Krystal grabbed Minhyuk's shirt collar and brought him close so she could whisper in his ear.

"Stop being an egostistical . It's about time someone told you that."

She let him go and jumped off from the kitchen counter. 

"When you wake up from your Minhyuk-is-so-cool-and-perfect fantasy," Krystal linked her arm into Sung Yeol's and made a phone call gesture with her hand, "Call me."

Humiliated, Minhyuk straightened out his shirt. 

"What the heck," Sung Yeol said lowly, "Can't you resist him at all?"

"Trust me," Krystal mumbled to him, "I have been."

"Oppa!" Seol Hyun whined, pointing to the unfinished song on the TV screen.

"Sorry," Sung Yeol apologized insincerely and threw the mic over to Sungkyu, "I gotta go. She has to go home now."

"Oppa!" Seol Hyun complained. 

"Seol Hyun-ah," Sungkyu helped out Sung Yeol.

"Fine," Seol Hyun pouted. 

"Let's go," Sung Yeol put his arm around Krystal. 

She looked back. Minhyuk hadn't come out of the kitchen.

Once Sung Yeol and Krystal were in the car, he asked,

"So, what did you two do?"

"I basically told him to stop being a jerk."

"Wow," Sung Yeol praised her.

"Pscht," she laughed, "Don't. It was about time that someone told him that not every girl in the world likes him."

Sung Yeol looked at her. 

"I thought you liked him."

The kiss Krystal had given to Sung Yeol flashed in her mind. 

"Uh," Krystal said hastily, "Yeah I guess, but much less than I used to."

"Wait!" Sung Yeol stopped the car, "Does that mean---"

"No!" Krystal predicted what he was going to say, "I don't like you!" 

"No, I don't care about that," Sung Yeol pushed the thought away rather quickly, "That means that you won't pretend anymore because there's no need for Minhyuk to be jealous!" 

Wow. He had just thrown out any feelings Krystal had felt for him, right out the window. 

"I guess I should reconsider about him," Krystal thought to herself. 

"Don't worry," she told him, "I'll keep my promise."

"Hehe," Sung Yeol smiled at her, "Thanks!" 

But she wasn't sure which reason it was that she was still going along with the plan:

A. In case her strong feelings for Minhyuk resurfaced again

B. She felt the obligation to keep her word

or 

C. She wanted to spend more time with Sung Yeol.

And for some reason, she was leaning more towards A and C.
