One of Tiffany's pupils excitedly went home carrying the book she gave them.

"Grandpa, grandpa! Read this book to me later tonight before I go to sleep! Teacher Tiffany already read this to us earlier, but please read it to me again later! It's so good!"

Her grandfather, happy to see her enthused by exploring a new book, ruffled her hair. 

"Sure, kiddo, will read it to you."

Later that night, her grandfather sat by her bedside and read her new book to her.

"Alright, let's begin now. Let's read this one: "The wish of Proustian the baby bear."

As her grandfather read the book, he couldn't help but feel how familiar the experiences of Proustian the baby bear sounded, of how it viscerally spoke to him, the ordeal she went through.

When they reached the last page, her grandfather was more than taken back by how it ended:

"How this book ends depends on you, dear reader. The wish of Proustian the baby bear - for white bears, brown bears, black-and-white bears to just see that they're all the same - bears who love their mama and papa bears- to see if this wish will ever be granted depends on all of you."

It depends on you.

Her grandfather then read the epilogue, on how the book is based on the life of the mother of a certain Kang Seulgi, who up until now is still seeking justice for what happened to her mom.

Her grandfather closed the book.

He kissed his granddaughter goodnight.
