“STEPHEN KIM!!!!” I yelled while running after the choding prankster who decided to hide a thin slice of cucumber in my glove!

 

 

“Keke catch me if you can Sica~” Stephen yelled while running.

 

 

“Aish~ you better stop right th-AHHHHH.” I ended up slipping and falling on my . Aish~ I hate winter >.<

 

 

“Sica, are you okay?” Stephen asked running back to where I am.

 

 

“Hmmph, I hate you.” I pouted.

 

 

“Aww~ I love you too.” Stephen pinched my nose.

 

 

Aish~ I swear if this guy and I aren't best friends, I would kill him. It's been like 4 months since the class outing and it's

december now. During those 4 months Stephen and I have gotten really really close. He's now one of my closest and

trusted friends. But the funny thing is that we're so close that everyone thinks that we're dating. I think that we've denied it

like at least a million times.

 

 

I mean I still am technically with Hae...but I'm not going to lie and say that my heart doesn't flutter whenever I'm with

Stephen or when I read Y.S's letters for that matter. I don't know is it wrong to feel like this? I mean why does my heart feel

this way for 2 different people? Okay sure, I haven't seen Y.S since that party with Taecyeon, though I technically didn't

even get to spend time with him then, but still through his letters it's like we're always together, kinda like how Stephen and

I are. I think that the amount of letters that Y.S and I have exchanged already fill up 2 drawers in my room keke.

 

 

But until now Y.S STILL HASN'T TOLD ME WHO HE IS!! AISH~ AND STUPID DORKY TAEYEON WON'T TELL ME

WHAT HE NEEDED TO TELL ME THAT NIGHT AT CAMP!!! ARGGGG~~ STRESS!

 

 

“Tch~ whatever Stephen. But where are you really taking me huh? If you don't tell me this can count as kidnapping you

know.” I teased, while he helped me up.

 

 

“You'll see and besides isn't it better to spend christmas eve with someone instead of alone in an empty mansion? Also, it's

not kidnapping if the other person chooses to come.” Stephen chuckled.

 

 

“Okay fine, but my sister is home too you know, so I was technically not alone.” I retorted.

 

 

“Yeah, but was she with you earlier? No right, because she was with that guy.” Stephen stuck his tongue out at me.

 

 

“Tch~ whatever.” I gave up since I would end up losing.

 

 

“Haha okay now hurry and put your glove on or else your hand might freeze.” Stephen smiled handing me the cucumber

infected glove.

 

 

“Really? Stephen you really don't expect me to put that glove back on after what was in it right?” I glared at him.

 

 

“Haha of course not here, give me your hand.” Stephen threw the glove in his pocket, grabbing my hand and intertwining it

with his and placed it inside his coat pocket. I will never get used to Stephan's comforting warmth.

 

 

“There better?” He asked, but I just smiled and let him lead me to wherever he is taking me.

 

 

“So where are we really going huh?” I asked after walking for about 10 minutes now.

 

 

“You'll see.” Stephen replied.

 

 

Stephen and I continued walking when suddenly a black rolls royce ghost stopped in front of us and out came someone I

didn't expect to be back.

 

 

“JESSI~~” Hae smiled while he got out of the car.

 

 

“H-H-Hae.” I mumbled, and Stephen pulled my hand out from his pocket and let me go. His comforting warmth soon

leaving my hand.

 

 

“Jessi~ I missed you.” Hae ran to me, pulling me into a tight hug and spinning me around.

 

 

“H-Hae?! How are you here right now?” I asked after he stopped spinning me around.

 

 

“Well I worked super hard to finish all the things I needed to do so that I can get back just in time for christmas.” He

explained.

 

 

“Oh, why didn't you text me or let me know?” I pouted and playfully hit his chest.

 

 

“Well where would the surprise be in that?” He chuckled.

 

 

“But still~ if I had known I would have gone to the airport or something.” I whined.

 

 

“Okay okay, next time I won't come back out of the blue and I'll just call you okay?”

 

 

“Okay~~” I agreed.

 

 

“Oh Hae, by the way, you remember...” I was just about to tell Hae that Stephen and I are friends now, but Stephen just

disappeared.

 

Hmm where did he go? He didn't even say bye... I thought that he had something to show me.

 

 

“Do I remember what?” Hae asked after I trailed off.

 

 

“Um nothing never mind. But hey since your back want to go grab some coffee at our favorite cafe?” I asked and Hae

nodded and then intertwined our fingers and led me back to his car.

 

Weird. Hae doesn't have that comfy warmth, like Stephen does.

 

 

“So how have you been?” He asked after we got settled in the cafe.

 

 

“Like I always tell you, I've been great. Why do you sound like I've been depressed or something?” I chuckled.

 

 

“I don't know, I was really worried about you, you know. I was always thinking if you were eating properly or if you got sick

or something.” Hae held my hand.

 

 

“Hae I'm not a kid, of course I could take care of myself.” I smiled and placed my other hand on top of his.

 

 

“Alright alright, but I just can't help not worry about you, I mean your my little princess and as your prince of course I have to

worry about you.” Hae smiled.

 

 

“Tch~ still such a sweet talker.” I chuckled.

 

 

“Eyy~ it's not like you don't like it right?” He gave me a charming smile.

 

 

“Haha okay okay.” I laughed at his playfulness.

 

 

“So Jessi, who was that person you were with earlier? You two looked really close?” He suddenly frowned.

 

 

“Oh that was Stephen Kim. We're best friends now.” I smiled remembering that choding.

 

 

“Ah, why?”

 

 

“What do you mean by why? Wait don't tell me your jealous of Stephen.” I wiggled my eyebrows playfully.

 

 

“Me jealous? Psshh where did you...alright fine maybe I am.” He cutely pouted after I gave him the you-can't-lie-look.

 

 

“Aigoo~ you know Stephen and I are just friends. Nothing more.” I assured him, but even though I said that, I'm not even

sure about it myself.....

 

 

Hae and I talked and hung out a bit before Krystal called me and asked me when I'm getting back since it was getting late,

so Hae drove me back home.

 

 

“Unnie~~ it's almost christmas.” Krystal smiled jumping up and down after we finished another holiday movie.

 

 

“Krys, we still have half an hour left.” I laughed at my childish younger sister.

 

 

“I know it's just that I can't wait to see what mom and dad left for us.” Krystal smiled.

 

 

“Yeah..” I quietly replied, suddenly remembering what happened earlier with Hae coming back and Stephen just

disappearing.

 

 

“Unnie what's wrong?” Krystal scooted close to me.

 

 

“Hae's back.” I replied.

 

 

“Omo? Really? Hae oppa is back? Wow! But wait why don't you sound too happy about it? Did he break up with you or

something? ON CHRISTMAS EVE!! Oh My God!! I will kill him!!” Krystal started blabbering.

 

 

“Woah there Krys, calm down. He didn't break up with me. I'm just.. I don't know confused I guess..I mean he's been gone

for what 4-5 months? And sure I told him I would wait for him..but I don't know if my heart did...” I trailed off.

 

 

“Unnie where is this coming from? Is this about that guy you met at the party or Stephen oppa?”

 

 

“Is it bad if I say it's both?” I asked, but before she could reply, the door bell rang.

 

 

Ding dong. Ding dong. Diiiiinnnnnnggggggg dooooonnnnnggg

 

 

“Aish~ I bet you that's Stephen.” I chuckled while Krystal stood up to open the door, since all of our maids/butlers are with

their families for the holidays.

 

 

“You were right.” My sister chuckled while her and Stephen came into the living room.

 

 

“What?” Stephen asked confused.

 

 

“Oh unnie told me that it was you at the door before I even opened it or checked the monitor.” Krystal chuckled.

 

 

“Ahh~ but how did you know it was me?” Stephen asked.

 

 

“Well who else do I know would come here on christmas eve, and only you would keep pressing the door bell until

someone opens.” I explained.

 

 

“Well, I never had the chance to give you this, before we were interrupted before.” Stephen smiled and handed me a small

box.

 

 

“What is it?” I asked about to open the box.

 

 

“Nope, you can't open it yet. It's my christmas present for you.” Stephen smiled.

 

 

“Oppa what about me?” Krystal asked.

 

 

“Haha of course I have a gift for my favorite dongsaeng.” Stephen chuckled and handed Krystal an even smaller box.

 

 

Omo, what is in her box? Don't tell she got jewelry! Aish~ that's not fair~ I bet he only got me a shirt~

 

 

“Yay!!” Krystal jumped up and down and then gave Stephen a kiss on the cheek

 

 

Okay she did what now?

 

 

“Yah! Jung Soojung.” I scolded my sister after she kissed his cheek.

 

 

“What is it unnie?” Krystal gave me an innocent look, before skipping away.
