No-one's POV

Jae giggled as she listened to Jimin talk about his mother. It touched her heart to see someone talk about their mother like that.

"So what about yours?"

"M..mine?" Jae looked down to hide her tears. She took a deep breath. "I don't really remember my parents. They abandoned my sister and I when I was 5. But my sister. She's amazing. She's always supported me and...she's just the best. We did everything together until..." She stopped midway, just in time.

"Until?"

"Until she became ill and was hospitalized." She sighed before showing her smile. "And ahjumma's taken care of me ever since my parents left too. If it wasn't for her, I would have been lying in the streets. She gave us a home. She gave us the love and support. Everything."

There was a moment of silence before Jimin spoke.

"You okay?" Jae nodded. She looked up surprised by the fact that she was so immersed in the conversation, she hadn't realized that they had arrived ages ago.

Jimin got out of the car before jogging to the other side to open hers.

"Let's go." He said as he shut the door.

Walking inside, butterflies began to fill her stomach again reminding her that this was a date.

Jimin glanced over to Jae, who bit her lip showing the nervousness built up inside of her evidently. His hand made its way to hers, the touch sending a spark. She looked at him in surprise but by that time Jimin had looked away, as if oblivious to it all.

"Anything you like babe?" Jae shook her head. "Talk to me."

"I don't need anything."

"Come on, you can tell me." He smiled. "And don't worry about the money. I'm loaded."

Jimin stopped all of a sudden.

"."

"What happened?"

"How could I forget!?" Jimin groaned. Jae looked at him, confused. "Today's eomma's birthday. What should I do!? I always forget. She's gonna kill me!"

"Don't worry." Jae said as she thought. "Why not buy her something special?"

"Something special?" She nodded. "Jae, your the best!" He pulled her into a tight hug.

"J...Jimin, um..." Jae noticed the people around the staring.
