SM needs a new CEO. Like seriously. This is the 5th person this year that has either stopped promoting or left. Sadly for EXO-L's Luhan has filed a law suit against SM to nulify his contract. Again its because of SM's lack of care and little payment. 2 people in the same group left in one year. It must be hard!

With news breaking that EXO-M’s Luhan has filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment, #ifChoiSiwonistheCEOofSM has been trending at number 2 worldwide.

Earlier today, news of Luhan having filed a lawsuit against SM Enterinment on account of an uncertain future, discrimination, and mental and physical health had been revealed, with further updates being released that SM’s stocks have plummeted and that Luhan would be using the same lawyer that represented Kris and Hangeng in very similar situations.

This joins the long line of misfortunes that have plagued SM Entertainment this year, following the departure of Kris, Sulli’s indefinite hiatus following her relationship revelation and Jessica allegedly being kicked out of SNSD.

Some fans have reacted by expressing their sorrow and disappointment in the whole situation, but there have also been the fans who seemed to have found a less depressing approach to the situation, leading to the playful trending hashtag #ifChoiSiwonistheCEOofSM.

Yet another heartbreaking news for EXO. EXO- M  Luhan is revealed to have filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to terminate his exclusive contract.

In the morning of October 10 , the lawsuit is filed at  Seoul Central District Court. It is also confirmed that it is the same case with former EXO member Kris who left in May.Moreover, Luhan is going to be represented by the same lawyer who handled Kris and Hangeng's case.

This brings light to the speculation among EXO fans that Luhan's absences from EXO activities and SMTOWN concerts which said to be due to health reasons is suspicious.
