Kim Hyun Joong‘s ex-girlfriend, known as Ms. Choi to the public and whom he is currently embroiled in a lawsuit with, has had her delivery date for her baby revealed.

Ms. Choi, who is allegedly pregnant with the baby of Kim Hyun Joong, reportedly has a due date of September 12th, according to multiple broadcasters.

The lawyers representing Kim Hyun Joon in this suit revealed that they are looking for a second diagnosis to confirm she is pregnant. They further go on to say that they have asked for a sonogram but has yet to received one. The representatives emphasis that should she be truly carrying the baby of Kim Hyun Joong, he will take full responsibility as the father.

Currently, Ms. Choi is suing Kim Hyun Joong for 1.6 billion won, or $1,426,672 U.S dollars, in compensation for the psychological stress she supposedly suffered after allegedly getting beaten by the popular singer-artist which resulted in her miscarriage last year.

Kim Hyun Joong is also preparing to countersue for a total of 1.2 billion won, or $1,070,148 U.S. dollars, including the return 600 million won payment she received last year as settlement and another 600 million won for breaking her contract.
