The recording for ISAC ended at dawn. Red Velvet were so dead tired and worn out so Hyemi drove them to the dorm in a flash. The girls hit the shower alternately right after they arrived at the dorm. It was sure energy consuming, even worse than their daily dance practice.

Irene was about to sleep when her phone vibrated, a new message from Taehyung.

I am outside. Please open the door.

Irene was fully awake upon reading that message and dashed quickly towards the door. She opened the door carefully, revealing Taehyung there. He smiled ear to ear.

”So, it’s day 1 right?” he asked, couldn’t hide his happiness. He pulled Irene on his bear hug, all giddy and happy. Irene could feel the sincerity from the man in front of him. It’s not bad at all. She hugged him back.
