Academia Magica: School of Magic and Love
(Dongwoon’s POV)
It’s now break time, and students are now buzzing their way to the cafeteria. I grabbed my food, and was scanning the area for an empty seat, but a table occupied by Yoseob and Kikwang caught my eye. However, there’s another guybeside them that I don’t recognize.
I made my way to them, and both of them welcomed me warmly. I returned a smile and settled down, before I gave a questioning glance to the small-figured student beside me.
Kikwang caught my look, and answered on behalf, “Ah, let me introduce. This guy is Taemin, and here’s Dongwoon.”
The student named Taemin gave me a meek smile and continued to nibble on his sandwich. Since he didn’t bother to see me return the smile, I shrugged and continued to listen to Yoseob’s and Kikwang’s conversation.
“Kikwang, what did you do to Doojoon to make him kneel on the ground? Tell me, tell me, tell me!”
“Haha, you will know in the future. But I already know yours—a type of defence and offence shield right? Cool.”
“Unfair!”
I chuckled at Yoseob’s silliness, he’s acts just like a little kid whining to be fed.
(Taemin’s POV)
Oh, so that guy is Dongwoon. He seems like a nice and easy-going person.
I was there observing him when I felt a small tremble. I thought of it as nothing until it increases its impact. Now the whole cafeteria is shaking with the students panicking.
“What happened?”
“Earthquake?”
“Ah, I’m falling!”
Shouts of fear and worry filled the cafeteria, and within a few seconds, there were intruders from all directions.
They were dressed in black robes, and their faces were covered with a black handkerchief. They started attacking the students, and many of them fainted from the impact when they weren’t fast enough to recover from their initial shock.
Luckily, we sat in the middle of the cafeteria, so we have enough time to recover ourselves and prepare for defense. I saw an intruder making his way towards us, and I quickly spelled my chant.
“Dear lord of the element Glacie, please grant me thy powers to help me with the situation that I’m facing. Da mihivolo, Glacie!”
Mini ice blades appeared in front of me, and on my command, they charged forward to graze their opponent. Mind you, I’m not going to kill people.
The man dressed in black from head to toe grunted in pain, and collapsed to the floor, holding on to his injuries.
Behind him, there’s a lot more intruders coming into the cafeteria.
Aww man, this better turn out alright.
(Hyunseung’s POV)
“HYUNSEUNG! The academy is under attack!” Sungmin rushed in and reported, panicky.
Oh my god.
I quickly ordered Sungmin to tell the professors to help out with the attack around the academy, while I teleported myself immediately to the cafeteria to check things out.
It was chaos.
Unconscious bodies laid on the floor, while some groups of students are barely managing to defend themselves. Only some individuals and groups are coping pretty well.
Without any enchantments, I casted my magic spell on the intruders, and with a ray of light, all of them are down upon contact.
I quickly made my way to the remaining students who are still standing and check them for any serious injuries. I then instructed them to check the students who fainted on the floor to see if there’s any fatal wounds.
Sounds of fighting echoed through the whole academy, shouts of help ringing in my ears, thuds of bodies collapsing to the ground gave me the shudders.
Hoggart, I swear that I will kill you.
