Over the next few days, I actually managed to avoid the topic with Kris, I'm not exactly sure how I managed to do it but I did. I hadn't even spoken to Jonghyun either.

It was becoming really stressful. Well... that's what I thought the limit to how stressful it could get, but I was wrong.

Somehow the guys had managed to talk Kris into letting us go back to our house, except they didn't know it was our house. Luckily my bedroom was locked before I left and none of my stuff was left out.

We stopped by a bubble tea store.

"Man is it me or is homework getting worse?" Xiumin pouted.

Luhan nodded. "Totally is"

"Maybe you should stop leaving it till the last moment" I laugh at them.

"Not everyone can be a nerd like you Mei" Tao scoffed.

I hit him on the arm. We paid for our drinks and walked to our house.

We all sat down in the living room. 

"So your step dad moved in with his new wife huh?" Chen asked.

Kris nodded. "Yeah, but I don't mind, he has to be happy too right?"

"Everyone has a right to be happy" I smiled.

Lay patted me on the head.

Then someone knocked on the door, I froze, in the whole entire time I had been here, we never had visitors.

Kris opened the door, he eyed the person.

"Is Mei here?" The familiar voice asks

I frown. "Who is it Kris?"

Kris shrugs, the person leans in and waves at me.

I freeze. "Get out"

Everyone looks at me confused.

"That's rude.." He laughs at me and pushes past Kris.

I stand up and walk towards him, pushing him towards the door. "Get the out right now"

"Who is this?" Kris eyes him.

The others stand up.

I glared at him, I was getting really angry now. "Did you not hear me? get out before I throw you out"

"Ohh... tut tut Mei, that's no way to treat your lover" He taunted me.

Kris looked at the guy with wide eyes.

So did the others.

Tao pulled me back. "Who is this?"

"You can't touch her like that" He snatched my hand away from Tao, who glared at the guy.

I forced my hand out of his and pushed him away from me. "Don't you dare touch me"

Tao pushed me behind him, and then Luhan did the same, lifting an arm up in protection.

"Why not?... don't you love me anymore?" He smirks.

Kris grabbed the guy by the collar. "Just who the hell are you and why are you in my house?"

He laughed. "I'm her ex-boyfriend, Taehyun..."

Kris only got angrier, Chen and Lay pulled him off of him.

"This is your ex boyfriend?" Luhan looks at me.

I nod in disgust. "Unfortunatly this scum bag is."

"Aww don't you miss me?" He took a step towards me but Tao blocked his path.

"Hell no I do not miss your lying cheating scum bag " I spat at him.

They all look at the guy and frown.

"He cheated on you?" Lay said through his teeth.
