“I’m still surprised you came” Kim Sang Woo parked his car right outside Jung Il Soo’s estate. The day I met him we made a deal. I’d help him take revenge and he’d give me the illegal obtained evidence he got by recording Jung Il Soo. “What other choice do I have? It’s the only way for me to save him…” by now Kim Sang Woo knew about my feelings towards Jong In, he asked me on our way here. I think that’s also why he’s being less sarcastic towards me. I told him that we really have it hard and that I wanted to save the man I love no matter what happens.
After all we’re both victims of a same man, Jung Il Soo… “True… anyway let’s go inside. That bastard is waiting for us” I took a deep breath and followed Kim Sang Woo’s footsteps. His back really reminded me of the Time Controller and that calmed me down a little bit. It reminded me of how I’d die and be led to a new life… a new freedom of sort but still a curse full of bad memories.
That’s how it would always happen. The moment I left my final breath the man would appear in front of me leading me from the darkness to a light and then memories that can’t be remembered at all. He was of small built, graying hair but still dark enough but what stood out to me more was the missing finger he had on his left hand. “Hello Mr. Jung” Kim Sang Woo gave the man one of the fakest smiles I’ve ever seen. “This is my sister I’ve been talking about, Kim Joo Won” And that was the plan.
