WARNING: Mentions of trauma 
 

Eunhee, Yixing, Sehun, Jongdae, Wendy, Kai, and Tao all made their way to Sehun's penthouse. During the short drive from Yixing's Hotel to Sehun's place, Eunhee had the time to synthesize the situation and clearly think. She was in panic after Jongdae told her what happened and she was not thinking straight, but now she was able to rationalize everything. 

She is in deep and she has to do something before she loses everything. Again. 

"I already told the hyungs that we are at Sehun's place." Kai said. 

"I also told Xiumin gege." Tao reported. 

"Who the hell is that?" asked Kai. 

"Oh, Minseok, her brother." 

"What the hell is with you people and your many names?! Minseok, Michael, now Xiumin?" commented Kai. 

"Look who's talking!" Tao sneered. "Aren't you Jongin, also known as Kai?" 

"Whatever!" Kai rolled his eyes. "You people confuse me!" 

"YAH!"

"Boys, please~" Wendy sighed. 

Yixing's phone beeped. He opened it, only to find a message from Luhan. 

From: Luhan 

Sorry I can't make it to Seoul. But let me know if I can do anything to help. I already explained everything to Gabbie. Also, Ms. Kwon is already in the safehouse, and I have my men guarding her. 

To: Luhan 

Thank you, Ge. Kim Jongin is now working on finding a trustworthy person in the police force. But please alert your men that we will be taking action soon. 

"Yixing?" 

"Oh, Eunhee. Are you okay now?" he asked as he rubbed the side of her arms. She just nodded and gave him a small smile. 

"How about you?" She asked. 

"I'm okay. Why are you asking? I am more concerned about you." 

"Yixing, why did we get kicked out of the hotel? Is it because of me? Is it because of us? And it was Uncle Feng who ordered it-" Yixing was about to rebut, but Eunhee stopped him. "I heard what General Manager said, loud and clear." 

Yixing sighed. "You don't have to-" 

"Yes, I do." She frowned. "Tell me." He kept his mouth shut. "Please, Xing. Just please tell me~" she gave him her best puppy eye expression, the one that she knew he can't say no to. 

"I~I got disowned." He said as he looked down. 

"What?! Why? Is it because of me?" 

Yixing looked away. 

"You know what?" Eunhee huffed. "Fine. Be that way and don't tell me." She turned around and took her phone out. She opened her browser only to see her name trending in Naver's main page. Not the first rank, the first rank is an article about Megan Wong. It was an article about how Megan Wong was dropped by companies that she is endorsing.

What the hell? This isn't right. Megan Wong was supposed to be the poor girl who got cheated on by her fiancé and her friend. She is supposed to be the heroine in the story, and I was supposed to be the villain. Then why is she being punished? Something does not add up. 

As always, her eyes drifted towards one person. Yixing was being all fidgety and keep on glancing at his phone. Eunhee pursed her lips. Yixing is acting weirder than usual. Why is he being suspicious? 

Eunhee was about to talk to him again when Sehun came in with her brothers. Each one of them with a companion. 

Junmyeon looked at Eunhee. "She's alright. I swear, I can vouch for her." He said as he gestured to Jisoo whose hand is entwined with his. The girl smiling awkwardly at Eunhee. "Plus, we might need her skills. She is one of my best junior colleagues when it comes to deduction." 

Eunhee nodded. She trusts Jisoo, and she trusts Junmyeon. Minseok on the other hand-

"What is she doing here?" Eunhee glared at Miyeon. 

"Miyeon can help too. She has been helping me these past few days." Minseok made his way towards his sister and gave her a hug. "Are you alright? Mama and Papa are already on their way from New York. I was so worried about you. I only found out this morning that you were with Yixing the whole weekend." 

Eunhee froze. "You mean, you didn't even know that I was gone until this morning?" 

"Emily, I'm sorry. I-" 

Eunhee pushed Minseok away and glared at him and Miyeon. She felt betrayed. She looked around her. She can only count on one person in this room. The only person who she has full confidence in even if she knows that he is hiding something from her. And I am about to find out what that is. 

"Sehun?" 

"Yes, Eunhee?" 

"I know that this is rude and completely inappropriate, but since you offered your house," she grimaced. "Is it okay if I use one of your rooms? I just need to talk." 

"Alright, Eunhee. You are free to use the guest room upstairs. What are we talking about?" He asked. 

"Thanks, Hun." She said as she dragged Yixing towards the second floor. Leaving a frowning Sehun and her dumfounded friends behind. 

"Eunhee! What?" Yixing said as he allowed her to pull him towards one of the rooms. "What are we doing?" 

She pushed him to one of the rooms and locked the door. "Talk." She said coldly. 

"What?" 

"Goodness, Xing! Stop pretending that you don't know anything." She gritted her teeth. "I am tired of all you people going behind my back. I know that you are hiding something from me, but I still chose to trust you. So please, cut the bull and just tell me. Or else I'm going to completely lose it." 

Yixing paled. Then he remembered what happened eight years ago.

He placed the folder down as he wiped away his tears. He touched Eunhee's face at the photo, ghostly pale, bruises were all over her body. He's never seen anyone so broken. His heart ached for his precious angel. How can anyone do this to her? 

He closed the folder and locked it in his bedside drawer. It was Sun's file. He is one of the top henchmen of the Lu's and was borrowed by Chairman Kim Minhyuk almost a year ago to help him with something, as it turns out he was asked to look for the missing Kim granddaughter. Luhan helped Yixing get a hold of the file. Sun vowed to serve the Lus above all others, so when Luhan asked him for the file, he could not say no. Yixing had no idea of the pain that it would cause him. He didn't know why he felt that way. He has only known her for a few months, but he is this affected with what is happening to her. 

He made his way to the Kim's Townhouse. Just for a visit. Just to make sure that Eunhee is okay and well. It was afternoon anyway, so she is probably awake. Cora, the trusty head of help of the Kims let her in the house, and he made his way to Eunhee's room. He was about to knock when he heard someone groaning in pain. He knew that voice. 

"Eunhee?! Eunhee?!" He said as he bursted into the room. 

"NO! PLEASE NO!" She was having a nightmare. "Please! Appa! Eomma! Don't ask me to go to leave! NO! Don't! Please don't tell anyone! PLEASE, MIYEON, PLEASE~ I am nothing. I am really nothing to you, am I?" 

"Eunhee? Euhee?" He said as he tried to wake her up. "Eunhee, wake up! Angel, you are having a nightmare! Eunhee!"

"HALMEONI! DON'T LEAVE ME WITH SEUNGHO! I PROMISE I WILL BE GOOD!" 

"EUNHEE!" 

She opened her crying eyes only to feel that someone is holding her. She screamed out of fear. 

"Eunhee! Eunhee! It's me!" Yixing said as he held her cold hands. She is shaking. "It's me-" 

"YIXING!" She sobbed. "Yixing, please. I don't want to go! I don't want to go!" 

"Where Eunhee?" He engulfed her in a hug. 

"I don't want to go! They are making me go!"

"I'm not going to let them take you anywhere, angel. Where are they sending you?" 

"To school~ I don't want to go to school. People there are mean." She sniffled. "Please don't make me go." 

"They won't. They won't. Shhh~ I won't let them, angel."

Yixing weeped for Eunhee. He always marveled at how strong she is. That day in the diner, after she told him of what happened to her, he was amazed that she was able to get out of Korea mentally unscathed. He was wrong. She is not as strong as she pretends to be. She is so young to have exper
