with Irene Bae..." She ran back home.

Misu opened the door and ran upstairs, to her room. "Misu! Misu, What's wrong daughter?" He mother shouted.

"What is it mom?" Chanyeol asked as he came downstairs. "Was she crying?"

"I think she was..." 

The girl fell on her bed. "This is my sad love story... he broke a promise, I have to do so." She sat up and looked around. Suddenly, her eyes caught the scissors on her table. Misu took the scissors and went to bathroom. She looked in the mirror. Her hair was too long. Junmyeon loved it and she knew that very well. Her mind flashed back to the time they were kids.

Misu was looking at herself in the mirror with her brush in her hand. "I'm ugly." Suddenly, Junmyeon appeared from nowhere and hugged her waist. "Junmyeon oppa!" She gasped.

"What?" He hummed. "I don't want to hear it again."

"Wh-what?"

"Don't call yourself ugly." He kissed her cheek. "Give me your brush." She handed him the thing he wanted. "Fine... now just wait." Junmyeon started brushing her hair and then braided it beautifully. "Look, you're as pretty as Cinderella."

Misu giggled. "Oppa..." 

"Now you can go to Halloween party!" He said. "Tell your friends that your oppa did this for you, ok?" She nodded. "Misu, promise me something."

"What?"

"Never cut your hair short." He said. "Please... I love your long hair."

"Fine." She hugged him. "I love you oppa!"

"I love you too... Su-ya."

Misu took her hair in one hand and the scissors in other hand. Her left hand was trembling, she didn't have the courage to do it. No, she had promised. She didn't want to break her promise to him.
