"This week's number one... Wanna One!!!" 

I tried not to glance at wanna one and exclaimed internally. 

Miru and Jia was nodging my side and grinned at me. 

I can't help but smile widely as I saw Wanna One take our number one crown. 

I am a proud National Producer. I voted for them diligently every week. 

Today, Wanna One came back with Light while our group is promoting with Ddu Ddu Ddu

(please pretend black pink never exists in this story)

When we came backstage, I was told by the WGM PD-nim that my husband and I are about to finally meet.

"Let's trick our brother in law first. Let's wait for him at the rooftop and let him pick his wife." Jia suggested

"That's good but how will we know who your husband is if he's really from wanna one?" 

"Let's guess for it too so that it won't be unfair for him" I added

After we are already set on our plan to prank my husband, I wrote a short letter to be given to him. 

To my dearest husband, 

Tonight with you I want to fly in my dreams. Tonight come to me before the morning comes. From the moon, To the stars while lingering in the universe. 

Tonight we can finally meet. Meet me at the place (only in this building) where the skies meet the earth. I'll be waiting for you.

We just finished our encore stage when our manager told us that I have to meet my wife now. He handed me the letter 

To my dearest husband,

I immediately smiled after reading her letter. 

"It looked like a reference to one of NU'EST sunbaenim songs" Daehwi commented smiling at me.

I grinned back at him as a sign that I did recognize the song my wife gave.

"I think she wants the two of you to meet at the rooftop" Daniel told me.

Our manager also told us that my wife is planning to bring her groupmates during our meeting. 

Without hesitation, we all went to the rooftop in order to finally meet my wife. 

When we opened the door we were all greeted by 5 girl group members. 

"Shine bright, starlight Annyeonghaseyo, Astraea-imnida" 

"All I wanna do, Wanna One. Annyeonghaseyo Wanna One-imnida"

After we exchanged our greetings, I can't help but feel happy and nervous at the same time. During the interview I told them that I think my wife is Mieun of Astraea. I would feel so bad if I got her wrong. 

"Before you meet your wife, you must first tell us the password" Mieun said smiling

We looked at each other confused. Password?

What's the password? I asked myself panicking

I tried to think back to what she gave me earlier as a clue. 

My bandmates were still arguing when an idea suddenly popped in my head.

They were quiet for a couple of seconds before answering in unison

"Password accepted" 

 "How did you guess the password?" Daniel asked in awe

"It was the nu'est reference daehwi was talking about earlier" I explained to them

"Annyeonghaseyo, Hwang Minhyun-imnida. I don't want my wife to feel very disappointed with me so I'll try my very best to guess who my wife is."

"Your wife already knows who you are. She didn't even think twice when she was asked to name her husband" - Mieun

"She knew who you are immediately hence all of her references so I hope you will pick the right one from all 5 of us" - Mandy

"Miru can't be here tonight since she has to attend to a personal schedule." Mya

"There are 5 members and tonight 4 members are in front of you, who do you pick as your wife?" Jia their leader added

I felt nervous but at the same time I have a feeling that I am right in my guess. 

"Let's do it like this. Hyung sang Daybreak from NU'EST sunbaenim. How about let's make Minhyun hyung sing that song again. To know if he's correct, his wife has to continue. If the member hyung chose didn't continue the song it means he failed at selecting his wife" Jihoon added making the stipulation a little bit fun

"We feel bad making Minhyun do all the work so astraea will give little freebie hints. Your wife is the most mature one in our group" - Mya

"She loves animals but sadly she can't own any of them because her sibling has an allergy with fur" - Mieun

"She's a successful fan having met all of her biases. She's a national producer and she has an impressive collection of NU'EST albums" - Jia

"She has mild allergic attacks whenever she has long contact with salt water" - Mandy

When I first arrived at the rooftop, I was 100% sure of who my wife was but after the hints I got confused again. 

"If I pick wrongly please please forgive me. The hints didn't really help me at all, it actually confused me more so I'm just going to follow my very first instinct" 

I walked towards Mieun and sighed nervously.

I looked at her and waited... 

Seconds passed and I can't help but glance around. Astraea members were shaking their heads disappointedly. Wanna One looked shocked that I was wrong since we were all convinced that it was most likely Mieun. 

"Ahh Wifey, I'm so sorry I was wr-" I began apologizing but before I finished apologizing to my wife, something happened.

I sighed in relief as my members pat my back. 

How did you feel when your wife was just standing there?

MH: My heart stopped. I actually thought I was wrong. If I was really wrong, I don't think my wife can forgive me

Why didn't you say anything when Minhyun was singing?

ME: I didn't do it in purpose. I was just legitely shocked that he guessed it right. I was convinced he's going to pick Jia or Mandy unnie. Oppa-ya mianhae. Im sorry for making you feel nervous

"Annyeonghaseyo, Astraea Main Vocal, Kang Mieun-imnida. Nice meeting you oppa" I said bowing nervously at him

We stood awkwardly in front of each other. 

"Aigoo why are you so awkward with him Mieun-ah" Jia teased

"Unnie" I said shyly

"Who wouldn't be silent? Mieun is in front of her ideal type, how do you expect her to react?" Mandy added teasing me further

Minhyun oppa laughed and I can see a small tinge of red creeping to his ear matching my now tomato colored face.

"They are really a match made in heaven. Look at them blushing so hard" Jisung oppa teased

"Let's leave the love birds alone, shall we?" Jia asked making all of our members agree. 

Wanna One and Astraea members bid farewell leaving the two of us alone in the rooftop.
