‘I am here because my family expect me to meet you,’ She didn’t smile nor avert her eyes. ‘not because I want to or expect anything from this date. So, let's end this nicely.’

He flashed his coy smile to her. ‘What if I am here because I expect something?’

‘That’s your problem, not mine.’ She answered sharply.

His smile didn’t go away. He looked at her from her head to toe and bit his lips. ‘I see,’

He nodded, eyes studying her ripped jeans, moving jaw with gum, piercings, and of course, her off-character make-up. ‘You dressed like this because your family made you go to the date, and your word isn’t heard.’  

The only way to get rid of a date that your family forced you to go to is to dress so wildly and inappropriately for a girl in your class, isn't it? I guess that's why you changed the location, so your family's spies wouldn't see you like this and tell on you,'

She looked at him expressionlessly and said nothing at all.

‘I would tell my mom that I liked you so much, and we’re meant to be,’ He stood, hands in pocket, smirking at her. ‘See you soon, my bride to be.’

He winked before he left the place.
