Thirst III (Mir, Sanghyun)
MBLAQ drabbleMir stared with teary eyes at his hands. He had used his hands to wiped away those blood on his mouth but now he regretted it. He hated seeing that blood on him, reminding him over and over again that he was a monster.
Mir's hands shook violently. His whole body was quivering. Sure, it was cold in this winter season, not to mention his uniform was still wet from the spilled water but he knew perfectly, that this tremble racking his small frame wasn't out of cold. It was out of fear. Fear of himself. Fear of what he could do.
Fear of what he wanted to do...
Mir bit on his lips, his fangs piercing his bottom lips and his blood dripped, mixing with the blood of his first victim. Cradling his hands against his chest he sobbed silently without any tears. He was done with crying.
His tears had long dried years ago when his mother called him a monster and abandoned him in the orphanage. His tears had long dried since his mother turned her back on him even after he plead and kneeled and begged for his mother not to left him. His tears had long dried after all those torture he had to go through in his life at the orphanage and the school.
He was pathetic. He was nothing more than speck of dirt under people's shoes. So the least he could do for himself was stopped letting his tears leaked out of his eyes. To stopped giving satisfaction to those people who wanted nothing but to see him suffered under the depth of the hell. He promised to never cry no more. And he had abide to his own promise. Even now.
"You really shouldn't make yourself stood out that way."
Mir gasped, falling against the wall in this hidden valley at the voice that suddenly interrupted his lone time. Mir's wide wary eyes immediately darted to the tall figure a few feet away at the end of the valley. His instinct told him to run and he tried but he forgot that the other way was a dead end.
Slowly, he turned back to face the boy who was still there, watching, evaluating him. Mir tried to calm his erratic breath, vaguely recognizing the boy as one of the star in his school for his talent in dancing. What was that boy doing here? Did that boy followed him? Did that boy saw him the life out of that poor nurse? Was that boy here to punish him for his sin? Just like his mother did to him before throwing aside?
"Hey, it's okay... I won't hurt you. I'm Sanghyun." The boy said, slowly steeping forwards towards Mir.
Unconsciously, Mir stepped back until his back his the wall, his body shook out of fear, his arms wrapped around his own body. It was pathetic. But that was the way he protect himself. No one would hold him. No one would comfort a monster like him. He was the only one was there. He himself. And he have only himself.
"Is this your first time? Drinking blood I mean?"
Mir gasped and bowed down, retching at the memory of him attacking that nurse, yet nothing came out of his stomach. And soon, his sight faded. He felt numb yet he heard one last thing before his whole body shut down.
"I'm here to help."
Finally...
