“Why would I even bother?” Junhee asked as she plopped down on the couch, Sehun glanced up from the rug where he was sitting down with a can of soda.

“Why are you grumbling?”

“Suho oppa called, he asked me to attend this conference or something.”

“I thought you wanted to learn.” Sehun leaned back.

“But it’s like a whole day thing.” She winced.

“I’ll come with you.” He shrugged. Junhee’s lips quirked up.

“Really?” She leaned on his shoulders.

“Don’t make me change my mind, Kim Junhee.” He rolled his eyes, Junhee just smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck.

“Oh, what would I do without you, brat?”

“Die, Hee.” Sehun said dryly, but his lips lifted up slightly.

Sehun glanced up as Junhee picked up her phone. They were watching some reruns of their favorite show.

“Chanyeol oppa?” She said as she answered. Sehun’s brows furrowed.

Junhee walked out of the living room.

“Did I disturb you?” Chanyeol asked hesitantly from the other line.

“No, we were just watching tv. Is something up?” Junhee asked as she leaned on the wall.

“We? Suho hyung and Kai are back?”

“No, with Sehun.”

“Oh, really?” Chanyeol paused slightly, it was already ten in the evening and yet they were still together.

“So, is something up, oppa?” She asked.

“Not really, I just wanted..to…bother you, are you home?”

“Technically, yes but no.” She chuckled.

“Huh?”

“I’m at Sehun’s, oppa.”

“You spending the night there?” He asked slowly.

“Yes, he kind of needs me right now, anyway, I’ll call you tomorrow oppa.”

“Arasso, see you tomorrow. Sleep tight, Miss Kim.”

Chanyeol set his phone down.

His fingers curled around the device briefly.

He didn’t like the fact that it was just the two of them alone.

Junhee and Sehun, he knew that the way Junhee looks at it, they’re just friends. But Sehun, there was something in the way that Sehun pulled Junhee back made him think that he might be in love with his friend.

And it was something that made Chanyeol feel uncomfortable.

“Basically this is torture.” Junhee said as they went inside the convention center.

“Torture for you.” Sehun nodded as he kept pace with her.

“I don’t get it, three months at Japan? Can’t they just finish those..whatever they’re doing there while being here?” She asked. Sehun just shook his head at her.

“Junhee, hi!” Han Byunshik was waving at them. Junhee balked.

Sehun glanced at his friend.

“Hello, mister Han.” Junhee smiled back, Byunshik smiled at her widely.

“It’s been a while, Junhee, I hear~”

“Junhee-yah, I think someone’s looking for you.” Sehun said flatly as he tugged on her arm. Then Sehun took her by the elbow as he pretended to look around.

Junhee smiled.

“Thanks, Oh.”.

Sehun looked at her, then he smiled

“Anytime~”

“Hey, Miss Kim!”
