Mark has rarely been at the dorm over the past couple of days, he was busy or spending most of his free time with JB. Although Jinyoung has already seen most of his lyrics revised where is necessary, Mark wanted to make sure that the song entailed what he wanted to tell Jinyoung how he felt. It was a little nerve wrecking for Mark knowing not only will it be in front of their classmates but whoever is at the family day festival. Knowing how popular Jinyoung is and himself a large majority of the school will be there, especially since word got out that they’d be performing a song. However, the fact that the student body and their families will be there watching isn’t what worried but how Jinyoung will receive his song and what is Jinyoung’s song going to be about. Jinyoung is a mystery and open book at the same time for Mark, the younger doesn’t talk about things his feelings but he doesn’t find them either he is very willing if asked.

Yet, Mark is erratic in his moods and emotions they are so different to Mark but Jinyoung always says they are very alike. Mark can’t help but be insecure and worry it hard with his past he feels like he is bound to ruin everything relationship he has that why he can’t close to people but Jinyoung was like the sun and him like the earth. There is just some gravitational pull he has when it comes to Jinyoung he can’t help but want to be with him. Which is why he is so afraid to lose or mess things up with the younger, he remembers the pain he felt when his parents broke his heart that he somehow made it through. Jinyoung taught him how to trust again and if he loses Jinyoung he is not sure he can be open or care for someone ever again. Jinyoung is it for him he didn’t want to believe it at first but he couldn’t deny it any longer.

JB watched Mark, the elder seemed to be lost in his own thoughts. JB would take a wild guess and say that Jinyoung or something Jinyoung related must be causing his mind to wander. These days that seemed to always be the reason for Mark’s of out of character behavior. Although it was a new development JB was okay with it once he got over the shock of Mark expressing other emotions other than indifference and complacency. “You know thinking out loud helps sometimes,” JB said resting his chin on his hand. Mark didn’t really register what JB said to him but he saw his friend staring at him and figured that the to the must’ve said something. “I’m sorry, what did you say?” JB  chuckled. “I said thinking out loud helps.” Mark rubbed the back of his neck in embarrassment, “Oh I just blank out for a second it wasn’t about the melody of the song.” “Yeah, I figured I know that look by now seeing that there is only one person that elicits that kind of effect on you.” Mark sighed he didn’t realize how transparent he was when it came to Jinyoung but then again Jaebum has known he a while and was much more aware than Jackson.

Mark trusted JB, really did but it was still hard to express himself to people other than Jinyoung. “I knew Jinyoung was different when I first met him, he was just a good looking face. He didn’t fawn over you or felt threatened by you and you cold demeanor. I was really hoping to get to know him better, but it seems like you beat me to it.” JB said shocking Mark, Mark didn’t think JB actually like Jinyoung he the boy was flirting but JB was somewhat of a natural flirt. “You liked Jinyoung?” Mark asked looking baffled, “Yeah, but I know when to give up and the way Jinyoung looks after you and they way you can seem to function normally around him it is obvious that there was something there that I shouldn’t get in between of.” Mark was blushing usually he would be mad but JB was his friend and he knew the other would never do anything to hurt him. “He is different and he is a much better person than me. I never wanted to fall in love with him, you know but he is -he’s Jinyoung and it just happened.” Mark sighed and let out a frustrated groan, running his hands through his head.

JB smiled he knew the other really like Jinyoung but love was something he never imagined would leave Mark’s mouth. “ I am really happy for you but for some reason, you don’t seem as happy as you should be, trouble in paradise?” Mark shook his head furiously, “No, that’s not it. We are fine but Jinyoung is much better than me and he has had a lot of bad things happen to him. He deserves the world and I'm not sure I am capable of it and he reads me so easily but I can’t do the same.” Mark felt really open telling this to JB but Jinyoung tells him he needs to learn to trust people and not keep everything to himself. JB’s smile fell and he looked at Mark with a concerned look, “Mark, I'm not going to say that you the best person in the world and amazing like Jackson would, but you’re a good person. You obviously care a lot for Jinyoung and you are telling me all of this, so it’s obvious that you are making an effort to fix things about yourself. You don’t have to be a different person for him because he fell for you even with what you consider to be bad things about you.”

Mark looked at JB, “We both know that I don’t really have the best personality. You don’t have to lie and tell me I don’t need to change.” Mark appreciated JB trying to make him feel better, the other sighed. “Mark please you know I tell it how it is, the way I treat Jackson should be proof enough. You can be an , nobody is denying that it is a well known fact but you are not an intentional cruel person. You are really hard on yourself and I don’t know why but I can tell you don’t have too. You care for Jinyoung and for now that’s enough. Do you need more than that from Jinyoung?” Mark shook his head, “Exactly, it the same for Jinyoung you don’t need to be someone else because he loves you if you completely change then you should worry because you’ll no longer be the person he fell for. I can tell now that he only problem you have is you don’t care about you as much as you should. The only way to be the person Jinyoung deserves you have to be able to love yourself before you properly love someone else. So it’s not about fixing you, it’s about letting Jinyoung love you so you can eventually love yourself.” JB said putting his hand on Mark’s shoulder. Mark looked at JB, “Thanks” and JB just nodded “Let’s finish up these arrangements you have to present this in like 4 hours

Jinyoung was in an empty dance room in the Arts section of the Campus, Mark, and Jackson switch room for the time being. Mark has been spending any free time with JB in order perfect his song so it was basically like he was living there anyways so the switched roommate. Originally, Jinyoung was just going to perform his song but Wang Jackson was not having that. Jinyoung sighed, Jackson was nothing if not extreme persistent. Apparently, “Wild n’ y Jackson” knows no other way other than being y. Throughout this whole assignment, Jackson had been pestering Jinyoung to make choreo to the song, since Bambam told Jackson that Jinyoung used to be on a dance team at his old school. Jinyoung has basically ignored the other because he really didn’t feel he needed to add a dance. Eventually, Jinyoung gave in because there is only so long a person can ignore Wang Jackson.

   Which is the exact reason Jinyoung was currently in the empty dance room practicing his last minute dance to his song. Jackson after finding out about Jinyoung and Mark’s relationship made it his mission to tell Jinyoung that he had to be extra ‘y’ because Mark hyung was watching. Jinyoung didn’t realize how much those words affected him. Jinyoung is used to doing the best of his capability because he had expectation and standards set for himself. However, knowing that Mark is going to be watching and his song is ultimately for his hyung he couldn’t help but be nervous. He felt the need to be better than what he thinks he is capable because Mark was there. He wanted Mark to know that his heart and all of him belongs to the older and that older wouldn’t have to worry. Originally, the song was supposed to do that but now he added Jackson ‘y’ dance and he felt a bit self-conscious. What if Mark didn’t think it was good or didn’t find the younger’s dance attractive? Jinyoung fell on the floor frustrated he was suppose to be helping Mark’s confidence level and ended with a self confidence problem of his own.

Nichkhun was finishing up his work for the day and the rest of next week, Mark had a family day festival at school. The school as festivities for the student and families, JYP the principal was actually a businessman his school was actually something he created be he felt very passionate about education and helping kids find a dream and helping them to nurture it. He actually owns a chain of hotels and he recently worked with Nichkhun a year, asking for help finding a big open space of land near his school campus hoping to make a new hotel there. JYP’s intention was actually so he can have a space for the parents of his students to stay during Family week, so they can be close to their kids. Nichkhun has packed already was getting ready to stay for the week, he was Mark’s guardian so he always went to the school as Mark’s family member. Mark always told him he didn’t have to and that Nichkhun was too busy to be using his vacation time for him but he knew the younger appreciated it. He also thought he could use this time to tell the younger about his family’s plans.

He was nervous about how the younger would react but he figured that now that Mark has Jinyoung it wouldn’t be too hard for the boy. Nichkhun was glad for the younger that he met Jinyoung and e was even more happy to get a text from Jackson about the two now being more than just friends. All Nichkhun has ever wanted was for the boy to be happy and to feel loved. Nichkhun tried his best to be there for the younger but he helped the younger get back on the track he knew Mark capable. However, he also knew that he alone couldn’t make Mark happy. Which is where Jinyoung comes and Nichkhun couldn’t have hoped for a better person than Jinyoung. Nichkhun was so thankful Jinyoung felt the same for Mark because Nichkhun knew Jinyoung was the first person other than himself that Mark let in and if Jinyoung didn’t feel them same for the Mark the boy would never open himself ever again. Nichkhun sighed he didn’t know what to say, he left the office and got in his car, heading towards Mark’s school.

   Wooyoung was in his car driving towards the JYP Academy, JYP himself called Wooyoung informing him about Family week. Wooyoung was very grateful for the call, Wooyoung never told Jinyoung and Bambam but Wooyoung was actually a scholarship student years ago and went to the JYP’s school. Wooyoung was actually JYP’s left-hand man in his company, but JYP allowed the younger boy to work outside of Seoul after seeing his passion for working the orphanage and keeping it running. Wooyoung was a little worried leaving the orphanage but he knew he left it in good hands with Yenny. He was excited to see Jinyoung and Bambam again it been awhile. Jinyoung and Bambam call him to update him he always anticipates there calls. Wooyoung knows it kind of wrong for him to have favorites but he couldn’t help but love those to boys like they were is how little brothers. Wooyoung didn’t think JYP knew about their connection but he should’ve known better. Regardless, he was thankful his hyung gave him time off from work and Yenny was available to look after the orphanage for him to visit the younger boys for family week.

   Wooyoung reached the new hotel by near the school campus, he was actually the head of this project. He was glad it turned out well, he spent a lot of time and effort getting it built and he didn’t record time. He parked and took out his luggage and went up to the receptionist desk and they bowed immediately realizing it was their boss. Wooyoung felt a bit shy he usually doesn’t go out in the field that often so he isn’t used to seeing the people he hires. Which is was he could never get used to their mannerism around him. He always tells him to be more comfortable they don’t have to be so formal but that usually made them more panicky and nervous. So he settled to feeling uncomfortable with their manners, it was better the turning his employees into nervous wrecks. “Mr. Jang, we were not made aware of your visit.” the receptionist stated. “Oh I'm not here on official business but here a guest. I’m here for the school’s family week.” Wooyoung informed the girl smiling. Which was probably not a good idea seeing as the girl looked like she was going pass out and he didn’t know if it was him smiling or the fact that he would be staying here for a week. “Omo, I w-ill check you right in sir. Just give me the name of the student you are here for.” the receptionist said barely getting out the words blushing furiously and stuttering. Apparently, it might have been both him smiling and the fact he was staying for a week seeing how the other worker were squealing around him, not discreetly either.

Nichkhun parked and saw someone already at the receptionist desk, he must’ve been handsome because of the way the employees seem to be fangirling hard. “Ah yes, I'm here for Park Jinyoung and Park Bambam.” The man said and it stunned Nichkhun his voice sounded so familiar but he before he could really register it he heard who he was here for and got happy. He didn’t know that the two boys had any other family member. Nichkhun assumed he must’ve been a close, Nichkhun got excited he was happy to meet anyone related to the two boys. “Hey excuse you said you here for Park Jinyoung and Park Bambam, it nice to met you they happen to be friend with my dongsaengs,” Nichkhun said approaching the man and the man heard him and turned around. “Oh really nice to meet yo-” Wooyoung said as he turned to meet the man, only to cut himself off when he sees the other. Wooyoung froze looking at the other and Nichkhun had the same reaction. Both of their outstretched hands fell, Wooyoung and Nichkhun both looked like the had seen a ghost. Nichkhun was the first to snap out of it, “Wooyoung-ah” and the younger boy visibly flinched and Nichkhun frowned knowing exactly why the younger did so. “Wooyoung-ah,” Nichkhun said again more firmly and less shocked than the first time.

Wooyoung was shocked, Nichkhun was the last person he ever expected to see. The last time he saw the older he was moving to LA and ended up cutting off all ties with Wooyoung because of his girlfriend, Victoria. Wooyoung didn’t know why Nichkhun was back here and he was sure if he cared. He was so mad at the older when he cut off contact with him because they were best friends. Nichkhun claimed it was for his relationship, he couldn’t lose Victoria but losing Wooyoung was okay. Wooyoung had always loved the older as more than a friend but he knew it could never happen. It has been years and Wooyoung had thought he had gotten over the older but seeing him now he knew he hadn’t. All along he knew he never got over Nichkhun, he was messed after Nichkhun left and cut off all ties with him. That he cut off all ties with their friends and moved to Busan not long after. He figured a new start was he needed, he never got past dates because he was still hung up on the older. However, he forgave Nichkhun a long time ago. He threw himself into the orphanage work and told himself that was the reason his relationship never went past dates, but he knew deep down they never went anywhere was because no one was ever Nichkhun. As much as the older hurt him he could never replace the space in his heart that Nichkhun left, the older took it with him when he left whether Nichkhun knew or not.

Wooyoung didn’t know what he was supposed to say, he was no longer angry or upset with the older boy. He forgave Nichkhun a long time ago for hurting him but he didn’t expect the hurt to still be there. However, the pain hit him as soon as he saw the elder’s face. All Wooyoung wanted was Nichkhun to be happy and he realized a long time ago that he couldn’t be happy if he wanted Nichkhun to be happy. He wasn’t okay with Victoria and Nichkhun’s relationship, but Victoria was a good person and Wooyoung couldn’t find it in him to hate her. Victoria was sweet to everyone and even Wooyoung even after she found out Wooyoung had feelings for Nichkhun. She had even reassured Wooyoung that she didn’t mind or care, that people can’t help who they fall for. She never discouraged Nichkhun from hanging out with him, she always looked at sadly when Nichkhun would shoe PDA with him and their other friends. The 2 actually had a fight about it and Nichkhun came running broken-heartedly to Wooyoung saying how he thinks Victoria does love him anymore. Wooyoung after that tried very hard to hide his feelings and reassured Victoria that it is okay because she made Nichkhun happy and that’s all he wanted for his best friend.

So when Nichkhun said he couldn’t be as close as he was before with Wooyoung because he loved Victoria, Wooyoung was confused he knew Victoria didn’t have a problem with Wooyoung. However, Nichkhun’s happiness was more important than his own and he just nodded when Nichkhun told him that. Nichkhun left to LA to follow Victoria she ended up transferring. Wooyoung always assumed they would’ve been married by now and still living in LA with cute little babies because they were both beautiful. Victoria was far more beautiful than he could ever be and she was a woman. Wooyung could never be mad at Nichkhun for falling for anyone other than him because that was the elder’s right and Victoria was perfect. Wooyoung tried to distance himself when the two got together but Nichkhun got mad at him and in the end, Nichkhun was the one who ended their friendship. It was hypocritical of the older thinking back at it now. Wooyoung always knew that was how it would end up because the younger was always weak for the Thai boy. The only way it would end is if Nichkhun did it himself because Wooyoung would run back to the older boy if he ever needed him. At least that was what he did before, Wooyoung would like to think he was the same love-struck idiot he was in middle school and high school. Though looking at Nichkhun now and with the way he was feeling he couldn’t say that he was because Nichkhun’s face alone made his inside warm and burn all at the same time.

Nichkhun called out a third time to the boy but Wooyoung still stood there frozen, looking like a deer caught in headlights. Nichkhun hasn’t seen the younger boy in years, just like Wooyoung, he never thought he’d see the younger again. Apparently, the younger left Seoul not too long after he did and lost contact with all the other guys. The guys never said anything about it but Nichkhun knew it was his fault. Only Taecyeon knew why and the older boy was mad at Nichkhun because of it but eventually he had to let it go because he didn’t want to lose two friends. Nichkhun was a stupid scared child back then, he was coward and that is why he said those things years ago to Wooyoung. Nichkhun only in regret in life was standing right in front of him. When he came back to Korea he tried to look for the younger, but the guys didn’t know where he was and all the Wooyoung’s in Seoul turned out to be a bust. It wasn’t until the first time he went into JYP office in the school he saw the face of past students that got accepted into universities did he see Wooyoung’s face on the wall and under it said Oxford, England. Nichkhun figured it was hopeless after that, he knew he could find the other after that.

Nichkhun was stunned but he was also so happy to see the other, he never thought he it was possible. Looking at the boy now man, he was taken aback at how handsome the other was. Not that the other was ugly before because that was the furthest thing from the truth. Wooyoung was always beautiful even in high school fawned over him not that he noticed. Wooyoung was always focused on his work, he was very unaware of the people around him. Nichkhun knew the boy was attractive he wasn’t blind but he always found him to be adorable. He had the chubbiest cheeks and cutest smile, Nichkhun always thought he was like an overgrown baby. He’d pout and whine when he was upset and could always be pacified by ice cream. However, looking at him now he looks grown, his eyes still had a childish like glint but his face all the baby fat. He looked even more attractive than before. He was adorable and pretty before but now he was more manly and handsome but he still held his beautiful features. Nichkhun while grateful he can actually see Wooyoung again, he isn’t sure the feeling his mutual the blank taken aback stare look he is getting is doesn’t seem like a positive reaction.

Wooyoung knows he has to speak at some point but his brain is running a million miles per second and he is feeling like his body should be doing the same. Run, at was the only thing that Wooyoung thought of because if he didn’t he’d melt he knows better. He has been trying to convince himself that he was over this feeling, over Nichkhun and he couldn’t lie to himself any longer. Especially, when the person he has been lying about was right in front of him. However, Wooyoung feet were planted even though his flight reaction was to run away. He couldn’t if ran now he’d only keep running, his body reacted before his mind could process he walked up a couple steps and spoke, “Nichkhun..Nichkhun hyung” it was a question nor a greeting. Nichkhun was about to speak he didn’t know what to say but apparently, his mouth did, “Wooyoung-” “Nichkhun is that you?” Both Wooyoung and Nichkhun and were thrown off by hearing someone else call the elder boy’s name. Nichkhun turned around and stepped back a little in line with Wooyoung, standing next to the boy. Nichkhun looked shocked, “Mr--and Mrs. Tuan, wha-- um you--re here.” Nichkhun stuttered and Wooyoung looked up to the boy confused. Nichkhun was always a confident person but right he looked like he saw a ghost, Wooyoung did recognize the family in front of him, it seems like an older couple with their kids and grandkids.

I’m sorry for the late update i went out of town. This introduces a new couple line, I know you guys came here for Markjin but I hope you aren’t too disappointed with this update.
