Ha Neul’s POV
“Kim Joo Won, you’re looking great for our meeting I see” It has been a few hours beside this monster, good thing he still doesn’t know of my plan or else I’d probably be dead by now.
Can’t say I’m not scared though. I’m afraid that at any moment he’s going to see through me. He’s not someone stupid after all. “Thank you Mr. Jung” Kim Sang Woo was behind us, while Jun Il Soo was walking right beside me, his arm placed on my waist. I hated the way he touched me, to the point I wanted to bite it off. “I don’t know if your brother informed you of our client but I want you to know that he’s really demanding. He’s giving us a huge amount of his stuff for us to sell here in Korea, we must all be prepared” he laughed a disgusting look on his face. “I was already informed Mr. Jung.” I turned to look at Kim Sang Woo “My brother is always ready to help you with anything you see.” And that was also the cue for my plan to start. “But Mr. Jung I was thinking about something after everything my brother said. Things about our dealer, Yamamoto, he told me he’s fooled other people before… he took their money and never gave the product out as he was expected to. Is that also true or could it be my brother is wrong for once in his life?” Jung Il Soo, finally took away his hands from my waist and walked in front of me. He seemed to be into deep thinking, so whatever Kim Sang Woo told me was true. Yamamoto had betrayed him once but only once and so they decided to work again and it worked. “He’s a piece of Kim Joo Won” as if you’re better damn bastard “You see Yamamoto has always had this kind of ideology in his mind where he doesn’t give the stuff it he doesn’t benefit and that was one of the times he stole my money but after I made his workers pay for it he never turned his back on me, ever again” “That’s great to hear. You’re so good at handling things Mr. Jung” he laughed yet again and his hand found it’s place on my waist yet again. “But I believe it’s best to hold some evidence against him. Things that can make him never betray you again.” Jung Il Soo stared at me for a while as if thinking about the things I told him. “Like what?” “Make him admit of his crimes and get that in recording I believe that’s what Yamamoto actually fears, killing his workers probably does nothing.” “So you’re telling me to record him, right?” I nodded my head ready to record an approval from him. “We can always manipulate it and make it so you’re not included in the recording if that worries you” I smiled showing him my confidence. “So… Mr. Jung Il Soo would you mind if we record this conversation?” “Not at all, I think it will be a great idea instead” and here we have his fake approval. “Then let’s move on” I paused the recorder again as we headed to our meeting point. We arrived half an hour later at an oriental restaurant. There were trees on each side of the entrance and once we went inside there was a waterfall on the right side.
A girl dressed in a Japanese attire appeared in front of us. “Welcome Mr. Jung, Mr. Yamamoto has been waiting for you” It seems this is where the two of them meet most of the times, if not always. Jung Il Soo didn’t say a word and we all just proceeded to following the young girl, she opened the door and there was Yamamoto, the one who made drugs and who soon was going to sell them to Jung Il Soo, following the distribution in South Korea. The best part? I’m about to record the deal and that’s with Jung Il Soo’s agreement. With the right amount of editing we can turn it into a real confession. “Ah hello there my friend” to my utter astonishment Yamamoto could speak Korean fluently. I was under the impression we were going to have interpreters with us but I guess we don’t want the deal to be heard by other parties. Anyways that’s going to be easier for me, Yamamoto might have bad things to hide too. “How have you been my friend? It’s been a while.” They shook hands and once their welcoming words were done Yamamoto turned to look at me, something Jung Il Soo also caught “Ah let me introduce my new secretary Kim Joo Won, Sang Woo’s younger sister. I hope you don’t mind her being here” The old man run his eyes all over my body making me feel vulnerable, regardless nothing was going to faze me at that moment. “I don’t mind her at all, she looks to be a pleasant girl. I wonder though what happened to your previous secretary?” Yamamoto asked and honestly I too felt intrigued. “She spoke way too much for her own good. So I too
