“Come on, ~~~~~ you’ve been asleep for long enough. Wake up okay?” L said brushing your hair away from your sleeping face. It’s been 2 weeks and you’ve still haven’t woken up from your deep slumber.

“Hyung, you should go home and rest, you haven’t slept properly these past 2 weeks” L.Joe said putting his hand on L’s shoulders

“And neither have you.” he said removing L.Joe’s hands from his shoulder

“It was my fault” L.Joe said grabbing his hair and hitting his chest

“Stop. She doesn’t want to see you like this.” L said under his angry tone. He was mad, he could kill! But he knew that if anything where to happen to L.Joe, you would be devastated. 

“She’s like a princess that just sleeps” Daehyun sighed as he placed the food down on the table. These past 2 weeks, neither of the three went home and Daehyun was the only one that attended to their needs as they were like lost little lambs without you. 

“Come on eat.” He said pointing at the food 

“Come on hyung” L.Joe said and walked to the table

“Right, need to stay strong for ~~~~~, our princess” L said and made his way to the table.

“You know, since she is a princess, maybe she’s just waiting for a wake up kiss from her prince” Chunji suddenly blurted out and hovered on top of your motionless body

“YAH! LEE CHANHEE DON’T YOU DARE DO ANYTHING TO MY ~~~~~” L.Joe yelled trying to grab Chunji way from the sleeping you

“If it’s a kiss, I can give her one!” L.Joe said and now approaching the sleeping you with Chunji slung to the side. He leaned in for your lips but soon he was blocked by someone’s hand. When he looked up he saw none other than L.

“If it’s a kiss, shouldn’t I give her one??” he smiled and pushed L.Joe’s head away from yours and began to close the distance between the two of you. Just as L was inches away from your lips Daehyun grabbed all three of them and threw them near the table where he bought the food. 

“Eat now. It’ll get cold. And you can’t just kiss a girl without her permission” Daehyun said and put his arms on his waist like a guardian watching his children. The three could do nothing but oblige to Daehyun as they started to eat again. When they were done, the three of them once returned to your bedside holding you hand hoping that you will wake up soon.

“Baby I miss you, come on wake up” Chunji whispered in your ears and kissed your forehead

“I’ll let you yell at me all you want okay? So wake up ~~~~~” L said brushing his hands on your left cheek and kissing it lightly

“We’ve had enough of this game. I’m starting to forget your voice, so wake up okay?” L.Joe said and intertwined his left hand in your right hand and kissed your right cheek.

All of this happened at the same moment and when they all sighed at the negative response you gave, suddenly your eyes began to move.

“Wait! I think she’s waking up!” L.Joe said and smiled

“She heard us!!” L rejoiced

“I knew it. All she needed was a kiss from her prince charming!” Chunji laughed and rubbed your head as your eyes continued to search for the strength to open 

“~~~~~!” everyone screamed out at the same time.

You opened your eyes and saw 4 figures hovering above you. Unable to catch a clear glimpse you struggled to distinguish their voices. 

“DOCTOR! GET THE DOCTOR!” L yelled at the panicking Daehyun who didn’t know what to do at the sight of you waking up. Soon the doctor arrived and helped you with a simple checkup as the 4 of them waited outside.

“Thank God!” L.Joe said and clapped his hands together

“Hello. Omma! She’s awake!” Chunji screamed over the phone reporting to his mom and Eunji about your awake from slumber

“I wonder how she is” L said pacing in front of your door waiting for the doctor to come out. After another 20minutes the doctors came out 

“Doctor! How is my baby?” Chunji first said running in front of the doctor almost tackling him on the floor

“She’s okay. She’s a bit weak but nothing is wrong, other than her left leg. I already told her about it. Right now, she doesn’t seem so mentally stable so avoid talking about anything that’ll make her feel bad about her leg okay?” the doctor said and the 4nodded. As they entered the room they could only see a girl, no, an angel sitting on the bed with her hair flowing down her side and her head looking out the window allowing the sun’s rays to hit her pure yet beautiful face.

“~~~~~” you heard a voice and turned around noticing that it was L, L.Joe, Chunji and Daehyun.

“Hey.” You simply replied and obviously they knew how you felt as you’re usually jolly and outgoing voice turned mellow. 

“How are you feeling? Is everything okay?” Daehyun said first approaching your side as the other three were being idiots since they didn’t know how to react to the upset you. 

“Oppa” you let out a small smile along with your weak and small voice. 

“I, I can’t walk anymore can I?” you asked with a tear escaping the corner of your eyes

“That’s not true! ~~~~~, you have to stay strong okay! You will be able to walk again!” Daehyun said your head and giving you a comforting look. Although you know that you might never be able to walk again, at least not normally you still smiled at him and nodded. 

“I’m sorry” you heard and raised your head seeing L.Joe by the corner of your bed with his head hung low.

“L.Joe.” you softened while seeing him there. You know it wasn’t his fault, not the least his fault you got into the accident it was you who had been careless.

“It’s not your fault…” you said and reached your hand for him as he got closer to your side and held your hand. At this moment Daehyun looked at the two of you knowing that he no longer belonged in this room, and so he took his bag and said

“~~~~~, oppa has to go. But you’re in good hands” he smiled and saw you giving him a smile and closed the door behind him.

“I’m glad you’re here. Look, I haven’t decided who to marry yet. So don’t just run away without listening” you said and hit L.Joe’s head with your other hand and let out a small chuckle 

“Jagiya, I’m so glad you’re awake! You know my heart almost dropped out when I heard you were in an accident! Don’t scare me like that again!” Chunji said grabbing you away from L.Joe and pulling you into a tight embrace.

“Don’t you dare leave me after I just told you how I feel” he said and held you tighter resting his head on your head 

“Sorry” you said and snuggled close to his chest when you felt another pair of hands wrapping around your waist

“She didn’t say she was yours yet, don’t treat her like you already own her” L.Joe said and tried to grab you away giving you a warm embrace from the back as Chunji refused to release you. And so, you were stuck in between the two until you saw a pair of big hands pressing their heads away from yours and off the bed.

“She just woke up don’t hold her like that idiots” L said and shot the two younger boys a deadly look

“I’ll take care of her, you two go home and brush up” he said and pushed the two out the door and closed it looking back at you

“Myungsoo…” you said looking at him wondering why he did what did. He usually doesn’t care about you.

“I’m sorry” he suddenly interrupted your thoughts and kneeled on the floor in front of you. You not understanding the situation tried to get to him but your legs didn’t allow you to and you almost stumbled off the bed.

“Myungsoo-oppa, what are you talking about?” you asked as he helped you back in your bed still kneeling on the floor

“It’s my fault” he said and placed his hand on your left leg and one on your cheek

“Myungsoo-oppa, I was the one who didn’t realize where I was and got into this accident. It has nothing to do with you” you said and patted his head

“Yes it does!” he protested and looked at you with sorrowful eyes

“It was me” he said

“What are you talking about?” you asked

“10 years ago. Car accident, you, the volleyball tournament, it was my entire fault!” he said angry at himself and tightened his fist

“What-….” In that moment of silence you recalled the accident he mentioned earlier. 10 years ago, after your volleyball competition you were going home to tell your sister when you saw a boy almost getting run over by a car, and your instincts caused you to rush to him and pulled him out of the way but you weren’t so lucky and sustained a heavy injury. After the accident, you were never allowed to play volleyball again because you were no longer capable of playing. You can no longer jump high and sometimes running will even give you pain. Then it hit you as he continued to sob sorry over and over again, he was the boy you saved. 

“They boy was you” you said and looked at the L who was now crying

“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry. I know nothing will help but I will do anything. I’ll be your legs. I’ll take care of you the rest of your life. I’m so sorry” he said continuously. 

“Oppa.” You said and held your hand out. You slowly raised his head so that he was looking at you with his tearful eyes

“Oppa.” You smiled at him

“It’s okay. If that accident didn’t happen, I might not have met you. If I become some pro-volleyball player, then my identity would be soon discovered. I think this accident saved my from being exposed from the world instead and saved me” you smiled

“after all, I am pretty athletic, smart, not to mention beautiful, so if I were to get famous then dam, I would be like #1” you laughed trying to lighted up the mood and it did as a small smile formed on his face

“~~~~~” he said now cupping your face in his hands instead

“Oppa.” You said smiling

“Everything is forgive” you smiled again as he tucked your head in his chest

“I promise you, I’ll be your legs from now on. I’ll carry you wherever you want to be. I’ll be with you the whole way.” He whispered in your ears as you nodded in his chest and wrapped your hands around his waist as he did the same to you. This intimate moment you two were hugging, everything stopped, all that mattered was that now you were in safe hands. At least that’s what you thought.
