Reckless, Rumble, and Ruckus

It Will All Be Alright

The Tuans although they knew it was a very prestigious school, I mean for the tuition they paid it had to be a one, they didn’t expect it to be this luxurious. The campus was beautiful and large, outside of the dorms and building that held class there were was basically a mini city. The kids would have no need to leave the school if they needed anything, which was obviously designed like that, seeing as by bus the city would be an hour trip from the school. Jinyoung and Mark were used to the school, so they were as starstruck as the Tuans seemed to be. “Wow, this place is amazing!” Joey said Jinyoung chuckled, “yeah, I felt that way the first time I was here. I heard the University is more of a sight to see than this.” Joey was about to ask, how much more can you get than this?

But Jinyoung’s phone rang, “Jinyoung hyung, I'm sorry I know you’re off due to your injury, can you come into the library for a little bit? I just need you to need you catalog the new shipment of books for me and send out the late notices. Junhoe got into some fight with someone who needed help and knocked over one of the one of the science book self. I need to restock the whole shelf, Hanbin and Junhoe can’t do the cataloging.” Junhong asked his voice sounded stressed. “Hey, it’s okay! My finger is set back already, I’ll be there in 5 mins. Is Junhoe alright?” Junhong sighed in relief feeling less stressed already, “Sorry, I would call Mina in to help but she has been so excited that her mom was able to make here. I really didn’t want her to lose anytime of the time she had we her mom.”Junhong said apologetically.

Jinyoung softly smiled, Junhong was as big of a teddy bear as his almost boyfriend. “It is fine Junhong, that is what I would do too. I am glad you called me over Mina, but you never answered my question is Junhoe, okay?” Jinyoung asked again because Junhong promptly diverged from answering the question. “Umm, well relatively, yes.” Junhong answered vaguely, “I’m going to ignore the ambiguity of that answer, but at least tell me if everything is alright.” Junhong sighed, “Yes,” Jinyoung eyes narrowed, “that doesn’t sound like a sigh of relief.” Jinyoung knew that Junhong has gotten to know Junhong well and vice versa, he knew there was something that Junhong wasn’t telling him. While Junhong knew that Jinyoung wouldn’t it go until he gave the older some sort of reassurance. “The situation is handled, there shouldn't be any repercussions, from the school. However, i’m not happy on how I needed to handle the situation.” Jinyoung didn’t ask anymore questions, “okay, i’ll be on my way.”

Joey didn’t catch what Jinyoung was said, seeing as he doesn’t understand Korean but did catch the light change in Jinyoung’s mood. “Is everything alright?” Jinyoung looked at him and smiled apologetically, “I'm sorry, I need to go.” Mark was in the front with his niece, not catching Jinyoung’s conversation but heard Tammy speak. “Go? Oh no! Why is something wrong Jinyoung.” Mark turned around and looked at Jinyoung with a raised eyebrow, Jinyoung didn’t want to leave Mark but he couldn’t ask Mark to come with him either. “Nothing is wrong, at least hopefully there isn’t anything thing wrong, but there was an accident in the library. I work there, my co-worker needs me too come and help out.” Tammy frown, followed immediately by Mark and his nieces. Jinyoung realized the cuteness was definitely a family for the Tuans. “Can’t they get someone else.” Tammy asked sadly, “I’m sorry, Me and my other 2 co-workers are the only ones who are capable of the doing the cataloging and my other co-work needs to help clean up the mess caused by one of our new works.”

Tammy’s pout deepened, as did her children’s, Mama and Papa Tuan were also saddened it seemed by Jinyoung’s news. “What about Mina-shi, I thought she owed you a favor?” Mark said, he really didn’t want to with his parent’s without Jinyoung by his side. Tammy looked up, her eyes were hopefully knowing that there was  possibility for Jinyoung to still join them. “I can’t ask her to do that” Jinyoung said still apologetically, Mark look at Jinyoung with a look of disapproval, he knew that Jinyoung told Mina she didn’t owe him anything but he really needed Jinyoung. “Why not, you took over her shift for her? It isn’t that much to ask.” Mark said, Jinyoung he knew Mark didn’t want to be left alone with his parents but he couldn’t ask Mina to do that because he knew she’d say yes. “Her mom surprised her and worked double shifts just to pay for a flight to come and see her. I can’t ask her to give up time with her mom, she is has had a hard time adjusting. Which, is exactly why Junhong asked me instead her.” Jinyoung tried to get Mark to understand, “You are still in recovery, you shouldn’t be going back to work. Junhong knows that, he shouldn’t have asked you to come in.”

“Exactly, Junhong knows that and he would really need help to actually call me and ask me that. He won’t called Mina nor I, if he didn’t really need help and the fact that I am still off on recovery leave, should indicate how important Mina have this time with her mom is. Plus, it family week all of us are suppose to work but he let Mina go and is covering for her since she didn't know about her surprised. I unexpectedly got injured and he had to call in the new worker who is still not familiar with the work. That means he is doing the work of three people, on top of training our hoobae and fixing their mistakes. I don’t have parents to come visit me, so I am the most logical choice.” Jinyoung said calmly, trying to help Mark understand that neither him or Junhong would have done this if it wasn’t a necessity. Mark sighed, he knew Jinyoung well and he must already feel bad for leaving Junhong with all the work. There was no way he could leave Juhong like that helplessly.

“I’m sorry, you shouldn’t have to defend yourself to me, I just wanted you to be here. That was selfish of me, I’m-” “Stop apologizing, I want to be here to but I really have no other option. I will try to finish quickly, I shouldn’t take to long. I will find you guys as soon as I finished up cataloging.” Jinyoung said giving Mark a reassuring smile, Mark couldn’t help but smile back. Jinyoung knows just want to say to calm him down and make him feel better. Jinyoung shook his head, “No, i’m more selfish. I feel really guilty if I don’t go, even though I want to be with hyung. Although, you don’t want me to go, you understand me, Thank you hyung!” Mark shook is his head, “I don’t think you know what the word selfish means.” Mark scoffed at the other, he couldn’t believe the younger sometime, did Jinyoung think his action were selfish? Jinyoung just look sheepish at Mark and his family. He kinda forgot about them for a second there, that tends to happen when he was with Mark. Making sure Mark was okay and making him understand that he was leaving him or he cared for Mark less than others, when Mark was upset with him Jinyoung couldn’t help but have a discomforted feeling throughout his mind and boy.

The Tuan’s were getting a whole lot of surprises when it came to Mark, which they honestly should’ve expected they haven’t seen Mark in years. In the span of time that Mark has been in JYP they haven’t heard of a single incident where Mark was acting out again, that in itself was a surprise for Mark’s parents. They had thought that this school must’ve been really strict and the boy must’ve finally cleaned up his act because he was in an unfamiliar place. They didn’t expect this much of an attitude change from their son, they were happy with it but they weren’t used to it. Even Tammy and Grace were surprised by Mark apologizing and being able to have a mature conversation. Mark wasn’t rude but he didn’t really care about other people’s judgment.

If they were to talk about a subject that Mark did want to talk about or they had a difference of opinion, Mark would just shut it down. Mark just didn’t address what he didn’t want to, there wasn’t a discussion at all, Mark would never voice his feelings whether it be upset, mad, or hurt. If Mark wasn’t pleased about something he’d just push away the situation altogether. To see him address and feelings was a definitely a surprise that his sisters were happy to see. They had already liked Jinyoung but were even more thankful for the younger, Mark was a really sweet person and they knew that because they raised him. They knew how he felt about his parents, but they just didn’t know how to help their younger brother because he didn’t let anyone into part of him.

“You know we haven’t seen the library and we would love to see a full tour of the school, You don’t mind if we tag along and Mark can show us around, while you work,” Grace said to Jinyoung. “I wouldn’t want you guys to spend your time watching me work in the library. You have a limited amount of time here and I assume you guys have to leave soon.” Tammy smiled, “No, we are going to be here for the whole time. We haven’t had a family vacation together for a while, so we all took off. Plus, we’ve wanted meet from what we heard from Nichkhun and Mark, now that we know you are Mark’s boyfriend we want to get to know you even more.” Tammy said excitedly, Mark sighed his sister wasn’t going to leave Jinyoung alone.

However, he also was conflicted he was happy to see his sisters and spend time with them but his parents and Joey were basically strangers to him at this point. He still harbors resentment towards the even if he didn’t want to admit he was still hurt by them, he not if he can fake indifference with them anymore. After meeting Jinyoung he now has all these feelings he can’t hide and he was forced to address them, Jinyoung made Mark feel safe in expressing them with the younger. However, now it is harder for him to push them down like how he used too. He not confident how he’ll be able to make it through a whole week with them.

“I’m sure our parent’s and Joey don’t mind right?” Grace said looking over at them, “Of course, your school is beautiful. It would be nice to see where you work, we don’t mind waiting for you to finish either.” Mama Tuan said kindly, Papa Tuan nodded in agreement with his wife, “plus, I don’t think Maya her wants to leave your side.” Papa Tuan added with a chuckle. Joey nodded showing he mind either. Jinyoung smiled, he was relieved he did have to leave Mark alone with his parents. The Tuans were very kind and accepting, Jinyoung was more determine now to help Mark fix his relationship with his parents. It was obviously misunderstandings and mistakes on both Mark and his parents, that led their relationship to be this strained.

However, they were a really loving family and he just wanted Mark to have experience with his family. Jinyoung wasn’t as fortunate to have that opportunity, he didn’t want Mark to live like he has too, a parent’s warmth and love is something everyone needed. Not everyone is lucky to have parents that love their kids unconditionally, every parent is different but more often than not they are doing what they believe is best for their children. Jinyoung thinks that is the case with Mark and his parents, not that made their decisions right but they did it because of their love for Mark. Jinyoung could feel that Mark made mistakes too but he also did try his best to be better and he was hurt. Mark is still hurt but Jinyoung knows deep down all Mark really wants and needs his parents to understand him and just acknowledge the hurt they cause him.

“If you guys really don’t mind, I am more than okay with it,” Jinyoung said they all followed Jinyoung to the library. Mark stayed in the back with Leila seeing as his sister and parents were talking with Jinyoung, he tried to keep his interaction with his parents as little as possible. However, he was fixated on avoiding his Parents he forgot about Joey. Mark used to resent his brother when he was little but he could never bring himself to hate him, Joey was still his baby brother. Mark couldn’t help but care about him, that’s why when they were kids although he was jealous Mark still took care of him. After the whole incident he began to distance himself from him but would still care of the younger in little ways, he just never allowed himself to have a relationship with Joey.

“Mark” Joey called out to his brother, Mark felt his brain freeze he didn’t hate the younger and Mark no longer resented him but it was awkward now. He wasn’t sure how he should interact with him, he knew more about Bambam, Yugyeom, and Youngjae than he did about his own brother. Joey on the other hand alway loved Mark, then they were Mark would play with him all the and the all of sudden, Mark stop and playing with. Then Mark used to get into trouble and his parent did want him to get influenced by Mark’s bad behavior and told him to leave Mark alone when he would ask why Mark didn’t like him anymore. Joey musters a lot of courage to just call out his brother’s name, he missed his brother. Mark was his big brother and he all he ever wanted was be as close as with Mark as his sisters were, Joey even found himself getting jealous of his nieces because they got attention from Mark.

Mark nodded in acknowledgment but said nothing, what was he suppose to say to Joey. Joey bravery faltered but at least he got a form of acknowledgment form Mark, all this time didn’t even glance in his direction he wasn’t sure if his brother knew he was there. Joey wanted to at least get Mark to talk to him but he spent so much time working up the nerve to call Mark’s name, he didn’t think of what to say after that. Joey ended up getting caught up in his thoughts of what to say, the two just ended up walking in silence next to each. Mark was not going to complain, he had no inclination to have a conversation with Joey.

Joey in the meantime was racking up conversational starters, he couldn’t just outright say he missed his brother like his sisters. Plus, he lost a good deal of confidence when Mark just nodded. However, he finally reasoned out if he doesn’t start a conversation first, he might not be able to talk to Mark at all during this whole trip. “Jinyoung is really--” Joey started out saying but he spent too much time thinking about what to say that he didn’t realize they made it to the library already. He didn’t even get to finish his sentence, he got cut off by the person he was talking about, “this is the library” Jinyoung announced.

The Tuans were amazed by the grandeur of the library, it was really beautiful and contemporary. “Wow! This school really put a lot into the library.” Tammy said, “Yeah, a lot of people come here the school’s curriculum is demanding and advance, the library has a very vast inventory of resources.” Jinyoung explained to the Tuan family, “a lot of people come here because you are here more so than the curriculum is demanding hyung.” a voice said from behind the librarian counter, Jinyoung turned around. “Ah Junhong, you know very well the same applies to you.”

Junhong smiled sheepishly and ignored Jinyoung’s comment, “Thank you for hyung. I’m really sorry to have to call you in while you are still off from your injury. Anytime you need me to cover for you or anything, I feel so bad about this but I really feel bad for Mina-ah. She really misses her mom and I really didn’t want to have her come in for. I feel terrible to call you in hyung if you hand starts hurting at all tell me and I'll figure something out. Don’t overexert yourself just because okay?”

Junhong said looking worried and extremely guilty. Junhong was so worried he did realize he was speaking in English still. Jinyoung couldn’t help but fawn over how cute Junhong was but the younger looked like he killed someone. Jinyoung put a hand on Junhong’s back rubbed it soothingly, “hey, hey it okay. I’m fine and I was supposed to help you and so was Mina, you are doing 3 people’s workload from the opening of the library and the closing. You get to ask for help because you are doing an amazing job and you should feel bad, I’m sorry we left you with all the work.” Jinyoung said hoping the younger would stop the guilt-fest he was having. Junhong pouted, “hyung your too nice! You shouldn't have to apologize to me, I'm the one who is wrong.” Jinyoung shook his head, “You even kinder than me, so don’t apologize to me either or I’ll get upset.” Jinyoung feigning sternness, which resulted in a bigger pout on Junhong’s face making him look even more of a big baby.

“Aigo! What am I going to do with you, your older than Mina, Bambam, and Yugyeom, Yet you are the cutest!” Jinyoung said cooing over the boy. “Hyung!!!!” Junhong whined, “I'm not cute hyung! Cute is for babies!” Jinyoung chucked Junhong only look like an upset bunny, Jinyoung could even pretend that he didn’t mean his words. Junhong only got sulkier, “you're just like Yongguk hyung, I'm not a baby!” Jinyoung couldn’t take the younger seriously, he was too cute. Jinyoung felt bad for Yongguk, the older boy must find it impossible to say no to the boy. Junhong on the other hand, he noticed that Jinyoung did come alone and saw Mark, plus a whole bunch of people he didn’t know. Junhong bowed, “Hi Mark hyung,” Mark smiled at the younger. “Junhong.” “Sorry, I was with Mark Hyung and his family when you called.” Junhong faced took an immediate change back looking like he killed someone’s cat. He bowed deeply to  Mark’s parents and siblings, “Hello, I'm Junhong but you can call me Zelo. I’m so sorry for ruining your plans, but it really nice to meet you.” The Tuans smiled at the Zelo, “Oh no! It is no problem. It is really nice to meet more Mark and Jinyoung’s friends, plus your school is really beautiful, we wanted to see your Library.” said Papa Tuan

After Tammy and Mama Tuan finished gushing over how cute Junhong was and all the Tuans got over how tall the boy was, Jinyoung got to work on cataloging as the Tuans looked around the Library and Zelo went back to fixing up the shelf that fell. Jinyoung had seen B.I nor Junhoe, he wonders where they were, the shelf would be able to get done faster if they both help Zelo. After a good 20 mins, the Tuans had finished looking through the library, luckily the library had some children books to help the first years study English. Mark picked a few up of them as his family talked around, he called Maya and Leila over to read to them.

They were excited ran over to them Grace sat with them and so did Mama and Papa Tuan. Tammy walked over to the front desk with Jinyoung and Joey with his sister, Jinyoung was focused on cataloging he blocked out his surroundings. Tammy looked at Jinyoung, he looked even more handsome with his determined and focus face, she noticed a few girls and boys in the corners gushing him. Tammy smiled, “No wonder Mark feel for you, you just make anything look cool while looking like you belong in a fashion magazine. Jinyoung snapped up after hearing someone talking to him, he didn’t catch what Tammy said.

“I’m sorry, what were saying?” Tammy just smile brighter, “Oh! Don’t worry it was nothing.” Jinyoung furrowed his eyebrows but said nothing and just looked over to Joey seeing if he’d get any answers from him but he just shrugged. Jinyoung was going ask them if they need anything, but the door open to the library. Jinyoung glances over and saw B.I & Junhoe walk but B.I had bandages on his head, a cut lip, and an ice pack on his head. However, Junhoe wasn’t the only one who was with B.I, there was a boy who was in his gym class, Bobby. “Hanbin! Are you okay?!” Jinyoung said as the walked up to his desk.

“Junhong-ah!” Jinyoung called out, Junhong came over and quickly assessed the situation before him. “Ummm...yeah about this” Zelo said stumbling slightly over his words. “You told me everything was fine.” “Ah well technically no,  I said relatively. Seeing as the school wasn’t involved and Bobby didn’t mean to hit Hanbin. So, out of all the ways the situation could’ve have turned out, this is actually the least problematic and least severe outcome.” Zelo said trying to make the situation seem less severe, “I’m sorry, so Hanbin’s head trapped up isn’t a problem.” Jinyoung said incredulously at Zelo like the younger boy lost his mind.

“I’m really okay hyung,” Hanbin said trying to keep Jinyoung from worrying and freaking out on Zelo. “Yeah after waking up 10 mins after with got him to the doctor, he completely fine,” Junhoe said sarcastically. Hanbin glared at Junhoe move to him but got dizzy, Bobby caught hi as he swayed. “Okay, no moving for you,” Bobby said to B.I causing the younger of the two to frown, “Can you smack him for me Bobby hyung?” “Gladly,”Bobby promptly proceeded to smack the youngest boy in the back of the head, ”what the ?” Junhoe cried out glaring at Bobby but didn’t retaliate knowing that the older boy could kick his , which is the exact reason for B.I’s current state. “Thank you.” “Your, welcome and I’m so sorry.” “It’s fine, you didn’t mean too. I told you to stop apologizing.” “I still really sorry for that, but I meant I’m sorry you have to deal with this brat,” Bobby said glaring at Junhoe. Jinyoung shook his head, “What happened?” Zelo sighed explaining the situation. Joey looked at his sister, please tell me your just as confused, Jinyoung looked at them and apologized he didn’t want to make them feel left out.

“It’s fine Jinyoung, I think I got the gist of it. Frowny face is a troublemaker and made smiley face over upset, smiley face accidentally hit the charismatic one by accident and you’re upset with the giant cutie because is downplaying the situation. Jinyoung looked shocked that Tammy caught all of that even though she can speak Korean. “Umm..are you sure you don’t speak Korean? That was basically it.” Jinyoung comment still dumbfounded Tammy’s deductive skills. Joey was surprised too but snapped out of his bewilderment quicker than Jinyoung, “She is an expert at sticking her nose in people's business, language is no barrier for her.”

Tammy frown at her brother and smacked his arm, “Hey! I’m not nosey, I'm just intuitive while you’re  just rude.” Joey shook his head and frowned. Jinyoung sighed turning Junhoe and gave him a look of disapproval and disappointment. “Don’t look at me like that, it’s not my fault this stupid jackass, he thinks because he is a jock he can go around hit people.” Junhoe snarled and Bobby looked at the youngest boy in complete utter disbelief. “Are you ing kidding me?” Bobby growled moving to hit Junhoe this time he wouldn’t miss.

Junhong sighed and rushed over to hold back the older by, “This is a library!” Junhong said hardening his voice. The younger was over this drama, “I will not have you fighting like this the octagon, B.I go back to your dorm. Bobby sunbae you take him.” “No, I can still work-” B.I  said walk over to Zelo but get dizzy on his way back. “Slow down before fall and knock yourself down again.” B.I sighed and didn’t dare to argue Zelo, he had not excuse nor was as stupid as Junhoe has been proving himself to be. “This was the one that hit him  and you gonna let him take back the dorm, no I’ll take you hyung.” B.I glared at the younger, “YOU! Are the reason I'm in this mess, I’, tired of you being an to everyone and always bailing you out of trouble. Jinyoung hyung and Zelo have been trying hard you too and yet you’re so rude to him. I should’ve stayed out of it and let Bobby sunbae-nim smack some sense into you. Until you learn to take responsibility for your action and learn some accountability, I’ll be switching rooms with Dong-hyuk and room.”

B.I was pissed off and left without giving Junhoe a chance to speak. Apologized to Jinyoung and Zelo before briskly leaving, while a flustered Bobby followed trying to get him to slow down. For the first time since meeting Junhoe, he didn’t have his RBF, granted the face he made was not much better than is usually face. He looked guilty and hurt, Jinyoung and Zelo were surprised, “Are you okay?” Jinyoung asked, Zelo looked over with a concerned he was planning on scolding the younger boy or his behavior, but he looked hurt by B.I’s word. Junhoe glared at Jinyoung, “Mind your own business!” Jinyoung was startled by his reaction but sighed at the younger, he was about to speak to him when Zelo stopped him.

“I’ve tried to be understanding because I know how difficult it is adjusting to a new environment. In addition, to you needing this job to pay for your tuition here but you have absolutely no respect nor do you seem to have any manners. I’m sure if you’re parent would be quite upset if they were to see how you were acting right now. I have been more lenient and understanding than JYP would’ve have been. You made a critical mistake within your first week of here because you choose to think you better than every librarian in her who has to go through the same training and you didn’t need to listen to all my instructions. We are your seniors and yet you have the audacity to not refer to us as sunbae. You insulted and made prejudice assumption towards Bobby sunbae. It is your job to assist students here, you don’t get to have this attitude of irritation and dismissal with them. I have not more patience for you poor attitude, you create more issues and problems than productive contributions. I’m sure that it is possible for you to be kind and respectful, you have no problem with calling B.I hyung. You choose to continue to be unaccountable for you deplorable behavior. I’ve tried to help you and take a more empathic route in getting you realize, but it seems like that does work. Your employment here is terminated effective immediately, I have continually received many complaints of how your attitude. I’ve giving you tasks that do not require you to deal with people and yet you still found a way to offend people. It isn’t my to babysit you and clean up the messes you create, I’ve more things to do and I’ve spent a majority the day sorting and packing the shelf that fell. Your performance and lack of diligence have caused to more work for everyone else here, I will send your termination file over to the administration. I cannot guarantee that they have any more available working positions for you and if they do, I am not too sure if they will allocate them to you. I didn't want to have to resort to this but you leave me no choice, I can not have the library turn into a hostile environment. I hope you will be able to get another job but I will not be providing you with a recommendation." Zelo said in a straight tone, his face void of emotion.

Chapter 33: Bruhhhh this story was an emotional ride
All the problem all the deep talk is too real
Omg
I felt too attached but then i keep favoriting and reading unfinished story and im so maso for doing that and i didn't realize i've already read 160k of words it's just tell how good your story is!
I really love this story, somehow people too in love with someone and still insecure about themself while the other people really in love with them. Gosh the sad back story added with human insecurity is really making me feel something. This is too good, i'm so in love with every character in this fic. Especially Bambam is Jinyoung's adopted brother and how strong their bond is. How jackson really patient with Marks behavior and so is Jaebum, they're a really the best of bestfriend!! Also i really loveeeeeee how you make other people and apparently all people love with Jinyoung as they should be hahaha he really brought the best in people and if people keep treating him like a cute prince that he is then i'm not complaining bc he is too perfect in this story and probably irl too. But i get how he still got insecurity deep inside himself, i hope mark and jinyoung would keep trying to be better for their relationship, they are really the best people when they are together, they fix each other and came out stronger after every problem. Aaah i wish this story was finished because it really reserved a special place in my heart. Thank you for writing this story! xx
