GO knew this would happen. He had brought home the white feather and kept it in a glass box, treasuring it as his charm, bringing it everywhere but people started teasing him. When he said he met an angel, the teasing just getting worse and he was almost at a limit. And now, here he was, sitting under the slide in this park while watching his other classmates playing happily. He was completely out of the circle.

          "Is that really an angel's feather?"

          GO jumped at the voice and snapped his head to his left, seeing a boy of his age standing not too far from him. GO gulped loudly. He knew this boy. This boy was in the same class of him and if he wasn't mistaken, this boy goes by name Seungho. Most of the class did tease and bully him but a few others simply ignored him and Seungho was one of them. But, Seungho didn't need to bully GO for GO to fear him. The boy's appearance itself was scary enough. What boy of their age had such intense glare and such black dark circles under their eyes?

             Slowly nodding, GO scooted behind slightly when Seungho ducked over under the slide and approached him. "Can I see it?" Seungho requested and GO nodded again subconsciously.

              Dingging inside his pocket, he took out the glass box and held it out on his palm.

               "Can I touch it?" Seungho asked again and GO nodded once more. A smile blessed upon Seungho and his scary look dispersed right away to GO's amazement. Almost excitedly, Seungho took the box from GO and sat cross-leg facing the other boy. He looked so astonished by the feather that even GO couldn't help but to smile. "It looks like a bird's feather."

                "Really? I think it's an angle's." GO mumbled, hurt thinking that Seungho didn't believe him just like the others.

                "Aniyo. I wasn't saying you're lying or anything." Seungho corrected. "But this feather look like it belongs to the small white bird you help before. I think..."

                 GO tilted his head as his old memories reeled in. When he first arrived here and enrolled into the school, he had ran to this park during luch because he couldn't take being teased no more and he had found a palm-size white bird lying injured in the middle of the park. He had taken it home and treated him and that bird had became his first friend until he one day, he thought that the bird was healed completely and he wanted it free. He brought it back to the park where first found the bird but before he had a chance to let the bird fly free, a gang of the students that always bullied him had approached him. He was beaten badly that day out of no reason and to protect the small vulnerable bird, he had put the bird under his shirt and when the bullies finally left him alone, he found out the bird had died out suffocation and he always blamed himself for the death.

                "How did you know?" GO asked.

                "I... I was the one that hurt the bird..." Seungho admitted with a small voice, his face filled with guilt and sorrow. "It was an accident. I was trying to catch it because it look so cute but I hurt it when I kind of fall with it in my hand. I thought it was dead so I ran away. But then... I feel how wrong to just leave it there but when I came back, you were there already and took it home. I saw you play with the bird when I walked past your home and I'm truly thankful to you that-"

                 "The bird died." GO blurted out. "I killed it."

                 Seungho shook his head in disbelief. "You're lying."

                 Inhaling deeply, GO told Seungho what happened to the bird and why he said the feather was an angel's feather. "...That's why there's no way this belong to that bird because that bird must have hated me."

                  "I think it loves you and just like me, it is grateful to you. Because your kindness means more that you think it is." Seungho said with a smile. "And I think, the boy that you meet was the bird. Because he felt indebted to you and because he loves you, he wanted to comfort you."

                  "Why? I kill him."

                  "No. You protect him." Seungho gave back the box to GO. "Can I be your friend?" He asked out of blue.

                   "What?" GO squeaked in surprise. "B-but aren't you afraid the others going to tease you for being friend with someone like me? Someone poor?"

                    "I don't understand. I think you're the richest of us all. Here." Seungho pointed to his own chest.

                    "He said that too..." GO said after a moment of silence. "The bird."

                    And as the new friendship brooding and blossoming into something so beautiful, the white bird had been looking over the two friends. Two person whom he would always treasure and would always be grateful for. And he knew, the friendship was stronger than anything. More beautiful than anything. And richer than anything. Because the heart those possess was more wealthy than any others.

                    "I told you. You're richer than you think." Mir whispered from far as he watched over the two friend and his heels. Kicking the ground under him, a set of white wings explode out of his back, spreading majestically and flapping graciously as he glide with the wind...
