EmptyCHAPTER three
。HAN AERA
I hate getting flashbacks from things I don't want to remember/
I start attending school again acting like I haven't been gone for six months. No one really cares anyway, and the teachers aren't saying anything. It's great to be honest. So here I am, waiting for my ever so busy best friend to finish our assignment as we're sat beneath a tree. She's smart, I wasn't, so we ended up with a pretty good deal, she does my homework and I pay for all her food. I don't mind sharing my food with her anyway. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not that lazy student that bullies nerdy kids to do their homework. Krystal does attempt to teach me the things that I miss in lessons, it's just that my brain can't take it in, and I'm not that fond of how she teached either. “I'm sure she will be there, and you're going to crash their family gathering,” The urge to hit this girl reached a new higher level, and I wanted to scream at her for discouraging me, but I know not to get into a fight with her, at least not when I need her.
“I'm sure Mrs. Oh wouldn't mind, my mom and her are friends and she once called me her daughter in law,” I wasn't sure if I'm even trying to explain to Krystal or trying to convince myself.
“You're 19 years old Aera, and that was like…8 years ago,” Krystal said in a discouraging tone. I know she hates the idea of going after Sehun even though he did knocked someone up, she even called me desparate.
“Krys, can you shut up and listen to your lonely best friend?” I was at the end of my tender and threw her the most desolated face I have ever attempt, knowing that it's the one thing that makes her give up.
“Shut it, you look ugly,” I huff in displ
