“We’re home,” Sanghyuk called, taking off his coat and scarf before helping Jisung with his.

“Welcome back,” Woojin called from the kitchen.

“How’d it go?” Taekwoon asked.

“It went great,” Felix giggled as Sanghyuk started brushing the snow out of his hair, “Sanghyuk, it’s ok. I’ll get……towel?” He looked over at Chan for help finding the right word.

“Towel,” Chan translated, “and I’ll get one from the bathroom to dry his hair.” He glanced at Jisung and Sanghyuk’s hair, “maybe I’ll grab a couple.”

“Smart,” Sanghyuk grinned, “like Lix said, it went great. Another fake bites the dust.”

“Snow,” Jisung laughed, Felix giggling along with him.

“We made dinner,” Wonsik reported, “should be done in a couple more minutes if you guys wanna set the table.”

“What did you make?” Sanghyuk asked, sniffing the air in an attempt to figure it out.

“Chicken,” Woojin grinned happily, but his smile faded when he noticed Sanghyuk and Jisung freeze.

“I’m,” Jisung struggled for words, “I’m……I’m not hungry.” With that said, he rushed off to his room, shoving past Chan without a word and slamming his door.

“What happened?” Chan asked, looking around confused.

“Sunggie?” Felix whispered before following after his friend, “Sunggie, let me in please? Jisung, what’s wrong?”

“Sanghyuk?” Woojin asked, looking at his leader, “did……..did I do something wrong?”

“Did something happen on the mission?” Taekwoon asked, deciding that it had to be the mission. Woojin had only told them what was for dinner, how could that have upset Jisung?

“Sanghyuk,” Wonsik asked, slowly moving to his friend’s side, “are you alright?”

“Chicken,” Sanghyuk said after a moment, face carefully blank, “that…….mom was going to make chicken because Jisung asked for it. It was his favorite.”

“I didn’t know,” Woojin said, looking down in shame.

“You couldn’t have, Jin,” Sanghyuk said, trying to smile as he pulled the younger man into a hug, “it’s not your fault, so don’t feel bad.” Woojin still felt like though.

Eventually, Jisung came out of his room. He apologized for running off like he had and everyone assured him it was alright.
