"Assignments." She muttered, looking very near dead. It was 2 in the morning and Sehun had woken up to get some water only to find her in their Kitchen Island with her laptop and several books with a bowl of what looked like carrot fingers.

"Do you have to submit tomo… today?" He peers over what she was working on while sipping his water.

"Yeah..." She replies, her voice hoarse and tired.

"Why did you not start earlier?"

"Ugh! I can't work unless there's a deadline."

"How many to go?"

"3 topics with about..." She scrolls up, squinting into the screen while her glasses reflected her work, "...6 sub-headings."

She lets out a sigh and sits back in her chair more comfortably.

"I think I'm going to die."

Sehun simply shrugs, not knowing what to say but then decides to act as a teacher.

"I really think you should start doing your assignments way ahead of time. You're no longer in high-school. A lot of freshman always has this problem."

She groans hard at that, scrunching her face and messing her hair.

"Welcome to college kiddo." Sehun couldn't help but bite back a smile as he places his glass down and goes back to his sweet sleep.

Sehun was beyond surprise to see her already awake with a prepared breakfast.

"Did you even sleep last night?"

"Yeah. 2 amazing hours." She blinks hard and shakes her head as though trying to get rid of something. "But my assignment is done. So yay."

Sehun sits down and began his breakfast while she gets up.

"I'm beat. I can't drive today so I'm taking the bus."

"I could drive you-"

"No. Bye."

And before he could even say anything more, she was out the door.

"Geez. This girl."

Sehun heaved a tired sigh but couldn't help keep his laughter in. Her assignment, the one which she worked all night on was on their dining table ... very nicely done but still in their apartment, printed and ready to be submitted. Right now she might even have reached college and knowing how sleep deprived she was at the moment, he was sure she wouldn't even notice till they come to collect it.

Placing his bag on the table he goes over it and was actually impressed by the way she had done her assignment. The last minute cram she was doing last night actually made him think she'd do a lousy job but this looked like an assignment she had worked for a long time.

The whole of last week she had spent all of her time in decorating and moving as well as entertaining their parents who just seem to be starving, coming one after another. Perhaps she really did not have the time to write her assignment or she just really waits for the last moment. Either way, Sehun opens his case and slips it in; she could also be a very careless girl.

Her phone buzzed violently in her pocket, waking her up from her very short but sweet nap she had decided to take before their oh-so-amazing professor turns up.

She groans involuntarily and without even checking the caller ID picks up the phone.

"Kina," A male voice answered.

"Hmmm?" She really did not have any energy to respond properly.

"Come to my office now. It's the room directly below Jongin's. You know his office right?"

"Yeah."

"I'll see you then." The call ended making Kina blink. Who was that?

Sehun couldn't keep his chuckles inside the moment Kina stumbled into his office looking lost and bewildered.

She'd slumped down into his sofa but ‘looked’ alert although he begged to differ.

"You forgot something extremely important." He walked towards her with her paper in one hand and a cup of coffee in other. "You're lucky that I saw it before coming."

He sits down directly opposite to her and hands her the paper by sliding it on the small coffee table between them.

A moment passed by before Kina registers what was on the table and it was almost comical how 'awake' she suddenly looked.

"Oh shot!" Her hand flew to her chest and she exhales loudly.

Her next action however surprised Sehun. Taking his hand with both of hers, she shook it vivaciously and with great enthusiasm uttered her thanks like a hundred times.

She finally let's go and gingerly takes the paper like it was a new born, it tenderly. Sehun, who had been staring at her both with bafflement and amusement couldn't help but feel a certain sort of softness for the girl before him.

He smiles a little at the girl, being all adorable and takes back his hand which was still hovering where she last took it.

"Here," Sehun couldn't help but feel his face heat up a little, "I got you coffee to help you stay awake." This was a lie. Jongin had given it to him, like always. But it was all worth it as her eyes literally twinkled as she looked up at him after mentioning the coffee.

Her face softens and it almost looks like she was about to cry making Sehun panic but she takes the coffee without spilling a drop of tear and instead shook his hand again, with even more enthusiasm than before.

"You're an angel." She beams at him, "I'll definitely pay you back."

Sehun definitely felt like walking on clouds that day. He was an angel alright.

Jongin grinned as he looked at the neatly piled papers in his desk but his lips stretched even wider looking at the panda eyed people seated in his class. This was the first major assignment they had to do.

His eyes, like always lingered on a certain girl before he decides to take only a short class considering how dead they all looked.

"Okay. That'll be all for today." A wave of relieved sighs is heard, “I'm glad to see this neat pile of assignments on my table. You know I may look young but I am very conservative so I need a printed version." A couple of groans follow.

"Okay. Class rep I expect to see this on my office desk. Class is over."
