Chapter 8: Start of something new.

Seulbi's POV

Standing infront of the Gates of California State University, my legs suddenly felt breaking. I'm sweating hard and i keep on trembling. This always happen when i'm nervious 'til death. I can't even speak English that well, i'm afraid that someone will bully me because i'm not like them. Although there's a korean student that will help me get along this school, i just really can't help but to feel worried. I will now not use the name 'Seulbi', Jinhwan said that he got our citizenship changed. I'm gonna be Sapphire Ahn. Jinhwan's english name is James Kim.

"Seulbi, I got your schedule. Take it. I'm going to my class." Jinhwan said leaving me all alone. Great -___- speaking of which, where's that korean nugu that will help me? My first class starts in 8:30 and it's already 8:00. I need to find my class now or else i'm going to be late.

'SS1' says on my schedule. SS means General Psychology. I finally found the classroom at the College of Science building. As soon as I entered it, they all looked at me. Is there something on my face? Is it because i'm not tall enough?

"Hi, there? what's your name?" A tall blonde girl asked me in fluent english. Gossshh ~ nosebleed. Name? She's asking for my name, right?
"Sapphire. I'm Sapphire Ahn" i said not so confidently.
"Oh? Chinese?" she then asked.
"No, no! Korean" i said while shaking my head sideways.
"Korean? Oh my! Kpop!" Another girl asked me. She mentioned Kpop?
"Ne. Kpop" i said with a smile.
"Hi! My name is Jollie Anderson." the tall blonde girl said.
"Annyeong! I'm Stephanie Johnson. I think we're going to be great friends. I'm a huge fan of Kpop." the other girl said. Great, i think i just made new friends.

Our professor then entered the classroom making us all sit down on our places. I sat down in the middle of Jollie and Stephanie since they're the only one I knew here.

"Good morning Freshmen students of California State University. I'm Professor Bleu and I'll be handling your Genereal Psychology." He introduced. This is going to be a long day.

When all our classes ended, A cute guy approached me as he panted, he must be searching for me. Is he the korean that will help me?

"Hi? Are you Korean?" He asked and I nodded "Finally! I was searching for you" he said in pure korean.
"Annyeong-hasseyo! I'm Mark Tuan. Your cousin Jinhwan is my close friend." he introduced. How come Jinhwan has  lots of friends?
"I'm Seulbi, Ahn Seulbi" i said.
"What's your English name?"
"Sapphire." i answered shortly.
"So, Stop with the Seulbi and start with the Sapphire. That's step 1. I'm going to help you speak fluent English so that you'll be able to fit well here in U.S" Mark said as he smiled sweetly at me.

~ After 1 year ~

2012. It's 2012 already. Time flies so fast especially when you're not minding it at all. I can already speak fluent english and I already made lots of friends. Jinhwan is still the same. He needs a lovelife seriously! He's always grumpy around people. I walked to the corridors of the school building as I greeted them with a smile. I'm kinda popular here in our college, well that is because i'm Korean and stuffs. It's already time for me to go home but Mark said that he needs to go somewhere so accompanied him.

"Where are we going?" I asked Mark as I clinged my hand to his arm. Some people had mistaken us for being a couple but our relationship is just pure friendship. And i promised myself that i'm not gonna enter into a new relationship until i haven't got my revenge on Jongin y
