Prologue
The Invisible PrankstersPrologue
Amusement washed over me as I watched Ms. Park attempt to sit on her office swivel chair*. However, the moment her plump bottom landed on the seat, it went down. Puzzled, she stood back up... and up went the seat.
What she did not know, was that attached to the lever underneath the seat to the back of the chair, was a metal coil that caused the lever to be constantly pressed.
So there we were, in class, watching our single, beefy History teacher go up and down in her office chair.
Discreet laughter and giggles filled the room, and I heard someone whispered, "I hope The Invisible Pranksters did this to all the teachers' chairs! That would be really hilarious."
I held back a smile that threatened to break out. I wish I could assure them that even the Principal's chair was tempered too.
How did I know this?
Well, I'm The Invisible Pranksters— or should I just say Prankster.
And no one knows about me.
Office swivel chair* - A (usually) cushioned rotatable chair with a backrest and a lever underneath the seat that enables the user to make the height of the chair higher or lower. Upon pressing the lever, with no weight on the seat, the seat will rise. However if there is weight on the seat and the lever is pressed, the seat will lower.
A/N: Just thought I should explain some things at the end of each chapter so it's easier for some of you to understand the prank if you don't. ^^ and no Meanie here yet, just an overview of The Invisible Prankster.
