AUTHOR'S POV

"If looks can melt, she probably be like a poor melted butter right now." Amber teased a certain girl while looking at the girl whose busy with her laptop 

Jessica pouted. "Shut up." 

"Whoah whoah whoah, I didn't say anything." Amber lifted her hand like surrendering.

Jessica glared at her even more and continue doing the counter work.

"I thought she is resuming to work, why is she seated there instead and looks like a customer instead?!" Amber asked innocently.

"She said that she's still on leave and will resume by Monday. " 

"Oh, so that explained it. You don't have to sulk princess, atleast she is staying in the apartment." Amber said arranging the coffee cups on its cabinet.

"She's only doing that because her mom says so, if not, I think she will not even show herself to me." Again she pouted 

"Why is that?! Haven't you two talk already?!" Amber stopped and moved closer at Jessica.

Jessica could only shook her head in disappointment and sigh. "She's not yet ready to talk about it. She seems to be in deep thought."

"Oh, just let her. Why don't you just break up with him and be with her?!" Amber asked bluntly in which Jessica covered with hissing sound.  Panic is written in her face.

"Dare to say that in a casual manner and you are so dead!" She whispered 

Amber tried to release from her grip and immediately stepped away further. "Alright, alright, just don't touch me okay?!" She said dramatically.

"And why is that?! Your princess will kill you if she caught me being too close?! Huh?!" Jessica leaned closer 

"No, before my princess will kill me, that girl you've been staring at outside will so gonna do that first, okay?!" She bickered back.

Jessica stopped and took a glance outside. And then looked at Amber, "As if she even noticed. Look, at her, she is so busy her eyes fixated how I wish I am a laptop instead a human being.!" She said out loudly earning a loud laugh from Amber.

YOONA'S POV

"I'm okay, I'm okay..." I said as I type each letter on the keyboard of my laptop forcing myself to smile.

"I am not seeing it. They are just talking." I said calmly again taking a quick glance at how Jessica and THAT Amber would bicker as if they are really super duper close.

I fixated again myself at the screen trying so hard to understand the feasibility report Taeyeon unnie has sent me but to my dismay and disappointment or my upset self, I CAN'T THINK PROPERLY! Why?!

"!" I hissed cursing to myself. Is this how Jessica welcome me? Showing that she is not really affected when I was gone and now she even herself EARNED a new friend?! Oh come on!

"I took a quick glanced again at them and I gasped in disbelief. I almost jumped to my seat and act so incredibly disbelieving how close they are right now. I supposedly be talking with Jessica but she being not alarmed of my sudden coldness and being close with this new crew made me think otherwise. I shouldn't have gone back here in Korea.

I breathe in and out to calm myself and diverted myself to my pending report. I just rested my chin on the palm of my head while lazily scroll down at Taeyeon unnie's work until...

"My my my.. " 

I looked up and smiled upon knowing who is that person is.

"Oh wow, look whose here. I thought you're not coming?!" I stood up and kiss her cheeks and gave her a quick hug.

"Nicole called and said that she needs my help. So I decided to go back." 

"So, my request was rejected but when it comes to Nicole, you didn't even hesitate to go. Life is so fair, yeah." I said while pouting and act diverting my attention on the laptop.

"Very melo dramatic. Not so you Yoongie." The girl chuckled 

and pinched her nose 

"Yeah yeah." I act as if I'm hurt.

"Shut up, Nicole is my sister and you are my friend Yoona. Haha, so I am listening to her first but don't worry, I came to see you first " She said

"Should I be thankful of that?!" I sarcastically said.

"Kwon Yuri!" And then she slapped my shoulder, I massaged the part that hurts and glared at her. "That hurts, missy."

"More than SHE hurts you?!" She said meaningfully and eyeing at me.

"I don't even want to talk about it." I said as I looked again at the screen.

"You know you do, I saw how jealous you are from afar and how badly you want to kill that girl." She chuckled.

"Oh, shut up. What are you even doing here.?" I asked casually 

"To tease you and see how you manage this current struggle you have."

"I'm actually having a hard time at this feasibility report, I need to go to Busan myself to check the place. Gosh, it's giving me migraine."

"Pabo, I'm not referring at that. What I mean is HER." She said seriously.
