Obsession
Wild 3.6.5Obsession
Daeya couldn’t help but turn and turn over in her bed.
She couldn’t sleep.
And for once it wasn’t because of her fear of dreaming. A face was engraved in her mind and she couldn’t help but think of the boy.
ChanYeol.
The thought of his name provoked turmoil in her head. It seemed that she loved it as much as she hated it.
“Aish, I’m so silly. Stop it!”
“Why should I stop?” HongBin answered from the other side of the door.
“I wasn’t talking to you… I’m sorry HongBin, go to sleep…”
She would have loved to walk in the empty streets at night. But since the assault she was afraid to go out after the sunset. Cursing under her breath she took a sleeping pill.
She woke up early in the morning when the sun hit her face as she realized she hadn’t close the curtains in her room and realized she didn’t have any weird dream.
Smiling widely, she went in the kitchen only to see HongBin preparing the breakfast. Daeya pouted.
“I was supposed to make the breakfast today… I love preparing food, why don’t you let me do it?”
“Maybe because I’m a better cook than you… Or maybe to take revenge since I couldn’t sleep…”
Daeya sat down, waiting for HongBin to give her breakfast and let her thoughts wonder as she remembered the man she had met the day after. Her trail of thoughts was broken as HongBin asked her a question that she didn’t caught at first…
“…?”
“Sorry I wasn’t paying attention… What is it?”
“I was just asking who ChanYeol was…?”
Daeya froze as she heard the name. “I… I don’t know what you’re talking about? Where have you heard this name?”
“I heard you mumbled it during the night… So who is it?”
“I… I don’t know…”
“That’s too bad… I would have loved to thank him for let you have a good dream and not wake up in the middle of the night in pain…” HongBin smiled as he said so, looking over playfully at Daeya.
“Ok, fine… He’s a guy I met yesterday. But I don’t know him like… At all and we just chatted like that… We didn’t even give each other our phone numbers so you won’t be able to thank him.”
“Oh no… Why didn’t you give your number?”
Daeya looked at his friends with burning eyes.
“Ok stop that! I was just asking. I know you’re not at ease with the idea of giving your number to a stranger… But if we run into him one day I swear I’ll thank him.”
“If we meet him and you do that you’re dead met understood?”
HongBin smiled. “You wouldn’t kill your best friend Daeya, I know you too well for believing your threat.”
Daeya smiled back at him. “You never know anyone. You shouldn’t trust me. Now go change we have some classes today and I’ll need the bathroom later!”
“Yes Miss, I’ll go right now!”
And as he left, Daeya playfully nodded her head thinking of the silliness of her friend.

ChanYeol couldn’t help but think of Daeya.
She had told him she used to have dreams that prevented her from dreaming. What if they really shared these dreams? Was it good or bad? Was it a sign that she was a threat for the whole pack or was it that she was his soul mate?
“Daeya is a cool name but why do you keep writing it over and over again Channie?”
ChanYeol had always drawn doodles when his mind was lost in his thoughts but he didn’t use to write names. However when Kai had called him he realized that the girl’s name was written all over the page in front of him.
“I… I don’t know…”
“It HER name isn’t it. You’re thinking of HER again…”
ChanYeol couldn’t help but take a culprit’s face. “I’m sorry Kai but I really can’t help it… I really don’t know how to stop that…”
“I know it’s not your fault Channie… Kris and SuHo’s parents have told us… But if she obsesses you so much why don’t you try to find her again?”
“I can’t. If I do I could put all of you at risk. And I don’t want to lose you in any way.”
“You don’t want to lose your brothers?”
“Of course not!”
“Then go. Look for her. I can already tell that you’re going to become crazy if you don’t. You’re already writing her name over and over again like a mantra. What will it be in a week if you’re already going crazy for her?”
“I… I can’t…”
“You can ad you should. You want to protect us? We’re also here to protect you and ourselves. Don’t care about us we’re old enough to know how to protect ourselves. Just go and meet her. See how she is. See if it really is your soul mate. And if she’s not then you’ll have plenty of time to try to protect us but for now just go and try.”
“I’m not sure the guys will agree with you…”
ChanYeol heard eleven voices answer him: “Oh but we are and we do agree so go.”
Not thinking twice, ChanYeol took his keys and headed out of the house.
So here ou go! :)
