Why grow up
Happily ever after-LLAF universeWhy grow up?
“And…and….they held hands!” Yunho exclaimed with big hand gestures and wide eyes.
“what the !” Hyunjoong exclaimed wildly.
“Shut up you two!” Jaejoong kept the decorum while serving the rice on the plates.
She’s cursing her brilliant plan of visiting her father with Yunho while Jiyool is in her violin class. Yunho is preoccupied by one thing and now he’s joined by another paranoid father.
“But Jae~ she’s my baby girl!” Yunho sniffed, fishing for sympathy. Jaejoong looked at him blankly.
“your baby girl is 7. Hardly a baby.” She deadpanned.
“Hah! Baby girls are baby girls to their daddies whatever the age.” Hyunjoong asserted while pointing at himself and Jaejoong, “Look at us. You're still my baby girl.”
Jaejoong, still blank-faced, pointed a fork at his nose, “I dare you to call me the B-word again.”
“Help!” Hyunjoong squeaked.
“Jae, you're missing the point. Jiyool has to stop going to her violin school.” Yunho said like he’s the man –f the house (as if).
“you're missing the point. She made a friend. Big deal!”
“He said he wants to marry my baby girl, My Yoolie!”
“again, she’s 7 he’s like 7 and a quarter. Kids are fantastical like that.” She pointed the fork at Hyunjoong again, “if you change Yoolie’s school she’s going to hate you like I did when daddy changed my kindergarten.” Yunho seems to have caught the wrong message.
“You changed it? can I do that to?” he asked Hyunjoong and Hyunjoong nodded.
“I wanted to get her away from that loser Sihan….”
“Yihan.” Jaejoong corrected.
“whatever. He was all over her and sharing crayons and saving a seat and crap.” Hyunjoong huffed, “flirty Bastard!”
“I was like 5 and that’s what we kids do.” Jaejoong screeched. “You” She pointed at Hyunjoong, “need to remember that I’m not a kid. I’m mature enough to take care of myself. And you,” Her hand turned to Yunho, “If you don’t let my daughter grow so help me god, I will divorce you.” Yunho gulped and nodded. Jaejoong, satisfied, turned around with the dishes the men didn’t get to even finish.
Yunho and Hyunjoong grumbled in hushed tones.
“Why grow up? Yoolie should be my baby girl.”
“why does Joongie have a problem with being my baby girl?”

Jiyool stared at the piece of jewellery before her. she had been observing it for a while, stretching her hand to take it but stopping short of it just a few inches away.
It wasn’t that beautiful or anything, more cluttered than delicate. There were so many pendants that it was just a bunch of random medals. They were quite expensive of course, that’s why her mother couldn’t wear them just everywhere. That and the fact that she’s a surgeon and needs to remove it every now and then. Better to keep it for special occasions.
Jiyool sometimes couldn’t fathom why her mother would wear this ugly bunch to the finest parties and events they go to. But when she did where it, Jiyool understood.
Jung Jaejoong wore the bracelet with such a glow that rivalled the chandeliers in that party. And it wasn’t just her; it was the entire Jung family that took pride in that piece of jewellery almost as if they were the ones wearing it. you could say so in a way, because that bracelet had at least one charm fr
