Kai glanced up as her cousin and Park Chanyeol joined him.

“Dinner this early?” Junhee asked.

“It’s just five, Kai. Are you really~”

“Why are you to together?” He blinked.

Junhee paused and bit her lip.

“Because I’m her friend, let’s order.” Chanyeol smiled.

Kai looked at his friend, then he understood what he meant.

“But he left.” He blurted.

“Who left, Kim Jongin?” Junhee asked. Chanyeol kicked his foot under the table.

Kai smiled.

“Suho hyung.” He fibbed.

“Duh.”

Junhee just got out of work when she decided to buy something sweet from the nearby bakery.

She got in her car after buying some pastries, then she proceeded to drive to Hannamdong, she was listening to DBSK’s new release when she blinked.

She glanced around at the buildings around her.

She was at the area where Sehun’s condominium complex is.

She glanced at the sweets, who was going to eat that much food?

“Oh, right.”

She leaned back.

Oh Sehun was away, why did she drive to his place?

Junhee bit her lip and started to put her car on reverse.

“Why am I even looking for him?” She grumbled.

“Really.” Junhee said as Kai and her stepped in the event. They were attending one of their company investor’s party.

“Come on, Hee. Do you want me to be all alone?”

Junhee shook her head and just wrapped her arm around his cousin’s.

“When is oppa coming home?” She asked.

“Next week, that’s what he said. Drink?” He asked her.

 Junhee shook her head again, then she saw Chanyeol walking to them. She smiled.

“I sensed that you were dragged here.” Chanyeol suggested, Kai smirked.

“Dragged is an understatement, oppa.” Junhee made a face.

“Hee, time will come when you’ll have to be someone else’s…well, someone and you’ll have to attend parties too.” Kai nudged her.

“No, anyway, oppa, can we leave my playboy of a cousin and get something to eat?”

Kai grinned at her.

“So, how’s work?”

“Hm, with DBSK being back, work has been hectic, but its fun.” She smiled.

“So, not a jobless bum anymore?” Chanyeol teased.

“Sort of, but~”

“Mister Park, can I take a photo of you and miss Kim?” One of the event’s photographers asked.

Chanyeol looked at Junhee for approval, she nodded and they faced the camera with Chanyeol’s arm hanging loosely around her shoulder.

“Thank you!” He bowed before leaving.

“That was nice of you to say yes, Hee.”

“I try.” Junhee chuckled.
