“Doctor! How’s my sister!!!” Eunji said grabbing onto the doctor’s shoulders
“Eunji-noona” Chunji said holding her.
“Doctor how is she?” He asked trying to control his voice but everyone knows that he is shaking and scared to his wits
“Doctor?!” Daehyun added
“Is she okay?” he asked afraid of what he was about to hear
“She’s alive.” The doctor confirmed making everyone in the room take a sigh of breather
“But” he continued
“What but!” Eunji cried grabbing once again onto the shoulders of the doctor
“Her leg’s” he continued
“No!” Eunji cried
“What about her legs?!” L.Joe cried as he is happy you are alive but angry at himself for putting you in this accident
“Has she injured herself before?” The doctor asked Eunji who was now sitting down on the chairs to calm herself
“10…10 years ago. After her first volleyball competition she saved another boy who was about to be hit by a car. She saved him. But gave an ultimate price, she can no longer play.” Eunji sobbed while telling the doctor your history.
That’s when it hit L. 10 years ago. Volleyball. Competition. Saved a boy. No longer able to play. These words repeated in his head over and over again as he tried to sink in what he just heard. No way, she can’t be that girl. He thought to himself and asked Eunji one question to confirm your identity.
“This happened in Jeju-do right?” L asked
“How… how did you know?” Eunji replied still sobbing in the chair. L shot up and headed for the doors to cool his head knowing that Daehyun followed him.
“It’s her isn’t it. ~~~~~’s the girl you’ve been searching for” Daehyun said and L only nodded his head.
“Why does this have to happen to her!” he screamed and punched the wall earning himself a bloody fist.
“Relax. ~~~~~ wouldn’t want to see you like this you know.” He said and placed an arm on L’s shoulders
“Go, she needs you” he said and pushed L back into the quiet room.
“The patient although is now kept alive. She’s in a state of coma. We don’t know how long it’ll take her to wake up. And even if she does she’ll have a hard time walking. Her left leg because of the once torn legitimate, her left leg might be paralyzed. Of course we won’t know for sure until she wakes up but there is a big possibly.” The doctor finished, bowed and left the room.
“My baby sister!” Eunji cried as Mrs. Lee pulled her into a hug
“Everything is going to be alright. We’ll get the best doctors in the world to help her recover. I promise” she said while brushing Eunji’s hair from her face. Everyone in the room was tired. The surgery took 30hours and no one went home. The only thing that was heard for hours now were sobs.
“Let’s go home first, they’ll watch over ~~~~~.” Mrs. Lee said as she helped Eunji up and they started to head for the door
“My baby sister” Eunji cried again before leaving
“It’s my fault!” L.Joe cried and punched the wall over and over again.
“Stop!” Chunji said grabbing a hold of him
“You’re right it’s your stupid fault!” L suddenly grabbed L.Joe from Chunji and punched him straight in the face
“Why didn’t you listen to her! Why did you leave her there!” he said and punched L.Joe again. L.Joe just laid on the floor lifeless allowing his hyung to hit him. I deserve it. If I can die in her place so that she can wake up again I will. L.Joe thought when he felt the weight suddenly being lifted from him.
“Myungsoo. It’s no one’s fault” Daehyun said.
“Do you think ~~~~~ would be happy seeing you brothers fight!” he yelled and pointed at the motionless you lying on the bed
“~~~~~~” Daehyun said coming by your bed.
“Oppa wants to see you. So open your eyes. We’ve had enough of this game” he said and your hair feeling your cold cheeks.
“She looks just like an angel sleeping there” L said approaching Daehyun’s side and sitting on the bed holding you hand
“Hey angel, I’ve had enough of this game. Open your eyes” L said rubbing your hands on his cheek and shedding a tear.
“Hyung….” Chunji broke the silence. This is the first time L cried for anyone.
“She’s not an angel!” L.Joe yelled out of nowhere and running to your bed opposite from L and Daehyun
“She can’t be an angel! I won’t allow it! Come back to earth this moment!” he cried next to you as Chunji held onto L.Joe who was now shaking like crazy.
“She is an angel” Chunji smiled earning a death glare from L.Joe
“She’s an angel sent from heavens above to save idiots like us” he smiled and pointed at the L, Daehyun, himself and L.Joe.
“Angel sweety, wake up now” L continued and your hand
“Jaigiya, enough of this game” Chunji said holding your other hand
